Fast and friendly. Fair price too. Will use them again...

First off, Ed knocked my sterio loose and put my air freshner (clipped to the vent) back on upside down which caused it to leak fluid down my heater controls and dammaged several plastic pieces. Then the molding around the windshield did not fit right and eventually had to be held in place with tape. Worst of all after a couple months the windshield started leaking. I was extremely cautious during the curing process and never use high pressure car washes. I ultimately had to have it replaced again by a reputable company. Waste of hard earned money !!! DO NOT RECCOMEND

I had a new windshield installed on 4/8/2014 on my f150 through my local ford dealership. The dealership called A1 AUTO GLASS INC. from North Vernon Indiana to install the windshield. On 8/16/16 and 9000 miles later water was pouring into the floor boards. I looked and found that the windshield was falling out (literally), only about 1/4 of the windshield was still stuck to the seal on the passenger side. Talked to the dealership and they stated they had several problems from windshields being installed by this company and they no longer use them. The dealership called the company and had my windshield reasealed(at my expense of course). Beware, according to the dealership and my experience with this glass company their work is less than professional. A windshield should never fall out or leak if installed correctly. Hire them at your own risk and good luck if you do.
