I hadnt set foot in a mattress store in years (and years), so after seeing todays prices I was having second thoughts and was headed back toward the door. She had greeted me as soon as I first walked in but she was finishing up with another customer, so after I had scanned the whole floor I was hoping to sneak away. As I was leaving I made sure to say thank you, but she really wanted to know what I was looking for. I was concerned about spending too much money right now but she pulled me back in and we found something that really really works for me! She was professional & knowledgeable, genuinely enthusiastic about being on the journey with me as we were getting closer to the right bed, and shes a total sweetheart! I definitely thought she was a manager. Im one of these people who hates getting swept up in clothing stores by sales people and never like to roam around by myself but I enjoyed chatting with Diamond as we were going over the paperwork, and honestly, I wanted to give her a big hug when I left (alas, Covid). My bed arrives in a few days and Im so excited about it! She really was great and I plan on saying hi and checking in about the bed the next time Im up at Vintage Oaks Mall!

My boyfriend and I were planning on going to a few stores to see all of our options for a mattress. When we walked into Mattress Firm, we were not expecting the amazing service coming our way. Ed came to our rescue as I’m sure we looked lost. He was so friendly, super informative and NOT PUSHY! That’s always the best. I personally hate being pushed or feeling forced into buying something and Ed never made us feel anything except excited! I purchased a mattress and box spring from Paul at Mattress Firm in Novato. He was knowledgeable friendly, and accommodating without being overwhelming and theres a good selection to choose from. I recommend them highly.

3 stars because we had major issues with the delivery portion of our purchase. I always dread mattress and car shopping. Somehow the two experiences have become very similar. My husband and I ordered a bed in a box online and it didnt work for us, so we decided to visit a couple of mattress stores to try some in person. This store was so great and our salesperson, Season, was extremely helpful. They asked a few questions and had us try out a few mattresses to get a snapshot of what we liked. In a very organized and helpful way, they whittled down our choices and we were able to find the perfect fit. They looked at our spine and hip alignment on the beds we tried, and had us use different pillows, it was all very cool and professional. When our mattress was delivered, it was wet and had to be taken back. Our mattress was also out of stock, so we had to wait for an additional week for the replacement. The store was kind and offered us a slight discount for our time and offered a temporary replacement bed, but honestly, the delivery part of this process has been a headache. I wish I had asked a lot more questions regarding stock and delivery process before making the purchase. It might have influenced my decision and I would have bought a mattress elsewhere.

During Covid, maybe the worst/most nervous time to go mattress shopping...lying down on all those mattresses that others have also tried out...yikes!!! But my back was screaming for a change so we went in anyway. Our sales guy, Ed, was super helpful. Walked us through all of the safety protocol they were following which made us feel better. Everyone was wearing masks as required in our county. He then took us through a simple process for finding the best mattress to suit our needs. I recently came in with my elderly father to help find him a new mattress. Our salesperson Season Leef was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to let my dad lay on many different beds, answering all of our questions and sharing her knowledge and expertise along the way. He is sleeping better than he has in years thanks to Season. We also got him a movable base that makes it much easier for him to get out of bed in the morning. Overall it was wonderful experience for both of us.

This has been a joke, It’s been 2 weeks since we bought our new bed. They delivered a mattress with blood on it and was a bit lumpy! It did not even look like a mattress, it separated and the top balled up. The delivery guys basically set it up and left. It’s now the 6th day with this bloody mattress left in my house, and we still don’t have a bed. I spoke with managers and district managers, very apologetic but took no action. Most unprofessional experience in my life. DO NOT GO THERE! unless u want a bloody mattress left blocking half the room.
