My Hopscotch story starts with a friend referral from Chad Heschong, who had an amazing experience working with Paul over a 5 month period in finding his perfect car. Im a little late posting a review since me and my wife have been using there services for the past six years. I believe this would be a great experienced kind of review of there services since we have been with them for so long.Would we love about the whole process is that we dont have to deal with those salesman, negotiating, fear of over paying, those hidden fees, wasting my whole day there and feeling pushed into a vehicle I dont really want.Thankfully, we dont have to deal with any of that nonsense anymore. Basically how we do it is, we write a quick email and start to discuss the car or truck we would like, what options in the vehicles are important to us, how much we wanna spend and thats basically it. They handle everything else and we just sit back and wait till they they get back to us with the best deals and maybe any other options we might want to consider.To me its great because they break down the entire deal structure so you see that you are saving money and that you are getting the best possible deal and not just taking the dealerships word for it because we all know you never trust a car salesman. They are just trying to suck you dry and take advantage of you any way they can.Next its just us going to test the vehicles and seeing if we like it. No pressure at all and then we just leave. Once thats done we go home and discuss how we felt about the test drive. Super easy.Lastly and this is MY FAVORITE part of the whole process. They take care of all the paperwork details for us!Literally, from the time you get to the dealership, its just walking to the office to sign your paperwork, take care of any details or questions and then the dealer hands over the keys and your out of there. When I purchased my last dodge ram it literally took me 15 to 20 minutes before I was driving away in it. Just got home to Hartland, Michigan with my new Ram 1500 truck. Sill cant believe the deal that Myhopscotch.com was able to get me. Over the past two months I have been to 4 dealerships trying to workout a deal to trade in my 2 year old truck and purchase a new one. None of them offered me what I owed on my current vehicle and, if I wanted the discounts from the manufacturer I had to finance it through Chrysler whose interest rate was several points higher than a Credit Union. The dealerships were also very reluctant to come down very far from the sticker price. I also spent quite a bit of time online trying to find out the average price people pay for these trucks. I tried three different companies who boast that they help you find the lowest price on a vehicle and a dealer to buy it from. Each one of these services simply funnel your information to several dealerships who try to sell you a vehicle at the highest price they can. Out of total frustration I contacted Myhopscotch. What they promised almost seemed too good to be true but I gave it a shot. I worked with Paul at My Hopscotch to buy a new Honda Accord. Hopscotch was able to quickly identify a deal on the car I wanted at a big discount not just to MSRP, but the discounted price I might expect to get through many mass market auto buying services. The price was substantially better than what I could get, for example, through Truecar. Hopscotch then arranged all aspects of the deal with the dealer, and walked me through what to expect before I went, so all I had to do is show up, test drive the car, listen to a brief, half-hearted pitch from the finance guy for the usual add ons -- that he knew in advance I would almost certainly not go for -- and drive away. Throughout, Hopscotch was at the ready to step in, via phone, if there were any last moment hitches or additional details to negotiate. Bottom line: financially, Hopscotch delivered value that can be measured in dollars that more than covered their fee. Hiring Hopscotch, for me, was simply a good financial decision. He got me a newer car for a cheaper price. He informed me of something I had no clue I was even able to do, and I got a refund check that I NEVER WOULD HAVE RECEIVED HAD I GONE TO SOMEONE ELSE.
