I went here while staying in Marin because the rain began and I got a leak that my trusty auto shop said had to be the windshield. They referred me to here. I wasnt disappointed. They were fairly priced for the work they did and they were honest with me.

I called them on Saturday at 11: 30am (they close at 3 p.m.). I had already called several other places closer to my house and they couldnt help me; they said the part department for Audi was closed. However, I spoke with Rebecca at Marin Auto Glass who contacted Audi and they had the window available; she said they could pick it up and get it there the same day. So I went over there and got there by 12:30pm, by 2pm they had already completed the job which was done very professionally and neatly as if almost nothing had happened before. In the past year, Ive had two windows smashed in. My insurer sent me to Safelite which required a 3-week lead time to come to my home or 1 week if I brought my car in. Neither option was acceptable. Marin Auto Glass was highly referred by my mechanic. They took me right away and did an excellent job for reasonable cost. Very nice people too. Im very happy and would use them again..but I hope I dont have to.

What a great shop! Someone smashed the passenger side window of my 2006 Miata (nightmare!). I called several shops near my home in the East Bay, but these guys were the only who could fix it the same day. The front office staff were super nice - my window is fixed and looks great. This is my new car window shop!

Got my car broken into early one morning not knowing what to do or how to handle it. After calling a couple other places with no luck in speaking with someone at the time, they answered. All employees were extremely nice and did their very best in helping me get my problem fixed from start to finish. They made me feel like a part of their family. As crazy as that sounds, but I have never encounter such wonderful individuals! They were my angels this holiday season and I am grateful for them!!

Excellent customer service

Marin Auto Glass did a great job replacing the front windshield glass on my 2018 Toyota RAV-4. They were courteous, knowledgeable, super helpful with scheduling, and gave me complete, honest answers to all my questions before the work was done. They got the OEM windshield glass in just two days and then immediately got my car scheduled. They did the job first thing in the morning so I could keep an appointment I had with the Toyota dealership later that morning to have the windshield camera re-calibrated for the new glass. Originally, my insurance company sent me to Safelite but they were so misleading that I ended up wasting half a day driving to their shop, at their shop, and driving home because they only have after market glass which cant be used in this car. Thank you to Ray and the staff at Marin Auto Glass for doing a great and timely job on replacing my cars windshield.

Best price I could find in Bay Area and they used exact replacement parts as apposed to Safelite who only uses their branded brand of a brand. They said it could take up to 2 hours and were finished in less than 45 minutes. I hope I never have to come back but if I need auto glass replacement I will for sure. Update: after removing the tape I tried the wiper and little squirt frog ... neither work so I need to go back.... ooops. So be sure to ask them to double check that they connect the components before leaving. I will update again depending on how the problem is solved. (when I have time to run back out to Novato).
