Took my vehicle here for a check engine light diagnostic was told I needed a new computer chip. My car sat for a month and a half because they didnt have the part. Paid over 2k just for my car to start doing the same thing again less then 4 days after I picked it up. They tried to make me pay another 150 for another diagnostic, and was told that this time its my fuel pump (I have a brand new fuel pump so I know this isnt the issue) they will give you the run around. Do not go here!

I felt a little deceived, was told i needed valve covers and even though I may have needed gaskets, it was not explained to me that valve covers were not needed until I was ready to pay for services rendered. With that being said they did however do a great job solving problems!

Dropped off vehicle and was a very quick greeting from service coordinator. And needed a ride home, was on my way in less than twenty minutes.

I have had service done at Fred Martin several times, each time Matt Gorbe has taken the time to call my warranty company and get clarification on the services and parts to make things right with my car and services received. Thank you for your hard work it doesnt go unrecognized.

Update 6/7/2021The service department got me in today for the TIPM repair and is doing so free of charge. I truly appreciate them making this right and would like to thank Dean for all of his help in the matter. It was really nice to be proven wrong and to get my car fixed. Thank you!- - - - -I am VERY disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. I purchased two vehicles from Fred Martin, but don’t plan on purchasing any more.After two weeks of waiting for my car, I finally got it back and the issues that were being “fixed” started to happen again.One would think that a $2600 repair should be fixed correctly the first time and in a timely manner, but I guess that’s not the case with these folks.I have a message in to the service department again. I would like to think that they’d fix this problem free of charge.I will say that they mentioned the needed service could be one thing or another (fuel pump or TIPM). They replaced the fuel pump, but I’m starting to also question whether or not they did this just to collect that money and then had a plan to tell me it was the TIPM. Either way... I expect my car to be fixed appropriately, in a timely, manner, and free of charge.I will keep everyone posted on what happens. I hope to be able to revise this review and give them 5 stars, as I have been extremely patient and understanding. Returning the favor would be excellent!

Bought a 2017 explorer brought it home turned the ac on it stunk tried for 2-3 weeks to call no return call. Take it up for scheduled maintenance looked at a piece on the outside to make sure it didn’t leak well on the way home that said piece flew off on the highway 😡 will never go back
