They call me every other week to tell me Im late on my payment! They should expect that Im going to be late on my payment because I cant even afford to go buy a new washer and dryer so I have to go through them.

Dont like the employees very well. Claim receipt machine is down and have witnessed pocketing of customers weekly/monthly payments at counter. I was also a customer of American rental.
