I took my 2018 Tacoma in for an oil change and a problem with the rear drive axle. It took longer than expected to repair (3 days). The biggest problem I found with this dealership is that they never answer the phone in the service dept. It is very frustrating when you call for a simple update and can’t get anyone to talk to. This was not a one time thing. Over the 3 days I called at least 6 times trying to get a response. As a new customer to Ira I found it completely unacceptable. Doubt if I will return for further service.
The service I received was excellent, and the agent I worked with, Lindsay Heart, was outstanding. The downside was the time - it took much longer than anticipated to get parts, and while Lindsey did a very good job of explaining why and keeping me informed, and while I understand that in general it is taking much longer than usual to get brake parts, I wish Toyota would try to stockpile some of the most frequently used parts(either from Toyota or after market, as were eventually used on my car) to avoid such unexpected delays. I know that friends report similar delays at car dealers for other makes, and in getting parts for repairs of other kinds, so this may simply be unavoidable. Again, the service itself was very well done, and all the personnel were helpful, professional, polite, and informative. I will certainly continue to use Lia Toyota.
I bought my truck at Lia a year ago, and have been going there for service ever since. Each appointment goes by quickly and all of the staff that I have interacted with are very friendly and helpful.
David Spafford is an excellent service advisor, he is a definite plus for the service department. He was very professional, very knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns. If I need to make another service appointment I will definitely ask for him,I cannot thank him enough for all his help
Lindsay Heart, functioning as a service advisor, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, trusting, and thorough. She is one of the many reasons why I return to the dealership to have services performed.
Every time I visit Lia Toyota of Northampton I am greeted with professionalism and kindness. Their service has great value and is always timely
The service representative I worked with, Lindsay Heart, is a consummate professional. She was very timely in her communications, and went out of her way to answer my questions and provide needed information.
Lindsay is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, efficient and always has my best interests front and center. I ask for her whenever I can!
THANK YOU GERALD LACLAIRE FOR GREAT SERVICE !!
So far so good. Bought a car here in December and had a most pleasant experience with Matthew the car salesperson. Loved his non- pushy approach to car selling. They worked hard to get me a good price because I was working with other Toyota dealers and they wanted my sale. There was some confusion about the timing of the first oil change to be scheduled. The day you buy your car they set up your first service. The service person helping me schedule my first service appointment told me 1st service is at 10,000 miles but my car told me on the screen at 5,000 miles that service was due. I called and they scheduled me that day for my 5,000 mile service. In and out all in an hour!
Crazy expensive oil change, then they tried to sell us $500 worth of things we didn’t need. For example, I had just replaced the cabin filter with a non-disposable filter, but they told me I needed a new one. Never again!
Stayed there more than two hours for simple oil change. They charged $135 for hour of labor. Crazy!!!
I went there for oil change, and I ended up paying $300 for just simple labor. This is very expensive place. I would go to other mechanics or dealers.
2 hours and 5 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation
