Great customer service, very informative and flexible options

We were customers of Morrissette oil for one year and they had constant issues with organization. We gave them a card to put on file and told them to charge it whenever they delivered to us or performed a service and we continued to get overdue bills from them and had to remind them to charge the card almost every time.We canceled our service with them in October and told them we had a new provider. Since we canceled they have delivered oil to us twice despite us telling them not to. They called us just today asking if they should charge our card on file for over $200 of oil they delivered a week ago despite us canceling our service with them and finding a new provider with cheaper rates.After following up with them again it turns out they didnt actually deliver any oil to us this last time and had mixed up our customer file with someone else. They charged us for oil they didnt even deliver and probably wouldnt have noticed their mistake if we hadnt made a fuss about it.

Weve been using Morrissettes for nearly 10 years because they offer competitive prices, great repair services, and a friendly staff. Were on auto delivery and they do an excellent job of delivering when needed. Great reliable and family owned local company. Highly recommend.

My parents have been using Morissette since the 80s. When we moved to town, we used different companies to save a buck here and there. When we stupidly ran low on oil the first time before a cold streak and today, they saved us. Both times. I dont know any other company that would do this. Thank you to Nola, Paul and the team.

Made an appointment for which I had to wait more than two months, take time off work to be home, my pay was docked, they didnt show. Rather rude person on the phone (who had made my appointment) said I should have filled out their form.
