I came to the Jordan area from Denver for a family wedding. Having spent a couple of weeks looking to trade in my Explorer for an F-150 Lariat in Denver with no luck, I decided to spend a day or so looking in the Twin Cities area while there. Early in the first day of looking I left another dealer based on their unwanted pressure, so I drove an hour southeast to Northfield to Apple Chevrolet Buick to look at another truck on my list. While looking at it by myself, Larry approached me. We quickly chatted and decided to take it for a drive. Since I liked the truck we proceeded with a trade-in value for my car. I was pleased with the offer, as well as the price of the truck and went to proceed with purchase and honored their pricing request to not haggle.***Thats worthy of 5 stars, but heres where the 5 star PLUS rating kicks in... ***I didnt have all of the proper paperwork and proof of financing with me, which proved to be a snag, a hurdle, and then a roadblock. Mike in financing came up with a solution to the problem, and we were able to move forward. While backing my truck out of the detail bay, my salesman noticed a problem with the backup camera. They promised to fix (if they could) before I left, but I wasnt able to leave the truck for an extra day due to needing to leave town. I was given the promise to have it fixed here in Denver and then they would pay for it. At the wedding reception my family told me that they had purchased 16 vehicles from the Apple dealers in Apple Valley and Shakopee in the last 20 or so years.Thank you Apple Chevrolet Buick in Northfield!!!!

Cheaper than where I usually go for my oil change. Very professional and I appreciated the car wash after! I had been trying to get my cabin filter changed since I bought the vehicle and no one could figure it out. You guys got it done and it only took like an extra 10 minutes.

Very nice on a personal level. But Ive come to question their mechanics knowledge of our vehicle - a hybrid model. They need to be honest if they do not know how to solve a problem rather than recommending fixes one after the other, as happened to us. That is an expensive way to problem solve that few customers will/should tolerate.

Making an appt. the lady was polite & very kind.The car check -up was complete; when telling me the car problem the lady was factual & explained that they had the correct replacement valves & the mechanic was there to fix itif I wanted it done right now. No pressure was put on me:) I examined the costs & decided they seemed fair & a total of 2hrs., from when I arrived the car was fixed & I was very happy,

My truck was serviced and all went well. My only complaint if I had one is that I was told Id get an update at some point. I sat for an hour without talking to anyone. Never an update. My update was an hour plus later, that my truck was fixed.

I needed an Alignment and Apple got me in the same day. The staff was friendly. They got the work done in a timely manner.The only knock I have is when picking my car up the service manager did not have any information for me regarding the work done. Just simply said it was done. I used to work in a shop so I was interested in what needed to be adjusted, since i was charged 130 dollars (which is probably normal for the work being done) I didnt feel like this was to much to ask. Someone else in the shop was going to see if he could get a print out of the adjustments - he came back and said he couldnt find the service manager and asked if it would be ok to call me. I said thats fine. I never recieved a call. End of the day my steering wheel was straight and the air pressure for each tire was properly adjusted so I know I can trust the technicians doing the job. This was my first visit - i would probably go back.Would have been 5 stars if i could of had a before and after readout of the alignment.

No hassle, easy to work with. Came in after a long 12hr night shift and Cynthia walked me through everything multiple times to make sure I understood what was happening. Answered all my questions thoroughly and even went out of her way to make things easier on me when dealing with my bank. Trading in was super easy and they gave me a fair value, too. Super easy to work with and highly recommend!!!Edit: been a couple months vehicle works good still. Found out there is a slow leak in one tire, but I dont expect them to know about it. I bought the truck the minute it was available. Unfortunately, the chip in the windshield that was suppose to be filled has yet to be scheduled even though I have emailed multiple times on it. (Was agreed upon purchase that they would fix it) so that is my only negative.

