I bought a roof rack from them for my old Honda and called back to get a conversion kit from Keith. He told me to call back because he was busy and when I did call back, I mistakenly told him the wrong information and then corrected it with him. I had not been on the phone for more than 5 min at that time. He told to call the manufacturer directly because he did not have time to deal with me. I politely told him that I had done that at other places, and I apologize for giving him the wrong information, but I would appreciate if he could help me and have them ordered today. I had already spent over 500$ with him and would like to order something else and as a customer I would like to have help. He proceeded to tell me that he did not have time to deal with me and hung up on me. This is unacceptable behavior and not someone that I or anyone should have to deal with. I would avoid this place if you wanted to get some help and not feel like your inconvenience someone. I have never been talked to like that before in my life and been hung up on when I was giving someone business!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

This guy can figure out any type of wiring issues. Very smart and friendly. Great service and prices

In one shot he fixed a water leek on my 122 leer cap that was installed a month earlier in norwood. Owner is very knowledgeable and I believe does the work himself vs cap world in norwood, where I had to go back numerous times for water repair. New England truck cap was also very fair with the price

I have been having Keith install accessories on my vehicle for at least 20 years. He is undoubtably a professional all the way.
