I read many reviews that start out that If I could give them zero stars I would Well if I could give Rocket brakes 10 stars I would. The customer service at this place is unreal. It doesnt matter who you talk to they are all very polite and professional. We brought a 2000 Ford Taurus in for a brake job, fluid flush, oil change and an alignment. As expected they found many things wrong in a car this old pertaining to rotten rubber in the axels and ball joints. We asked for an estimate and they gave us a whole page of the repairs that they thought needed to be addressed right away and the things that could wait. I couldnt believe the price, it was about half of what I was expecting. Front end work is notoriously expensive and apparently they arent using cheap parts because the warranty is 2 years or 24 thousand miles, twice the regular shop warranty. Well they got the front end done but on the drive home it was making some weird noises and we called them and they said bring it back even though it was closing time on a Friday afternoon. They looked at it and the owner drove me around in a bumpy parking lot and thought that it was a bad strut. I was skeptical but he was right. It drives like a brand new car and the price to replace all four struts was about the same as the google estimate to replace one pair of struts and they have a lifetime guarantee. I cant say enough good things about this place and we will be using them for any services that they provide for our cars in the future. Great job Rocket team. I am glad to see that there is still some integrity left in such cut throat and scam ridden profession.

I interviewed which this company about 6 months ago and was impressed with how they explained their work process and how they treat customers. Went in as a customer a week ago and not impressed at all. Did not receive a phone call all day. I called at 5pm to see what was going on. Picked up my vehicle and there was a lug nut missing from the front tire. Will not be returning or referring anyone.

Took car to have AC fixed, had to have work done on it two time and it still was not working. Within 2 days from the last day it was services, the AC completely went out and the only thing that was blowing was hot air. I spent a decent amount of money to have AC fixed for it to not be working.

Came here for the first time to replace my front breaks and a rattling of my front wheel. Needed an alignment as well but wasnt going to get it cause I didnt have the money for it. Jake and his crew took care of me. Jake called me and went over exact pricing and details and throughly explained what was being done.. what needed to be done and what measurement break pads should be at. Also did a flush on my breaks fluid which I never knew was a thing and told him no one has ever expressed that to me.. 😂🤦‍♀️I told him that I needed an alignment but Ill get that later at a different time. They took care of me on that end! My AC is out and I told Jake I need to take care of it, he said to bring it back to him and they can help me with that too. I was so relieved !My car doesnt rattle no more!! My breaks dont feel like theyre going to give out!!Jake from state farm...???!!Nah the honors goes out to Jake and his crew from Rocket Breaks!Literally the best experience with taking my car somewhere for work. I like to get way off the beaten path with my car, because I trust my life to it I am extremely pickey about who gets to work on my car, there are very few mechanics I trust, however these guys are great! They are honest, affordable, respectful, and professional. I bring my car back time and time again and cant recommend them enough to my friends and family.

I went in with mis-alignment after a hard pot hole hit. The damage ended up being way more than just an alignment issue. Rocket Brakes walked me through the whole repair and even showed me pictures of the damage. The parts for my car are hard to come by but they were able to fix my car in a timely matter. For me personally their is always hesitation whether or not Im picking the right place to take my vehicle too. I can’t believe I forgot to write this! These guys are absolutely fantastic! I brought my Ford Edge here last year after my brakes started going soft. 2 other shops just told me they didn’t know what could be causing it, but then I found Jake and his team. They tried multiple different things and did research to help figure out the issue. They kept me in the loop with updates and when I ultimately had to take it to the dealer for a HPU replacement Jake didn’t charge me dime! They put in several hours of labor and research, switched and tested new components and were upfront, honest and just the best mechanic experience I’ve had in the area. I’ve sent my dad and cousin both here and we can’t recommend them enough!

** Im going all out on this review because they go all out for their customers.**Rare nowadays. I came in today because my car started shaking at around 65mph. Next day appointment that I scheduled at 7pm last night. Thats already amazing. Guys let me tell you, the 5 star reviews are real and for a great reason. The problem was in the tires and they let me know that and recommended a place to go to and got the problem fixed same day(today). No charge at all for diagnosis and the diagnosis was 100% correct as my problems fixed. Im skeptical at every repair shop because I know how most of them over charge, recommend things you dont necessarily need and scam you but this place is DIFFERENT. I mean look I didnt even get work done here and Im writing a review, thats how motivated I am to share this place with yall. The honest, willing, and upfront attitude from everyone here is absolutely unheard of and I promise you wont find it anywhere else. I pay attention to detail, these guys do everything right. Seriously life savers! My check engine light had gone off 4x in two weeks with no help from my previous mechanic. I went to Rocket Brakes after hearing that Jake is the best with diagnostics around town. He diagnosed the issue and made sure that everything was fixed properly. He made sure I understood what happened and I was treated with so much respect throughout the process! (doesnt always happen when youre a girl who knows NOTHING about cars). I scheduled an appointment for 8am four day’s prior and received numerous reminder emails regarding my appointment time but when I arrived the morning of the appointment they had no record of it and stated that the machine was down that they needed to do the job. If I could give 0 stars I would, the lack of communication and disregard for my time was horrible. I will not be returning and I will be letting people I know not to use this business.

What a find. Jake was great to work with. I had been dreading getting my brakes fixed (because of the cost) and had taken it to a couple shops before I landed at Rocket Brakes. The other shops had estimates that were twice as much and were recommending I replace parts I didnt need to replace. This shop took care of me and did not try to take advantage of my lack of auto knowledge. They took the time to show me what was really wrong and I honestly felt comfortable with my decision on the repair. I would recommend anyone looking to get work done on your car to bring it by here and have them take a look at it before you make your decision. I believe you wont regret it.

I came in a few days ago to get an alignment done on my car and I was not disappointed! I was immediately greeted right as I stepped in and they got all of my information and got everything set up in under 10 minutes. They were extremely nice and helpful because I had a ton of questions. They even explained how they check the alignment and fix it (no one has ever done that at other auto shops). The price also impressed me. I shopped around for a bit and they were about 15$ cheaper than other shops in the area. The quality of service and the way they treat customers makes this a win for me! I will be back in the future when I need any other work done!

I came here for an alignment, I was told they were backed up and I was offered a discount for rescheduling the service tomorrow. The next day i was charged $59 for an alignment and was given a rundown on the numbers. This is a great local business to support that will do a great job.

I went in thinking that I needed an alignment for my 2018 GMC Sierra. After diagnosis it was determined that I needed a new wheel bearing because my alignment was in spec. They were able to get me taken care of very quickly and I had a great experience. I highly recommend them!

Sometimes you just feel like you get lucky. I am not from the Denver area but was driving through pulling a 30 enclosed trailer. I had a suspension issue with my Super Duty and these guys went over the top to help, including noticing that I had a cut in my rear tire that could have been catastrophic going through the mountains. With this I was ready to be taken advantage of since I was essentially stranded. Ted spent a good half hour searching for the part I needed and eventually offered to drive 45 minutes away to retrieve it himself to make sure that I was able to get back on the road that same day.While I may not be back to see them I would highly recommend them for anyone that feels like they need a friend in the automotive business. Normally I do not give 1 or 5 * since there is always room for improvement. With Rocket Brakes Im not sure what they could have done better.
