Jason in the print center is absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make sure all of our prints for our wedding were all set. Great customer service and expertise!

Staff there are polite and helpful, especially Erik who really helped me when I was having problems accessing forms from my email. He went above and beyond in being helpful. The place is clean and offers access to office machines e.g Fax, Internet and printers; in addition to sending packages.

My experience was great. Kristy was patient and knowledgeable... proffessional and just sweet especially to an old lady who had a long day. I had great customer service!

I left home with an expired drivers license. A no-no in this day and age. I had managed to make it through the first flight and other places where an ID was required but was nervous about my return flight. Fortunately I was able to renew online and got an email with a PDF with a temporary license image. The hotel I was at had no print facility (!) so I stopped by here on the way to the airport. I had hard-copy in 5 minutes! The person that helped me was new but she still knew enough to get this all taken care of quickly. I used the cutter they had to trim out the actual license and was on my way. About $10 worth of service for 72 cents. It paid off too - they were much more critical of proper ID on the way home. I still had to show my official expired ID and a credit card to get through TSA.

Good location. Staff can be a bit short and not that helpful. Very expensive.

The staff is always happy to help me pack and ship any item, no matter how bulky or difficult to package. They also offer assistance with copying and computer work stations.

Great place....its like having your own office when you need it. Very handy to have by me.

1st experience, very good. Sent a collegue back the next day - many problems, as it seems the staff is not trained properly. We were over-charged, told we needed to speak with a manager, left two messages on two occasions for the manager, never received a call back. On the third attempt, spoke to a manager who was rude and defensive - I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been here a few times over the weekend. A gentleman by the name of Omari and an Asian lady were there. Still cant figure out who was more indifferent and unhelpful. Now drive a bit further to go to another Fedex

I have used the place few times to print and fax documents. The service was Ok. Overpraised!
