Mr. Frank was a huge help the other day. He has helped me in the past, and I am very happy he is still there to assist me whenever. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He listened to my needs and boundaries of what I wanted. Even my toddler had a good time. I am unsure if you will see this, Mr. Frank, but we genuinely appreciate you. Have always had great service at the Norton, OH Verizon store. Needed a new charger cord and Nadim steered me in the right direction to save money and get a better phone. He lent me a cord to use until our new phones arrived 🙂. Joe did a great job activating the phones when they arrived. Both very pleasant and great to work with!

I came in for a new phone and a gentleman named Frank Jones was the only employee on staff that day. He did a great job balancing me and 2 other customers at the same time. He was very polite and professional. He also went above and beyond to spend a bit of time retrieving backup data from my old phone (that completely stopped working) and retrieved all of my contacts and pictures to my new phone.

Excellent experience at this location! We were helped by Joe last week. He was so patient in answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything Verizon has to offer. He made sure we were assisted immediately and wouldn’t let us leave until we were satisfied. We left very happy with our new deal. Joe deserves a raise! We will definitely stick with Verizon!

TCC Verizon is the best Verizon store ever. In fact, the customer service we experienced with Nadim and his product knowledge rival high luxury goods stores!! Our day started with a broken phone, multiple visits to Verizon and other authorized dealers and, as luck would have it, at the end of the day a visit here. This was the only store that actually has Samsung 21S phones in stock!! And in colors other than Pink and violet (no offense just not a color for my husband 🙃). Nadim took the time to really find out what we needed, what are our priorities for our phones and steered us to a totally different model. We are happy owners of a new Samsung Z Flip Three. Seriously this is a cool, functional updated flip phone with lots of speed. When you open it up its a big phone; folded it actually fits in a coin pocket in your jeans!! The best part is he worked on transferring the data (what store does that anymore?) even though the screen was a wreck!! We will keep you posted here on the integrity of the flip phone!! Appreciate the help and highly recommend.

We were in the store 2 days in a row working with Joe Johnson and he is amazing! The first day we went in we upgraded our parents phones and he worked his magic and got us an amazing deal on both of their new S21s and then the next day we went back and decided to upgrade early to the S21 also and he managed to get me amazing deal also even though I owed so much on my current phone! If I could I would give 10 🌟 . Hands down the best Verizon experience I have ever had! Also he is very knowledgeable is what is does was even able to save us money on our current plan!Updated so now months later everything is messed up Joe never turned in my phones never applied our promotions and the company is not willing to honor what Joe sold us! Absolutely disgusted with this company!

Horrible customer service. We were lied to about trade in credits. took 3 months to trade in the phone on their end. Promo was over and couldnt back date the deal. Best customer service Ive ever experienced at any Verizon!

Frank was very helpful he spend time with me answering my questions regarding my bill and helping me fix my connection to my verizon. He updated my watch phone and it can now receive my phone calls. We went in about 3:30 and got home with two new phones by 4:30. We were in a time crunch because I had to work at 5, but Frank was extremely understanding and still told us everything we needed to know and answered all questions we had. My mom is 90 years old and she just wanted to replace her flip phone with another flip phone. We went in and they said they had to order it. They told me they would call me in a few days when it came in. They never called and when i called them they had no record of us ordering it. The guy said call us back in about half hr i did left a message and no one called me back. Then i called talked to the manager and he said to call him back in an hour and he would make it right. I did...i left a message and he never calked back!!! What a joke! I will never go back thrre again!!
