The furnace, located in a crawl space, required replacement for sale of my house. 303 Heat quoted a few furnace options, all of which were appropriate for the location and size of the house, unlike some of their competitors that quoted units to their own monetary advantage. I selected the high efficiency furnace which then required reworking the main heat and return ducts, capping off the old exhaust flue, running exhaust piping to the outside and building a platform to raise the furnace to accommodate the underneath condensation drain and pump. Although 303 Heat was fully booked within my tight timeline, they were able to adjust their workload and put in extra hours to complete the new furnace installation, as promised and prior to house closing.

I had a great experience with 303 Heat. I called to schedule a estimate for having central air installed in my house and they were able to have a technician out the next day. During the inspection of the existing system the technician pointed out the furnace was 23 years old and they could give me a better deal if both were purchased and installed at the same time. I called around and got a few more estimates for the job (every one recommended replacing the dinosaur of a furnace) and 303 was the best price!The install team came out the same week and did a great job installing the new furnace and the new AC. They left no mess and did a professional install though and though. The system is running great and Im ready for the summer heat!!

He informed us that our current concrete foundation was too small for the new unit, so he and Jared (303 Heat Owner) broke up our concrete pad, hauled away the concrete, put in a new synthetic concrete pad and didnt charge us a single penny more! Jared is very knowledgeable and his wife is super responsive and friendly when trying to schedule. We called on Thursday, Jared came out to look at it on Friday and it was installed (Saturday/Sunday). I would highly recommend!!

We lost our A/C 2 years ago on one of the hottest days of the summer. Jared came out Saturday afternoon to diagnose our problem. Ac was shot. On Monday Jared and one of his guys were at our house installing new units. I have called a couple of times with minor problems and Jared has been great on helping me figure them out. This man is so knowledgeable its crazy. Have I told you we are in Parker and just couldnt belive he came all this way to help us. I know we are kind of out of their area but he is willing to travel to help us out! I will never go anywhere else in this city for heating and ac work! Did some analysis and decided on a fix for the problem, only later finding out there was a different solution -- so he charged us the lower price for a simple service and promised to discount the price of the visit if he needed to come back and do additional maintenance.He was on-time, friendly, and very fast -- even considering the time it took for him to pick up a part from his stock and come back. We used 303heat for replacing our existing heater and AC unit yesterday and are VERY happy and satisfied with the work done and end results. Jarred I appreciate your help today. My igniter went out last night on my furnace. I got online this morning to find help on a Sunday and 303 Heat had amazing reviews and after contacting them they had a great diagnosis fee and did not charge me extra for being Sunday or same day. My condenser and coil went out on a Tuesday and these guys came out within 12hrs on a record heat day 97 degree day and replaced my entire AC unit by 1pm for no more money than if they would have done it normally. I highly recommend using these guy if you need any HVAC work done. Very happy with the parts and work!

We called them at 8:30 a.m. on 4th of July. They were out before 10 and our AC is now working perfectly. We joined their maintenance plan (as our issue was due to lack of maintenance on our part...). So our service today, on a holiday, was the first payment of the monthly fee‐ $10. On a holiday. We have used them before and have recommended them to several friends. They are very professional, very honest- cannot recommend enough.

We needed an honest opinion and inspection of our furnace and AC for a condo we were selling. Jared did a prompt inspection and found the heat exchanger had a crack but the AC was fine.
