Let me tell you what an amazing experience. Brought my car in to get it service from the light turned on. it’s Fourth of July weekend and there’s not a car available anywhere but Northfield jaguar was able to get me one of the rentals and repaired my vehicle within a couple of days great job Guys

I showed up without an appt to get my coolant levels topped off. Mark Shapiro, the service manager greeted me with a properly fitted mask and pleasant attitude. He suggested I remain in the car for my safety and convenience and proceeded to check for any leaks, add coolant and took it upon himself to replace windshield fluid as well as change the batteries in my key fobs. Never have I had this kind of speedy and comprehensive service at any dealership for any make of vehicle. Thank you Fields Jaguar of Northfield.

DO NOT BUY USED LEASE vehicles from them. Their leasing programs have them changing oil ONCE PER YEAR!!!What!?!?!?!?!? Makes their used leasing vehicles suspect at best.Would I lease a car from them again...yes. would I buy a used car from the leasing program after seeing how it works....HELL NO!!
Hands down the BEST car-buying experience I have ever had by far. The combo of finding the car via Autotrader, and then dealing with Joe Fuentes, my Fields sales consultant, made what could have been a daunting experience fun from start to finish. After a lifetime of driving serviceable but dull Nissans and Buicks and such, I never dreamed that Id be able to afford a performance car, let alone a Jaguar! I cant recommend this place highly enough. Thanks, Joe - you made a pipe dream come true!

Not the best customer service. Well now I understand the reviews. I think their intent is good but they lack on execution and training their service people better. Took my car for service and pay for it due to lack of warranty, which was fine. When I pick up the car, it wasn’t ready, no one explained anything else, send me directly to the cashier (like pay and get out) and after waiting for more than a few minutes, because the car wasn’t ready even though I set a time for pick up, they returned the car to me dirty, no wash. Not really what I was expecting. I’m thinking no getting this brand at all in the future, some luxury cars are less expensive, good cars with great customer service for sure!

I have taken my XJ to this dealership 4 times for the same issue. Noisy, and acceleratIon issues. First they replaced the turbo thousands of dollars later, they said it was a clogged air filter and they were going to clean out any gunk in the engine again my wallet is lighter. Then they said the issue was the catalytic converter. Yes you guessed it same identical problem. The fourth time is the charm, the service managerwants to charge me and additional $268.50 for a diagnostic. I’ve spent over 5k the problem was never fixed They want additional money to look at what they were paid 3x to fix. The service manager was the worst part he should not be dealing with people. Jaguar in Northfield were simply rude and incompetent . Even if it’s convenient, avoid at all costs!

Please stay away from this dealer. You will thank me later. Bought a used Porsche from this dealer back in early December.#1. Purchased a used car warranty from them for over $6K. Financed it with them with the finance manager Evan Arena. Ended up cancelling the warranty the following week to get a full refund. 3 months later after numerous emails and phone calls. Still havent received my money back and Im paying interest on the $6K borrowed.#2. The Porsche had a broken horn when I bought it and they said they would get it fixed as part of the deal. The sales person Sam told me to wait and wait till they got the part. After over a month later, he finally scheduled me to come in and get my car fixed. I live over 30 mins away. Took the day off work to go to the dealer and the service manager said she knew nothing about any part being ordered. What a scam this dealer is! She even told me she would call me a week later after the part came in and they would get the car and fix it. No call. Ended up getting the horn fixed at a dealer on my own dime.Needless to say, i have filed a report with BBB and Attorney Generals Office and FTC. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this dealer as possible.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. Okay, maybe they deserve the one only because the sales people/employees were soooo nice to us but that doesn’t make up for taking almost FIVE hours to purchase a car. Because “2 other people were buying cars at the same time” it’s Saturday, probably the busiest day, so if they can’t handle that many customers they need to hire another finance manager. Loved our salesman Sam, but will still never come back. They should have told us from the start it would take that many hours, we could have at least left to go do something seeing as we had our 3 year old with us this entire time! Total waste of a Saturday. Instead they kept telling us we were next or would be done soon over and over again. Was so close to just walking away. Worst car buying experience we’ve had to date. If you want to be treated very well and don’t mind spending basically an entire day there then it’s the place for you. They do their best to entertain you and have snacks butIt should not take that long to buy a car! It’s never taken that long before.

Major scammers. What they do is provide a quote with missing parts and have no regard for people. They disrespect anyone, even elders. This is not a group that deserves any business, especially in a pristine location such as Northfield, IL. What a shame to the community.

Took my Jag leased elsewhere for an annual service. They did excellent job.
I was excited to bring my Jaguar to Fields for a recall service. Once there, I decided to have them replace the rear brakes too. Sadly they failed. I was told the calipers were seized when in fact it was an electronic setting issue with the ebrake. They wanted to sell new calipers for $450ea. After paying $200 for the labor, they were nice enough to let me tow the car to my mechanic (+1 star for that) who figured it out in 15 minutes. As a bonus they broke a lugnut and didnt tell me. I followed the robo-txt messages on my phone and spoke with the customer service manager, but he never got back to me. Lesson learned. Avoid.
Did a tow service and never got paid Anthony Thommes gave the green light to tow a customers car and now after several massages will not call you back. Beware towing companys collect you money COD.
