Best place Ive ever been for mechanical work. Nice guys, honest, fast turnaround, friendly place to hang out while waiting (but very smoky) It took me 30 years to find a mechanic I trust implicitly but it happened! Great place
I happened to arrive when they werent busy, and everything went super smoothly. They worked quickly, charged a fair price, and didnt try to upsell me on anything.
Morrow’s is awesome and 10/10 would recommend! I called early in the day and they were pretty much fully booked, but they offered to squeeze me in. It was a simple lightbulb change and the mechanic even gave me a full tutorial on how to replace them in the future. He also noticed a bit of corrosion on my battery and removed that for me. The whole appointment went smoothly and quickly. This was my first visit to Morrow’s and it definitely won’t be my last. Bottom line is: great service, honest and friendly staff!
The first auto shop people I actually trust! Located down a dirt road and a bit gruff at first, but a reliable, efficient, and honest place. My first experience with them was being told not to invest anymore in a used car that I had recently bought. The three auto shops before them (all within a month as I was relocating from Chicago to Northampton) just kept taking my money as problems kept arising.
Morrow is great. Excellent service curtious service.
Very good service, friendly staff 👏 👍 👌
Best mechanic I have been to in my 15+ years of driving and owning a car. For some, they might not have the best bedside manner, but personally Id take that a million times over any mechanic that pretends to be nice while they screw you from all sides. They keep it real. Yeah, they smoke cigarettes in the shop and that might bother some but you can sense the good vibe. Sorry, but you will not be met with fanfare as soon as you walk in. The work speaks for itself. Honest, thorough, professional, they will get you right at a reasonable price and I have never experienced that shady up-sell of things that neednt be done. I fully trust everything they do - anything more than a simple oil change I insist on bringing to them. I recommend Morrows to everyone I know and Im grateful that I found them.
My wife and I have been using this place for years, and their service is great! You can fully trust advice that you get from these guys I was looking out for your best interest! I would recommend them to any of my friends!
The most honest mechanics in the area. After a bad visit to the dealership Morrow’s got my car up and running and didn’t try to sell me on lots of extras like the dealership. I will be going to them for many years to come and highly suggest them! They are an old school auto shop with no frills but they have always been very polite to my son and I while we are waiting.
Reasonably priced
Theyve consistently been honest about my options and about what needs to be repaired vs what can wait. Theyve even looked things over without charging me and made a few simple tweaks for free. Id tow my car half an hour to get it to them instead of someone I dont know. Keep in mind that they have a full schedule and sometimes you must wait three or four days to get in. Well worth it if you can wait.
The whole place was filled with cigarette smokes and ashtrays were heaping with butts(I used to smoke and this place grossed me out). At my first attempt to get my inspection I was told that I needed to come back with cash, then buckle my seat belts(arent I paying them to check for safety, why am I being asked to do their job?) and drive up to the bay. When I returned and parked in front of the bay and proceeded to buckle my seat belts a crotchety old man looked through the window with an angry face and gestured to me with the cigarette in his hand, because I had no idea what he was saying, I went to the door where he told me you need to move your car out of the way of the bay then said are you buckling your seatbelts, good girl. I am a 40 year old woman, not a child, I almost left right then but because I needed to get my inspection done I decided to go in and wait. When I walked in no one acknowledged my existence and I waited for 5 min while I watched two men move around the shop clearly knowing I was there. I finally approached someone and asked if they were able to do my inspection today and what the wait would be. At this point I thought to myself, I should just go somewhere else but I stuck it out. My mistake was asking a waiting customer within earshot of the mechanic if they typically get good service here because I felt I wasnt. When it was my turn to bring my car around I believe that the mechanic was looking for a reason to fail my car, he started nit picking, so I left. And I will never return.
Honest
Brought my Mazda van here today to get the annual vehicle inspection sticker, and kind of to see what this place was like, only 3 minutes from where I live. Classic old-school shop, hidden in a nondescript building down a gravel drive, 2 bays with roll-up doors, office that looks like it hasnt been dusted since WW II. But if you look around, the floor is clean, the work surfaces are clear, no half-finished jobs sitting in the corners. And the guy who did my vehicle inspection was fast and efficient. I went home and went back with my Nissan SUV. They stayed open a few minutes to fit me in.I like em.
Weve only used them so far for two inspections, but we will be going back for future service appointments. Gruff, but honest, and owner took the time to give me some great advice on an inspection concern.
Gruff, uninterested. Poor customer service.I had come here several times previously for my state inspection and felt as though they would just rather that I wasnt there. It seemed like they felt I was somehow infringing on them while I was waiting for the inspection to be done. Also I wasnt keen on the fact that they smoked cigarettes in the area I had to wait in.Came in today for my scheduled oil change and the guy couldnt even be bothered to begin at 8:20 for an 8:00 appointment. He was exceptionally rude, to the point where I just walked away. Maybe I wouldve been treated better if I were a male. Unacceptable.
Experienced Chevrolet people, have had only good interactions, guys know what theyre doing. Fair price, quick labor and flexible, you will not regret.
Some people love this place, others hate it, but both get there their cars fixed right with no BS.
They always squeeze me in

Good guys?
This is the only place I’ll get work done on my car! They are so kind, professional, best prices, they don’t try to rip you off with crazy prices, they’re honest.
