If I could give Forbel 10 stars I would! Ran into a snag with some electronic schlage locks and what took us 2 months of calling tech support and banging our heads against the wall Vlad figured out in 2 hours and reprogrammed every door lock and reset up our system. Price was very reasonable and service was amazing. Definitely recommend!! Thanks guys!

Forbel Security provides amazing quality of service! I cannot be happier!I dont know much about Security and Cameras installation and I dont want to know much. Guys from Forbel installed our security system and explained how everything works in one day. I’m very happy with the security panel which they helped me select. I can basically manage my security system from anywhere: my house, my phone, my computer. Even when someone calls the doorbell I can view the camera feed from my phone. All my neighbors are very jealous now.Every since the installation I feel that my house is a very safe place!

Forbels owner Dzmitry was very helpful as this was my first time installing an alarm and sound system. Forbel installed fire alarm system in our condo building in 2016. Very nice clean install and system functions well. Needed maintenance on our system and issues were resolved promptly. Fair pricing and good selection of products if you are considering cameras or access control devices.

I have used Forbel for my home and office, both security and audio video (AV) has been fantastic. They have met and exceeded my expectations time and time again. We love the technology of the new systems so much that we decided to completely switch our older system over. The remote access control, user management, HD security cameras, burglar alarm system controlled from smart phone, home automation features, surround sound speaker system. All these items have been incorporated into a system that is not only smart but reliable.Follow through by both the company owner and technicians is excellent. Technicians worked with us over a duration making changes and adjusting for personal preference and really felt everyone was trustworthy and very sincere to make the systems and technology something that wasnt cumbersome.I would recommend to anyone who is a busy professional and wants a company that will work to properly set expectations and meet/exceed.

I was on the look out for a different home security system or monitoring group since my rates kept increasing with my previous service. I talked to Forbel and they were able to switch out my original control panel with a much newer and attractive touch screen control panel. Installation was done real quick and clean.All of my original sensors worked and there is an easy website and phone app to control the alarm. I was also able to setup specific push notifications, which Ive never been able to do with other alarm systems.All in all, Ive had a great and easy experience with Forbel and there werent any hassles to deal with. They were upfront and honest about anything regards costs/monthly rates. Ill be sticking with them and might expand my security system with them since crime in my area seems to be increasing...

Ive worked with Forbel on multiple commercial projects where paging systems and intercom systems were needed to be installed or upgraded. One of the projects required tricky integration with a new phone system. They did quality work from the beginning planning phases through the installation and testing. Great knowledgeable staff!

I worked with Forbel for our speaker system when we built out a brand new location for our bridal business. They were significantly less expensive than many of the other companies I received quotes from and an absolute dream to work with! Dzimitry always answered my calls, worked around the GCs very tight (and every changing) timeline, he was professional and kind. We had an issue where the GCs team actually cut some of the low voltage wiring they had installed, and a couple of other issues with the team doing the build out, but he was very calm in handling all of them and worked with them to get the job done. I cannot say enough positive things about working with this business and Dzimitry. I would give them 10 stars if i could! I absolutely recommend them!

If you are looking for consistent lower rates with reliable service; these are the guys!We are an Intermodal Trucking company on the south side of Chicago that has office space as well as two gated yards. We needed an upgrade in our security system and ended up using Forbel for our camera system as well.They upgraded our security system, gave us an intrusion alarm and we no longer need to give out keys to our employees. We now have key fob access control that can be activated from anywhere.With Forbel I can now access cameras and our alarm system from an app on my phone.Since we are in a fast paced industry our expectations for quality are always set higher. Their installation team did a great job, response time was quick and overall service; outstanding!

Forbel security professionals did an excellent job of the selection of the right equipment for our offices, choices of cameras with appropriate angel, i.e. panoramic, wide angel and regular, where needed and proper recording equipment. Furthermore, the job was done in budget and what the price was quoted for. The professionalism demonstrated by the installers by finding the proper placement of cameras, timely installation, set up on IPhone/IPad for remote viewing and operations of all equipment and software. Additionally, we have no need to call them for any follow up. Entire system is working flawless. We will not hesitate in recommending these group of security professional to our colleagues.

I manage 20,000 square ft youth facility in Chicago. Throughout the day, we serve over 300 youth, and have over 10 staff all using technology at the same time. Before our work with Forbel Alarms, we had numerous issues with Internet connection. Our youth were constantly obtaining the passwords, adding multiple devices, and ultimately crashing the internet connections. We also had old, dated access points that never worked properly. When Dzmitry from Forbel Alarms came to the facility, he was able to walk me through the issues, and explain them in a way that I could understand. Forbel Alarms changed all the access points, provided me with software to monitor Wi-Fi use by members and trained me to use it. Since their services, our internet speed has improved, we have far fewer connection issues, and in the few instances that we needed assistance, Forbel Alarms sent someone out immediately for tech support. I would highly recommend Forbel Alarms for any internet connection projects, and will use them for all our future connection needs.
