This company is AMAZING. We needed help after our condo complex was broken into, and they were right there ready to help. They installed an comprehensive system at a reasonable price. Tony was there to help us every step of the way, and we are so thankful for him and the company. Highly recommend if youre looking for a security system!

My experience with Video and Sound has been a painful, gut wrenching disaster.Their sales rep promised great service and then disappeared. The very expensive ITsystem that this salesperson recommended for our small business was not appropriate and never worked. The system was down continually during peak hours of operation and when we called for service they never came to our site as promised and told us to go reboot the router or go buy an additional booster for the router. We complained repeatedly and met witih the owner to no avail. We finally gave up, got AT&T to come in and give us a very inexpensive system that works great. We are now being harassed by Video and Sound for stopping payment on this lease and they have filed a lien against us not only for this IT equipment (which they have been asked to pick up) but also for a much more expensive Fire Alarm system which we have paid the lease on every month since it installation without fail, yet they accept the automatic payment and still are filing a lien on this as an unpaid debt. They have caused lost business, and untold mental anguish in dealing with them. They refused to resolve this throught the Better Business process as well. Save your self a lot of money, time and pain - avoid Video and Sound.
