I was desperate to have my brakes serviced as the calipers started sticking and the brakes went from a slight sound to horrible grinding in just a day. I could NOT find an appointment with any of the mechanics I usually use for days and I would have had to miss work without a car. Finally I saw that Lia Honda had Saturday service so I went there and pulled into the drive up service area. The service person, Desiree Frank, heard my problem when I drove in and said, well get you in today as this is clearly an emergency. I left my car there for the day and they got it done. I was extremely grateful. It was expensive as I had all four brakes and rear calipers replaced and needed 4 new tires, but the car is driving like new.
I took my car in for its annual inspection. As always I was treated courteously, and the work was performed in a timely way so that I didn’t have a long wait. The indoor waiting area is clean and pleasant.
Desiree Frank was very helpful in getting us in right away and communicating with me by phone! And going the extra mile by mailing our printouts...that we forgot! Thanks, Desiree!!
