Superior auto is by far the best place I have ever taken my vehicles. I’ve been using their services since 1997 and I always leave knowing that my family and I were in a safe car because of the care and attention they give I recommend them not only do they care about your car, but they care about people.

My son got into a fender bender. I wanted to make sure it was only cosmetic damage. They took it right in and checked it out. I wasn’t there more than 10 min and they were so nice and friendly. They were obviously busy and didn’t have to do that. They didn’t come up with something detrimental for me to fix and try to take my money they were recommended by a friend and had great reviews. Glad to give them another one and I will be a returning customer Thank you for keeping my son safe on the road

Out of the blue had an emergency brake issue while coming from out of state, had never been to this shop before but called superior auto, an hour after calling in a panic they gave me an assessment and quote for repairs with no appointment and within two hours vehicle was fully fixed and I was back on the road. Special thanks to Warren and his crew I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and if I lived in the area Superior Auto would be handling all my auto needs from this day forward. Professional quality work done here as well as better than Excellent customer service … thank you again guys you saved the day for me.

I have been going to Superior Auto for my vehicle repairs for 20 years. I first went there because it was convenient, I could drop off the car and then walk to the bus for work. I would come back from my shift and it would be waiting for me. Now I no longer work in the area, but I continue to bring my cars there, even though Im 45 minutes away. I dont trust anyone else with my cars. The total trust was built when I brought my truck in for corroded gas lines. The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasnt safe. He did not want me driving it. I ended up scrapping the vehicle.Another thing I love about them is if you need an oil change, you dont need an appointment, you can stop in and they will drop everything to take care of walk-ins. I HIGHLY recommend this family run business to everyone!Annette Gordon

I am very pleased with this business! From ownership to office to techs they were all very honest and knowledgeable. We got a car through carvana, it needed some things taken care of, they took care of everything in less than 1 day!! We dropped the car off for diagnostic in the am, it was done and ready to be picked up before mid-day. The experience could not have gone any better for us, they were a major blessing. These guys are great. As a mom of three who needs her car running well at all times, these guys always get me in and get me fixed up. The prices are always reasonable and the service is always quick. I really can’t recommend them enough.

I brought in a 2007 Honda Pilot that was leaking oil. Superior inspected it and called me to tell me the cost of the repairs were going to be more than the automobile was worth and asked what I wanted to do. The mechanic said We want your business, but we dont want to steal from you. Probably time to get a new car. They didnt charge me for the inspection either.

Last year I came to Ron at my brother’s suggestion to have him possibly work on a custom exhaust system for my car. After looking over the project and discussing it with Ron, he told me that if I bring the necessary parts (which cost me virtually nothing) then he would be able to cut, bend, weld, and install the system for me. He gave me an original quote that day and two weeks later when I came back to start the project, he stuck to that quote even though the labor and time it took to complete the project was longer than what he originally said.When I left that day, very happy, Ron said to come back if there were any issues. Later that summer one piece of the system had to be fixed, which took a quick second and cost me nothing, and now a year later I just came back to Ron to address another minor issue that had popped up. Again, it was a quick and easy fix that he was more than willing to work with me on and once again, cost me nothing but a few minutes.Ron and Warren, and the whole crew at Superior, are incredibly courteous and helpful, and the knowledge they possess makes repairs and custom work alike easy and painless. I routinely recommend everyone I know, plus the customers that come into my work, to check out Superior Auto Center and talk to Ron. These guys know their stuff, are honest, and stand by their work, which is exactly what you can ask for in a great mechanic.

I cant say enough about this gem of an auto shop. They are extremely reasonable in price, but dont sacrifice quality in their work or parts. I just had a bad service experience with a local big-name dealership and Superior Auto provided me an honest assessment of what my car actually needed done for work and delivered a superior product for half the cost! Ron and Warren have worked on both my older and new vehicles. On my old dodge they found a blockage that was causing my truck to over heat. Previous mechanics had worked on this problem and could not find the source of the problem. Ron and his team found and fixed the problem fast and at a reasonable rate. These our the guys to go to.

These guys are awesome! My car needed an urgent oil change, they took it in as a walk-in and they got it done. Recently needed a brakes and rotors service, I took another chance and they came through with exceptionally quick service. So that very same day picking up my vehicle, I decided to schedule my tires to be replaced, and they had a spot for me the very next day as Id hoped. Great staff had my ac recharged in my Esclade Joe did a awesome job and was told that the compressor was weak and should think about a nother one was not pushy at all about getting one and installing it.

This is an honest, reliable place to get your car serviced. I have had consistently good results over twelve years of work on a variety of cars and trucks, both new and old. I particularly like how they let you know when you should anticipate an upcoming repair by saying that your tires are starting to show signs of wear or your brakes are close to the end of their use, etc. We trusted Superior Auto to maintain our childrens vehicles while they were in college. As young adults they have contacted Superior Auto for advice or consulted them for a second opinion. We have been fortunate to be able to trust our vehicles to Superior Auto.

I have used this garage for nearly 20 years. Im not sure who is writing some of these negative reviews but Ive had great service from this garage. They are extremely knowledgeable and work with you to get your vehicle back to you on time and repaired well. Ive had everything done from simple oil changes and tire purchases to major repairs on the engine, brakes and air conditioning.

I wish I lived in Norwich Ct. so I could have Ron and his staff be my only mechanics. I live in MA. and husband and I were taking my mother-in-law to Foxwoods for her birthday last summer. We were our way to Foxwoods when my car was leaking what I thought was breaker fluid. We pulled over in the Dunkin Donuts rest area and called AAA. It was going to take too long for AAA so I Googled tow trucks in the area. It was a miracle that Superior Auto Center was the first entry. Two fellows came with a flat bed and towed my car to Ron. Ron took care of me and fixed the car while my husband and mother-in-law took an taxi to Foxwoods. If it was not for Ron and his staff I would have not been able to get home. Ron fixed my car and with no appointment. He is a true professional, very honest and kind. They even looked up any recalls for my car. and gave me the printout for free. He is a true angel and well loved by his community. While I was there a local farmer gave the staff bags and bags full of fresh corn. So much corn that Ron gave me a dozen to take home. I forget the gentlemans name that works at the front desk but he was also kind, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron and his staff for all your car needs. Superior Auto Center is truly superior to any one else in the auto business.

Had a terrible experience with this shop. They tried to sell me 500 dollars worth of work. Didnt get that out of me, so tried to break my car instead. Took it to a dealer and all I needed was 2 new spark plugs. They even said Superior Auto tried to screw me out of money. Reported them to the BBB.
