Best Service in Town for replacement windows!

Terrible experience from start to finish. We had them out to bid to replace our front door and side garage door. Jim their salesman quoted a good price for the doors. We were quoted on Provia doors and had Polaris doors show up to the house. Not only were they the wrong brand the glass was wrong and the color was wrong on one of the doors. Classic bait and switch. When the problem occurred we were promised by Jim a garage entry door to make up difference for the problem. We started the project the first week of April and still dont have the garage entry door in December. Jim made up one excuse after another why the door hadnt arrived which were a bunch of total lies to both of us. When we got fed up and called Jim the owner he knew nothing about the agreement and then said Jim promised more than he could deliver. Of course both magically will not return calls at this point. If you are in the market for new doors or windows and Nu Sash wants to bid run fast and far. By far the worst experience Ive ever had with a home improvement company.

I would not recommend them .all the caulking inside around my windos is cracking.The workmanship is very poor.I only had the windows a few years.I wAS told this is not covered by warranty.The gentleman told me to call in the spring and he would recaulk all the problems.I stiil would not endorse them.
