The people at Fast Signs Northglenn are great to work with. They kept me informed of the projects I gave to make sure everything was printed out correctly. They lived up to their name - Fast - even though I gave them a limited timeline. The work was top standard. If you are looking to have signs, posters, etc. printed I would recommend them highly.

They work super fast and do amazing work! They will be able to make whatever you can think of as far as a design. They also guarantee their work! If you are not happy with it they will make it right! As well as if their product doesn’t stick or stay they have a warranty for it! They will replace and or fix without question! All of our companies signs are done here!

They were amazing at my rush order for yard signs. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting and what others in my office have paid. But they did a rush job, friendly and delivered a quality product.I didn’t give 5 stars because when calling, it’s hard to reach someone. They are faster to reply via email however, which is great.

I worked 10yrs in the vegas casino so I can tell you they have top notch customer service. Super friendly and will keep you very happy. I came in to put my logo on my semi truck. They did it same day when others told me they couldn’t. They also didn’t have the color paper I wanted so they upgraded me to a more expensive paper with reflective color that was similar to what I want at no extra charge. Everything came out better than what I envisioned.

Good service up front but I would never use them to create a company logo. Although its $75 per hour they try to do it quickly. It certainly comes out looking like a $75 logo(cheap). Nothing too great. If youre going to get a logo made have someone else do it for higher level professionalism. I brought in an idea that a friend made for me and it appears much higher end than what fastsigns offers.

Just came back to do some repeat business with this company. We were very happy with their previous work. Having said that we had a minor mis-understanding in a 2 minute conversation about which logo she was to use and I simply asked for clarification about something that Uri said. She then told me that she was very clear and the mis understanding was in my head. I was taken aback for a moment then she began a litany of personal insults. I told her that I was taken aback and did not understand why I should pay money to a company that would tear into me like that over a simple mis understanding. All I wanted to know is which logo they had (we have several) and was trying to determine which one she was hoping to go with. Thats all. Our whole conversation lasted 3 minutes or less. Her answer was maybe I dont want your business. You lost it when you went straight to personal insults rather than trying to service my need. This was not a big deal and the simplest sale she could have ever made. We had a quote we had a total she just needed to verify with me what she had and take my CC number. what a waste

They save you time and money! Just make sure that you have th right logos for stuff and allow so extra time to get the things you need made (like 3 days), but the wait is totally worth it considering the quality of their products!

The worst! Seriously. Try and go deal with the owners if you think Im joking. What a joke this place is. With all the places I can go and get my sign/decal needs met in Denver Metro I cant believe the way these people treat customers. Stay away from this store like the plague.

Very poor business. Go anywhere but here. All they want is your credit card number. My first visit I was researching signage and came to ask some questions and couldnt do anything because the male owner said give you credit card and we can get started. So I left. I came back two months later and ready with logo. Came back to get stickers made. I knew what I want and where. Before paying or getting to the computer I was notified by the woman owner that you need to put down 50%. No big deal. But was still told 3 times before even getting to the computer. So finally I had to tell her I understand can I see some product. After a heated moment because of the way they treated me the customer I went ahead and set up the work. I was told that in 3 days come back for a proof. When I returned I was refunded my money because the owner had nothing ready and when I asked why I was threatened for a refund. And thats not what I wanted. I wanted my sticker. And was talked to like I did something wrong. I tried to be patient and still get my sticker but I asked why he acted that way to the customer and why he couldnt apoligize. And instead of any owner remorse he threated me with a call to the police. And made me take a refund. I did nothing wrong. These people shouldnt have a business. I also have witnesses. Please dont patron this business take it to people who will respect you. Not them.

Somewhere else. He told us Yes, maybe you should!! This is after The office on 104th is TERRIBLE. Waited for them to send proofs, estimate, etc. I had to keep calling them for proofs, estimates, etc. This was the 3rd company vehicle weve taken to Fast Signs on 104th In Northglenn, Co. They did an excellent job on our 2nd company vehicle so we thought wed use them again. OMG NOT GOOD. They guy working on the design was eventually FIRED putting back yet again! We were assigned to a man named Rock. Rock was suppose to send us a proof and an estimate on 5/5/2016. AGAIN, we waited and waited. NOTHING! We called on 5/6/2016 and spoke with ROCK asking him what happened?? He was RUDE and we told him maybe we should go almost 3 weeks! I called and talked to Rock and asked him for all of our company files (vector files, logo files, etc) and he said he wasnt going to give them to me! He said we didnt pay for the work that was done!!! THEY already had sent us proofs but there were changes that had been made and we werent going to pay until the work had been done on the vehicle! I asked him for his boss name and he said NO. I also told him Id be contacting our lawyer as well as channel 31 problem solvers and he told me he could have the work done next week. I told him we had already gone somewhere else and thats why we needed our files!! He said to me why dont you have your own LOGO!!! We have exclusive rights to our logo! I cant believe the audacity of this guy! He told me to do what I have to do and hung up on me! AS I SAID THIS WAS OUR 3RD COMPANY VEHICLE! UNBELIEVABLE. Ill never use this location again. The location is 1480 W 104th Ave, Northglenn, CO 80234 and the employees name is ROCK. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Now Ill be getting in touch with their Corporate office.Deborah Woolley
