Excellent technician and installing of the door. They look great. The technician walked me through the whole process of using doors remotely, with cars, the app, etc. and took the time to make sure I understood outward/hardware. I would highly recommend!

My garage door made a metallic nails on chalkboard sound when it opened. I was able to schedule a next-day appointment. When discussing times, I had requested a range to work around my kids nap schedule which the technicians seemed happy to honor. When they arrived, they quickly evaluated the situation, offered the most direct solution and, upon my request, proposed a few options that went beyond the initial scope of the work. I decided to go with the basic repair, the technicians made the fix quickly and efficiently, and, after some pleasant conversation, were on their way. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The team responded quickly (same day) to my call and they quickly fixed everything I had on my list of things to fix. In the process, they identified another problem I had not recognized as such and addressed that as well. They were professional, friendly, very capable and reasonably priced. My only regret is that I had not mentioned that the right side garage door opener (which I had not mentioned when listing the problems to address) remains an occasional problem, i.e., not closing the door from the car. Cant blame them for not fixing something I had not mentioned, but it was a missed opportunity for me because I have no doubt that the team could have fixed this as well.

I decided to go with a small local business, especially in this time of Covid where many small businesses are suffering or have had to close their doors for good. The contact at Shamrock was professional, the price was comparable to the larger chain companies and the evaluation and instillation process was fast and efficient. However I did have to wait about 5 weeks for my door to be ordered because it was custom sized. Also the quality is top notch. Other than the 5 week wait, I had a good experience and would recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a new garage door.

We recently had Jose from Shamrock come out to the house and service our old overhead garage door and by the time he was done it was running smoother and quieter than at any time since it was installed back in 1987! He replaced screws, wires, pulleys, hinges and springs. Definitely over and beyond the call of duty! We thought so highly of his service that we purchased the 2 year maintenance contract so they would send someone every 6 months for 2 years to lubricate the door and resolve any issues that might be starting to occur.

Jose did a great job doing a preventive maintenance on my garage doors.While he was here, he noticed a few things that would cause trouble down the road for us. I was appreciative of his expertise and suggestions. I was even able to apply the $49 coupon to the total cost of the fixes that had to be applied. Ill definitely use Shamrock Overhead Door again.

Shamrock installed my garage doors almost 10 years ago. I had them back last week for a tune up and some maintenance. We worked with Josh and Mark. Both very responsive and professional. We even had a small issue with one door after they had left and Josh came right back over to correct the problem. Very happy with their service and would recommend them highly to other customers.

The crews were prompt and did an excellent job and the prices were very competitive. There was a small delay in getting the materials needed to complete the job but once they had the materials in they were actually able to install our garage doors several days ahead of schedule. We had previously discussed the door type and style. It took 2 days to complete the work and the site was spotless at the end of each day. They worked diligently for the 2 days. I was tasked with obtaining at least 4 quotes to replace the older garage door motor.Not surprisingly there are a plethora of companies to choose. I narrowed it down to 4 different companies all offering similar services.Each one of them came to our location did an assessment and then sent me a quote. All of them came back in different price ranges one was very high and one was on the low end. Shamrock came in right in the middle range.I had several text message conversations with the owner Josh about what we need and if he can accommodate. He was very straight forward and I felt was very honest, did not try to oversell me in fact he ended up saving me money due to another company advising I “had” to do certain things in order to replace the motor. Turns out that was not the case at all based on Josh’s advice.Upon the day of installation they showed up per the agreed time range and got to work right away.They did the work efficiently and upon its completion the new motor works great. I can even control the door via an app, which is great!I have absolute no reservation recommending Shamrock Door to any business as they were professional, reasonably priced and timely.

We had Shamrock come out to repair our garage door earlier on today and I wish we called them a lot sooner. I’m one of those people who writes negative reviews when I have horrible experiences and very rarely care to take my time to write a good review. This is one of those cases! Josh provided the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. He explained everything very thoroughly, he was extremely professional, and he cares about safety first and foremost. My wife and I have a one year old son and our garage door made so much noise when we opened/closed it, he would wake up right away when we used it. Josh came by, identified the issue(s) within 5 minutes of looking at the set up, and fixed everything so quickly I couldn’t believe it was done when he let me know the work is complete. The cost was very fair as he made the our garage door sound as if it’s brand new. You can’t hear a single thing inside the house when opening and closing the garage any longer. The floor no longer shakes above the garage either! Long story short, we can finally use our garage and keep the little guy asleep at the same time! (This Might not seem like a big deal to everyone, but it’s beyond important to us that he gets calm sleep and we have a safe place to park the car) Thank you so much for your help, Josh!

They came to check out the door first thing Monday morning - and did a very thorough analysis of the problem. Wow! Absolutely outstanding service!One of the pulley cable of one of my garage doors broke. I called them, and Josh was very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. They came the next day and did a full inspection on both of garage doors and explained every to me in details. They did an outstanding job fixing the problem as well as many additional things like they bolted the manual locks, replaced a light bulb, and straightened out the rubber strip for one of the doors with no extra charge.

Josh came by earlier than the 1-3 he quoted and together with his partner (sorry forgot his name), and took a look at our door and made recommendations based on that. He showed us the different price options for servicing the door. He explained clearly all that would be done for what we were charged. Once we agreed on the work to be done, they were very efficient, done in under an hour and the garage door is better than ever! They even swapped out the batteries in our clickers for no added cost and now they are working good as new again! They also installed a new keypad and helped me understand what to look for in case our motor goes and what brand to install in the future.They were great, courteous, and professional, as well as very nice. I started my garage door shopping with Lowes and they mislead me to believe that I would have a new garage door installed within a week or so. 5 days in the process, I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks. I then called Shamrock and got Josh on the phone just before 6PM on Monday. After speaking with him, he came out to measure my door within an hour and installed the new door and opener within 36 hours of speaking on the phone with him!
