I used to shop at abig box dispensary because the prices are good but my buddy took me here and I fell in love. This place feels like a good old fashion head shop, its a good place to buy bud and the strains I have tried have been excellent. Try the chem brulee if you can find it.

So I wasn’t even gonna bother asking because I was coming from out of town and unless you know somebody already or are a regular, dispensers don’t hold things but Dude offered and I was like totally stoked !!! No I don’t really talk like that lol but it was a cool move...I didn’t make it in to the dispensary, the wife did, wife said cool vibe good people so five stars all the way!

The selection is great and easy to get what you need and get out. I love the art on the walls and seeing some of the plants through the window inside. I am a medical card holder and every time I have went to this dispensary I have been told they have issues with their computer, and they are unable to process my medical card. I will never know if they have good bud or not but also will not waste my time driving across town to this place ever again. For the 2 times I have went the wait was 15 to 30 minutes in store with a bud tender to be told sorry is unacceptable.

I spent thousands and thousands of dollars and never had an issue with their employees ot the quality of their product, Until yesterday the guy tells me theyre top shelf as seeds in it, so I ask about another strand and he said that ones better no seeds ( you cant handle,smell or look closely enough you just trust the bud tender) i bought a $70 quarter and out of that 5 g of seeds and the weed doesnt even taste top shelf! I called to see what they could do about it and they tell me nothing.. theres nothing like being ripped of by the neighborhood weed dealer! Smoking mirrors!! I wont be back again!

I called and asked about 420 promos and they told me $70 oz on the Med side but they dont have much in stock and will be getting more after noon. So i call again after 1pm and they told me they got more flower in. I show up and they tell me its $200 for the oz with the 20% off..... so I left.

Kinda bummed because i never got the chance to visit here- weedmaps and google, as well as the bgood northglenn sign all say they cater to medical patients 21 and under but apparently this location doesn’t. Eh, have to try to find somewhere else I suppose.

The staff is the part that always keeps me coming back... Specifically ANTHONY!!!! Anthony has gone out of his way to not only be insanely kind and friendly to myself and anyone else I recommend this dispo to, but he has always helped me take advantage of every possible best use of my rewards points or any deal that is going on and has never ever steered me wrong when it comes to product. I fell in love with the Rokin Tanks that only bgood seemed to carry, but they kept selling out every time I would come in, so Anthony went way above and beyond and offered to set several bright fun colors aside reserved for me because he knew how hard I had been trying to get one!! Wow. I just had the most humiliating experience at this store. Ive been shopping here since day one of legal weed. Its small, low key, and in the neighborhood. I dont smoke that much so probably shop there once every three or four months. Today I went online and reserved some product for pick up. I like that you can shop and reserve online - makes it quick and easy. As I was driving home after picking up my product I was curious and just popped the top of the container to take a look. Lo and behold it was empty except for some residual dust. I immediately high tailed it back to the store and showed them what I had found. Well, you can only imagine that I was now being accused of taking the product out and trying to swindle more. As Im standing there arguing with the manager, Im thinking OMG this looks exactly like I did this - and I did not. Heck, I ordered it online. They had my name, phone number, and birthdate. It was insane. The manager eventually made good on my purchase and replaced the product begrudgingly which accounts for one of the stars on the review. However, something is amiss at that store and someone took that product out of the container which in turn got sold to me empty making me appear to be a liar once I discovered it. I would highly suggest checking your product before leaving that store and make sure you have what you paid for. I would also suggest management there keep a close eye on their employees and make sure their inventory is not being emptied from prepackaged containers and walking out the door. As for me and as mentioned, the situation was so completely humiliating that I could never possibly consider patronizing that store again. But since they brand me a thief and a liar and Im only good for $60 every quarter, I doubt theyll miss me. Sayonara bgood.

Edit Edit: This place is great. They will make sure you have a good experience. Everyone is friendly and will point you in the right direction to get your medicine the way you need it. I cannot express how much you should sign over to them. Lama Brand is consistent high quality medicine.