Our car broke down on interstate 35. The tow truck dropped it off to the dealership as it was early evening and everywhere was closed. Nick got our vehicle looked at in the morning, was very informative about what the issue(s) were and what needed to happen to get us home safely, and was able to have it fixed before we had to leave the hotel. The whole situation was horrible with having a vehicle break down and vacation plans ruined, but Nick made this a little more bearable.

I called the morning of service and the service department was able to accommodate my needs. They diagnosed and fixed my electrical problem AND performed a fix on a recall issue (pickup rear window) all within a couple of hours. I brought my car in for a $60 oil change and it ended up costing me $310.00 My service engine light came on, on the drive home. Took my car back they completely blew me off. I took my car to Lakeville Tire and Auto where I found out my fuel sensor was broken. Apple Chevy wasnice enough to say if I picked up my car and brought it back to them they would would pay for the repair. My car was already taken apart. Keep in mind weve purchased two VEHICLES there and do all our oil changes. Tried to keep it local but its time to find a new dealership.

Top notch service. Could not believe they could get parts for the LM2 Duramax in just one day. Ive heard horror stories of it taking two weeks or longer for parts, but Apple Northfield was excellent. Will continue to bring my Sierra in for all future needs!

Dear GM,Yesterday I had some maintenance work as well as purchasing 4 new tires. My bill was over $1,000 as was anticipated.I worked with Nick Delmedico as my service advisor. I dont like that you charged me $54.45 for a cabin air filter .$34.95 for a filter that retails for $20.00$15.00 for labor your doing the same amount work as inspecting it.$ 4.50 for shop supplies. There is no shop supplies on that service.

Apple was great. First, I want to say this car is not available everywhere, and when I went to Apple, even though I was there first Bolt customer, they were already preparing to sell Bolts. They were informed, and in fact excited, about helping me out and helping me get the vehicle I wanted. Every part of the process was spot on. I know they have a couple to test drive, so if you are interested this is another dealer in Minnesota that is all in on the Bolt!

Nick went above and beyond to help track down this beautiful truck for us on one of their sister lots. He kept in constant contact with updates about what he was finding and ultimately brought this Silverado down to Northfield for us to check out. It ended up being less than our budget so even my wife is happy with it! Have been having my service done there in my 2018 Buick and have recently been told I needed and air filter at 28000 miles and a battery on a 2 year old car. After research of my own, Buick recommends battery after 3-5 years and air filter in 45,000 miles. Not impressed with the upcharge attempts. I, in general dont use service providers who sell me things I dont need. Going back to our small, trusted and independent servicer from now on.

We purchased two vehicles on Saturday, February 29, 2020. A 2020 Encore and 2015 GMC Sierra. So please with everything. I felt no pressure to buy and the salesperson was amazing. Helped us compare prices on line with another dealer as well. That was impressive. I was given a great deal on a new vehicle as well. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommended this dealership and salesperson.

They did not reset my tire pressures after rotating my tires on a Saturday morning. I figured with a few miles they would recalibrate themselves. That didnt happen and by the time I knew this was the case the shop was closed until Monday. Then on Monday when I took it back I was given some line about there not being batteries in the little instrument the does the recalibration. That is a crock because for each tire being calibrated the horn on the vehicle honks. I would think the tech would notice that. Not impressed but not a lot of choices for service other than Belzers or Harry Browns and weve had bad experiences at both of those places when attempting to buy a vehicle.

Had brought my car in last week to find out why my ABS and T/C lights were on. They troubleshoot and found a bad sensor that had to be ordered. Brought it in the next week to have it replaced. Told Ted the lights went out and he decided to run the diagnostics again since the lights had gone out. Found out it was another error code in the drivers side front tire. They had it fixed and out the door in about an hour and because they ran the diagnostics again and found a different problem it saved me about $450 on cost.Ted listened to me when I brought the car in to have the work done and decided to check it out again. Because Ted did that it saved me a bunch of money. Have been going to this dealer for over 20 years and I dont go anywhere else because of the service department.
