Finding a gift and home goods store with *truly* curated and unique artisanal finds is almost unheard of ... but here it is. Pinch is a fantastic and inspirational must-see shop in Northampton that is worth the trip no matter where you are. Shop them online as well, for a great convenient experience. I own several of their Carlos Silva pieces and couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the overall experience.

Pinch has some sweet gift items! The people who work there are friendly and helpful. I always stop in when visiting Northampton to see what new and interesting items they might have, which would include jewelry, pottery, works of art and other surprises.

It was just a browse around town and just checked into this store! Very unique things in there and the salesclerk was very courteous and I was looking for a mans little change purse but they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, but, the clerk did make some suggestions which was well appreciated! The store, itself, was set up very nicely and well stocked with many usual items! Will difinitely return!!

Pinch has been my go to place for gifts for years. If you are looking for unique artisan gifts this is the place for you. Whenever I am in Northampton I make a point of going in there. The customer service is unparalleled - the staff are there to help yet without being overbearing. I recommend this store if you are in Northampton. They also have a website which is great if you are out of town like me.

What a gem of a store! The items are clearly carefully chosen, beautifully displayed and fairly priced. I have received wonderful customer service there from several different staff people on different visits. It is my go-to when I want to buy a unique gift for myself or others, as it is packed with handmade jewelry, clothing, pottery, and so much more from local and far-away artisans. I always know I will find something very special and have a great time finding it.

I recently discovered Pinch on a holiday trip to Northampton while visiting friends, and immediately fell in love! Really appreciated all their offerings by independent artists rather than big box brands, especially the fabulous leather/woven handbags and unique, modern pottery designs. The whole place has a very curated and custom feel, yet the staff is not overly pushy or pretentious. Wish I lived in town so I could buy all my gifts here; will be using the online store very soon:)

Not just for when you are in a pinch - Pinch is my go to store in Northampton for gifts and beautiful artisan pieces. I usually go in for gifts, but deep down know that Im really seeking a thing or two for myself as well! Its just that kind of place where you notice something new each time. I personally love Carla Carusos exquisitely elegant jewelry and get such pleasure from Lucy Fagellas red spotted pottery with robins egg blue interior that my sisters all have pieces too! Great store with a super friendly shopping experience. Thank you.

Beware.If you question delays in special orders and last-minute, previously undisclosed costs, just before Christmas (when you are in a pinch because you trusted this shop and youve already dropped money there) its owner, Jena Sujat, will feel it appropriate to insult/verbally attack you over the phone.I have never experienced such customer relations in Northampton--or in NYC where I live.Artists doing business at Pinch: protect yourselves.

Its hard not to want to buy everything in this carefully curated gem of a shop in downtown Northampton, they feature incredible handmade goods ranging from warm and cozy knits to stunning jewelry, to pottery and kitchenware that I want to display prominently in my home for all to enjoy. I feel really good knowing the independent and super-skilled artisans truly benefit from selling their wares here. Finding a gift for a loved one here is super easy and the employees are welcoming and friendly...I am in love and look forward to my next visit!
