I just went for my first complimentary oil change on my brand new Nissan Sentra. The experience was way beyond what I expected. Not only did I get an oil change but also an inspection, tire rotation, and cleaning free of charge as a thank you for bringing it in. Daniel also performed an inspection of my tire rods as there is a recall issued on them to make sure I was safe before I left. He did an absolute wonderful job and my car is running perfectly. I dropped My Nissan Titan off to be diagnosed by the service department. I received a call from the service department with a total different diagnosis then the previous mechanic I had the vehicle looked at by prior. Due to our families busy schedule I wasnt able to pick it up right away. I got a call from Daniel stating if I didnt pick the vehicle up they would have it towed and back charge me for storage (cant charge for an agreement no one ever signed on). Worst customer service department Ive dealt with. Guess it was taking up too much room on their empty lot. Gates Gets IT!

Purchased a used vehicle here 3 weeks ago and today the battery died, so I called and spoke with the service manager and was told a battery would not be covered, spoke to the general manager who was rude and argumentative who also told me not covered. I have a warranty paper stating it covers a malfunctioning battery. I was a tech at a dealership for 18+ years at a very reputable dealer and never had our sales department refuse to replace a battery that failed shortly after the vehicle was purchased. I guess thats the difference between a dealer that wants a lifetime customer and one that just wants a sale today. I will never ever buy a vehicle from any Antonino dealer again. I will be filing a complaint with dmv and the BBB.
I couldn’t have asked for better service. I made an appointment for Monday evening after work to take a look at a car I was interested in purchasing. The salesman Chris was very thorough with showing me features of the car and answering any questions. I went back tonight to sign papers and take my new car home. I was in a real jam. My 2006 Rav 4 was making funny noises and I was in panic-mode since I didnt have money for repairs. I didnt have a down-payment and they helped me lease a 2018 Nissan Rogue AWD with $0 down. My credit isnt great but it wasnt bad either. They even made my first payment and filled my tank. My salesman, Brian, was very understanding about my situation and really fought for me to get what I needed without out-of-pocket expense. I drove out without spending a penny and kept my Rav 4 which I will fix later. The entire staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable in their showroom. Nothing but smiles from everyone. I would highly recommend them. I am telling all my family and friends to go there.

Frank and I moved to Norwich in April / 20. Since then we have been renting cars so I can go to NYC to work. We had spent a lot of money on this, and we thought that the best thing would be to buy a car, but the problem was that we did not have money for the down payment.On Thursday of last week (june 04) Frank began to fill out the application on the Nissan of Norwich website, but he did not finish it thinking it could not be possible to give us a car without putting a down payment. A few hours later Rhys, from Nissan of Norwich contacted him and helped him complete the application. After sending the necessary documents, Rhys called Frank and he said It was approved and you can come to sign the papers on Monday (June 08). We couldnt believe it. We went to Nissan of Norwich on Monday and Rhys introduced us to Chris, who had been working on the all documentation and who kindly attended to us and made our dream come true. My husband purchased a 07 Wrangler, we choose this dealership because of the reviews. Our salesman was great, but after delivery could of been better. It’s has been in their service Dept 3 times for a check engine light. We did not receive paper work until I complained our last time it was there. Yes, we where told it was sold as is...But it’s now Sept(not even 4 months from delivery date, we are now told it needs front pads/rotors (how if this was safety checked). We choose to not have them done there due to over charging. The breaks where so bad when we did them, they was hardly any pad left.One time the service Dept had it they could not figure out what was wrong they took it to the Jeep dealership. It took more then 3 day’s to get it fixed.Now we are told it needs a catalytic confertor. Seriously, we spent $ on a warrenty which doesn’t cover it.I am very unhappy they did nothing about fixing it for us other then wanting to charge us. I believe it was sold to us broke and they just reset the light to hide it.I am taking it for a second opinion. I will be sure to never use them again. Julie the service manger who did try to help but she is new in her position and I feel they could of done more knowing their old service manger gave us the run around. Good luck buying from them. It’s sad cause we love the Jeep other then needing to put $ into it we did not expect to with just purchasing it.
Just moved in the Norwich, CT area. I usually went to Nissan in Manchester, CT. Great HONEST people. I went to Nissan of Norwich to have my front brake pads and rotors replaced. I received a call asking me if I wanted my brake lines bleeded. Of course I wanted my brakes lines bleeded you cant change brake pads and not bleed the lines. When I get my bill I see I was charged $149 for flushing my brake fluid! Everyone knows brake fluid doesnt need to be flushed when you replace brake pads and rotors!They took advantage of me once, it wont happen again. Theyll never see any of my 3 Nissans ever.Thank you for the opportunity!Charles E. Hebert

