Went to Norwich CT store to get a new computer. Tyonni was a huge help. Very polite and very knowledgable. He answered all my questions and took care of few things I added on. I would definitely recommend him to help out. Thanks so much.

Ive been shopping here for over twenty years and, on average, this has been one of the better Staples locations Ive visited. Ive recently needed to do a lot of copying and scanning, and the self-serve copies work pretty well. With the COVID-19 related restrictions, Ive often wound up waiting for a turn at the limited number of machines, though never for too long. Perhaps rearranging the printing department to enable all of them to be used would help.

Staples will actively upsell you on value with these flash drives. My company needed 2, but I ended up buying a 3 pack so we could have a spare. One of the three is DOA. They need all three back to do an exchange.We bought them to give away!!! No effort of extra customer service. No exceptions to the rule, just a hard no.Stop in for shipping convenience, get ripped off with subpar quality flash drives that arent backed by the company.

Ive not found the staff here to be very friendly. No one really speaks to me when I go in, whether to say, hi, bye, do you need help, or acknowledge me in any way. Ive also found the prices to be quite high. So unless I need something today, I just order online where I can get better prices and the same indifferent service.

I was treated w the best customer service the moment I walked in. I had to use the tech guys to get over 27,000 viruses out of my laptop . They are the best. Ty Brian, Gerry & Jake! I highly recommend this store

Just wanted to share a great experience I had at Staples in Norwich tonight. I needed to print a resume and the self service printer wasnt able to print it, it kept saying it couldnt open my file. The customer service associate, Alani, was super helpful, she went above and beyond and spent extra time trying to help me figure it out. She gave me couple different options and even offered to used their computer to retype my entire resume. She finally was able to open and print it for me. I have never experienced such a great customer service before !!!

Rip off printing services not like it was used to be, they purposely print your documents to a thicker paper so they can charge u 25c per page. 20 pages cost almost $5.

I spent the greater part of my afternoon traveling to two different Staples locations to have a service performed. I was quoted three different prices for the same service. Went in the Norwich location I questioned why the difference in pricing and was given a very rude answer. Needless to say I laughed and will take my business elsewhere. You people need to get your act together.

I was in staples as I am usually getting my copies done etc, This time this experience was worth putting up to get manager attention about the type of customer service that I was given by your employee Angela,( pink hair) not that that matters but Angela is common name, Anyhow, Very Rude and a bit immature to be behaving the way she did this morning, It was quite busy, at copier, machine kept jammin on customers and other’s needed assistance with trying to function these machines etc, I stood in line and noticed she became available so I politely asked after she was done assisting with customer whom was waiting for assistance for awhile, with his jammed paper at their machine If she could just print a copy for me, One copy, btw, that I already had sent to their receiver etc, I was trying to catch Postal office before they closed, Timed it ok but ran into this traffic and confusion there... Anyhow She stated that I could wait and went on about how busy she was, After I watched her just wait around behind counter lurking... This is a poor excuse for this type of treatment and honestly was uncalled for, Usually the employee that normally works behind the counter assists with everyone and tries to keep the cycle going and running but she obviously needs help with her attitude and customer service!!

You never know what kind of employee youre going to get. Either they are extremely helpful/knowledgeable or they are carelessly ignorant. Upon my most recent visits I have found the latter.

Was at Norwich store today were I was waiting trying to get someone to assist me in buying a tablet. Guy named Mat at the counter acted to ignore thay I was standing there fir about 3 min till I got his attention by asking if someone could help me. He was very rude and told me he was busy and nobody can help me. I asked he he could call someone he said dude Im busy and seemed a bit hostile with his hands out and moving in the air. Finally a nice fella named Justin came to assist us and said he called the manager in the back who was getting that tablet for us. Me and my wife waited another 5 min nobody came so I thanked Hudtun who was at the register now for his help and we left. Poor customer service not very professional and were was the manager all that time ? Employees dont seem to be to happy with there jobs there either nobody was eager to help except the 1 fella Justin. Horrible experience. No ty

I frequently use this Staples to ship packages vis UPS. Recently, UPS messed up a shipment which resulted in the package being sent back to me via Staples. It was a frustrating situation because UPS held the package for 10 days without contacting anyone at all before sending it back to me (my bad for not checking on it.)Manager Rob did everything he could to help me out. On an already chaotic and busy day, he took time to go the extra mile for me, getting on the phone multiple times with UPS, and taking personal responsibility to make sure my package was sent to the correct address as quickly as possible.Rob saved my day. May his superiors shine down on him with blessings of praise and wealth!

I have had repeated problems with the print service. Poor quality. I called customer service for assistance and the individual insisted it was my browser. Why would there be a problem now when I had placed 6 orders previously. I changed browser. Same issue. I just wanted to reorder my previous orders. Also, why does there have to be three seperate Staples sites that do not have a universal log in??? Makes no sense.

The employee there named Kyle has no Customer Service skills. She was rude to my spouse, and didnt help other customers either; looked like she couldnt handle her job. Good thing the General Manager helped us out. Thanks.

Ordinarily a good experience in store. Calling the store however is another story. On hold for copy center for >7 minutes. Tech desk finally picked it up, said they cant help and would transfer me to the copy center. They hung up on me. Maybe the phone system was too technical. I called back. Started this experience on automated hold for a little bit, finally answered by a human who sent me to copy center again. 3 minutes later a hurried voice sounded like I was bothering her basically told me just to do everything on the Staples web site. Customer - yes.... service - no!

Ink is WAY too expensive. Why?? Even price matching is bothersome with no service in the store. And why is online prices different? Same ink there is wayyyyyy less than yours by almost$30 for all 4. Some things,ok in price but sale prices are better. Youll draw more in if you were more the same as around you..

Evey time i go to this location its usually for copies/ fax / service area.....although the guys that work there are extremely helpful, The wait is unacceptable! I dont understand why Staples doesnt capitalize on this WHILE increasing customer service BY HIRING MORE PEOPLE AND GETTING MORE EQUIPMENT AS THERE REALLY IS NOT A COMPARABLE PLACE AROUND THIS LOCATION. 1hour to 45min wait everytime!
