Vehicle has been there 3 times. On my last pick up the same complaint was presented. ( oh the list was long with other stuff too, however a BASIC rattle from the lower engine shield )Its like a cirrus show. Clips, bolts and broken parts still the same, vehicle was brought into the shop after my hour driving there. Half a dozen mechanics shook they head. The very nice advisor Jillian agreed and was embarrass herself. Took pics, called other people however vehicle still remains unsafe and no contact with a new plan to correct. Sad very sad.

They have a great system in place. They will even come get your car for free if the charge is over $300. Can take longer than estimated time and its a dealer so its pricey

The customer service has always been good when Ive gone in. However, the last time I went in to get an oil change and the Honda multipoint inspection they told me my brake pads were close to needing to be replaced. Cool took it to my dealer because they had a special that boch wouldnt match. They tell me Boch Honda missed a recall on my car (axles were susecptible to corrosion) so both axles had to be replaced and they missed two seized brake calipers with no brake pad at all left. Sloppy.How do you miss those 2 things? Will not be returning.

Just bought new honda pilot. Went back to boch honda to get registration. And a sticker. When we got their the gentleman said it would be 35 to 40 minutes after an hour and 10 minutes I ask what is going on with vehicle. No one had idea there looking in computer. 3 people went to garage. Then the person who took it from us comes up to us and excuse oh the inspection machine broke down. Now its been 1 1/2. Now in mean time at least 3 people got stickers while we were waiting. No reason to lie just admit you screwed up Not a way to treat brand new customers .

Mr. RUN AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS TAKEN CARE OF MY CAR ISSUES AND GIVES ME SAME GOOD OPTIONS. AND I LIKE THAT. THATS A COMPANY TO GO TO, WHEN YOU NEED HELP. BUT IT MIGHT BE A FEW DOLLARS MORE. ITS WORTHIER.

Bad service was there for a oil change and my car was on the lift for a hour and a half just sitting there on the lift doing nothing until I said something then they started to work on it