I am borrowed my father’s car (his white Sonata) for the weekend and I live out of state, so I scheduled a service appointment for this past Friday. Justin, the receptionist from the Service Dept. was helpful and friendly and we went over what I needed. He informed me I would be getting: Basic service, tire rotation, my front undertray check because it was damaged, and a complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash. My paperwork says Luis was my technician, I don’t know who is at fault but they charged me for work they never did. When my father inspected the car the next day we realized they DIDN’T rotate the tires (because he marked them beforehand). And it looks like the undertray wasn’t even touched. I should have realized they did nothing when I went back an hour later to pick up the car, and the car wasn’t even washed. I thought maybe they must have forgotten to do JUST that part, so I asked Justin if I could still get that complimentary car wash, they offered me. He took care of that, but now I see that the dealership is not trustworthy and that they charged us for labor and an oil change they never did. My father called them on Saturday to get some answers but some guy at the dealership was rude to him and hung up on him after telling my dad that the Service Dept. is closed on the weekends. I can’t do anything about it now because Ieave Connecticut today. This is completely unsafe and dangerous!

Had broken mirror Went to parts he checked it out ordered mirror.It came in, Service set up a time. I came in left the car. he called me when done.I came in paid and took the car.
My appointment was for 8 am. I was hoping to have the exhaust looked at and probably a new muffler out in, a heat shield fixed after three previous attempts, and a few small things also. If they started at 8, or even by 11 am, maybe this could have happened. Instead, they took cars in that came after me, I guess because they would wait there, and by 12 on, they still had not even looked at my car. I have canceled appointment because I do not wish to pay their 115 dollar diagnostic fee with nothing fixed, because I will just have to pay it again at a place that actually will fix everything, and respect my time and business. The secretary was combative and worse, she lied and said I yelled at her which I did not. Julie the service office person scoffed and was sarcastic and rude when I expressed my concerns that three hours would not be long enough to fix everything. Clearly, this place has gone downhill.UPDATE: DEAR OWNER, your response below just indicates more dishonesty because it several times it was repeated that I needed the car back by 3 with the heat shield at least being fixed, and the rear windshield wiper. by 11 your secretary made it known that it was not going to be pulled into the near future at which point there would only be 3 hours left to do any repairs of which at least 5 hours was required. Why the hell do you think I made the appointment for 8 a.m.? Again youre dishonest response as a way to mitigate your poor performance is disappointing.

This was my first real experience with a name brand dealership, so all the cliches that apply to this profession cycled through my head. I met Bob and Aaron, who immediately calmed my anxiety. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, but I felt confident! I was at ease throughout the process of checking my financial history, discussing my strict budget requirements, and exploring my options. I dislike talking money with even my close friends! I felt safe, secure, and validated in my interactions with these gentlemen, including Dave, who helped me sign the mountain of forms. :) I was ecstatic, and frankly a little surprised, driving away in my brand new (to me) 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I dont want to stop driving. In my four days of ownership, I have driven nearly 600 miles! My kids affectionately refer to our newest addition as Sonny. My week began with a really awful experience at a Nissan down in Wilton for a simple lease buy out. I was so frustrated with the experience that I called Nissan finance and asked them if I absolutely had to buy the car through Wilton and they said no i could go anywhere and when I told them the fees they were trying to charge me, even that woman agreed it was way too high. So I called around and lucky me- I happened to call Nissan of Norwich and got Paul on the phone. He was professional and patient and didn’t immediately try to convince me to go into another lease. Their fees were the lowest I found in CT (For the EXACT same car, I saved $300 in fees going through Norwich instead of Wilton). Paul’s demeanor and candor convinced me it was worth the 1.5 hour drive to do my lease buyout with them... Then came Julie- the service writer— she was kind and gracious and helpful over the phone when I made the appointment and even gave us a tour of the dealership when we got here so I could find my way around while we waited for the car to be inspected. I’m a small business owner so customer service is incredibly important to me and from Paul (who answered my questions on the phone on several calls) to Chris (who helped me with my paperwork when we came to do the lease buyout) to Julie (who managed the safety inspection and gave us the friendly tour) to David whose final number at time of purchase ACTUALLY matched the number they gave me on the phone (no bait and switch like Wilton) to Jim, the General Manager who oversaw the whole crew— I was SO impressed with the courteous, professional and down to earth service we received. No sleazy salesmanship— no time wasted- they had us in and out in 40 minutes. Anyone looking for a vehicle should absolutely come here over any other Nissan in CT. I recommend them 100%
After being turned down by 4 different dealerships the salesman Charles helped me not only purchase a car, but I was able to get the car I wanted which was a 2016 Nissan Altima great miles which is what I needed since I drive 40 to 50 miles to and from work as well as school also within the price range I needed for my monthly payments thanks to David the sales manager. Bob in service also helped me when my window wasnt working properly ; they were able to get me a car to use for the day while they looked at my car window and fixed it. I am very happy with the service I received from Nissan of Norwich .

Nissan of Norwich is by far the best Nissan dealership Ive been to, I suggest asking for Charles when going their because he is a nice caring man that does not care about the money but only about his customers satisfaction, even though he showed me 4 cars in which I turned down he still had the patience to work with me and help me get out with a newer, better car.
