The two people who work at the copy center just suck, I had a quick question and the blonde lady just gave me the index finger, that was her way of telling me to wait. Then the gentleman with long hair and glasses did the same!Makes sense why these stores are going to disappear, because of their useless employees.

Your customer service is horrible. The lady who works there named Kristin needs to be re-trained for customer service. She’s rude and has horrible attitude. I don’t recommend this location.

This review is specifically for their print center.SUPER UNHELPFUL.If you absolutely need to be frustrated by poor customer service, Printers that are offline and ridiculously long wait times then this is your spot!I came in to print four (4) 8.5x11 .PDFs and the lady working the Print Center stated that she could not print them out for me. I would have to wait until the next day. F THAT.I was then directed to their self service machines. Ok, better than waiting a whole day for 4 prints right?WRONG.1 machine was down leaving 1 printer for the whole business to operate on. Luckily, the guy who was printing a bootleg copy of war and peace had just finished his 800 page print and he let me use the ONLY PRINTER AVAILABLE IN A PRINT CENTER.Just let that last line soak in for a second...OK, Im in front of a machine that prints, I just saw the novel that the previous guy printed right?WRONG.The machine would not read my USB drive. The same USB drive that I literally used 5 minutes prior because I uploaded the 4 .PDFs that I needed to print on it. I was getting frustrated. so I kindly asked the lady if she could take a look. She surmised that the USB was faulty. I was like look, I just used this USB drive 5 minutes prior because I uploaded the 4 .PDFs that I needed to print on it.I felt like I was repeating myself...At any rate, this reminded me of Dave Chapelles POP Copy skit from his show.Avoid the frustration and either go to Kinkos or replace your broken printer so you dont have to deal with this.

Amir super helpful. Im a teacher and I placed an order for curbside pickup. He helped me get all the items that I wanted. Very kind and made sure I got all my items.

Every time, that I go to staples in Novato, I always get good service. Some times I have to wait for an employee to complete a transaction with another customer, but I dont mind. The reason is because I know, that when I am nice to them, then I always get good service. If I dont know how to use their machines, they always help me to get what I need. Thanks for always being so kind and professional to me.

Hard to believe. BEWARE TECHNOLOGICAL RIP OFF!!!! I came to print three black and white copies from my flash drive. Nice helpful lady took me to the automated machine, insert my debit card, put in my flash drive, three copies print, charge 36 cents. Love it. It was easy.Today coincidentally I check my charge card statement. TWO charges. One for 36 cents, and one for a Dollar! I printed a TOTAL of three black and white copies from my flash drive.Heres the scam. Somewhere the easy to use automated machine charges you an extra dollar. Is it worth getting my bank to investigate? This is a total, set up rip off. DO NOT USE THEIR AUTOMATED copy machine!!

Not usually crowded everytime Ive been here. Great deals on products. Hard to find a sales associate to help you. Great clearance section and deals on ink. They service and repair computers. Relaxed vibe. Clean store.

Pretty easy to find your way around. If you cant find something, the employees know where it is. Prices seem reasonable.

We like Staples. Last week we came in late to get some copy work done. Even though the store was almost ready to close, Genna in the copy department took really good care of us and was careful to give us exactly what we wanted

The USB printers dont even read the usb.Any file that is read will be greyed out and wont print.If you try to use Google drive. It wont work either.The store representatives dont even know how to help. They just say use another printer and the same thing happens.They obviously dont care because they can make more money getting it printed at the other desk where they use other paper.

Its a staples store so not sure what I can say. Store is clean, staff is nice. Really only negatives that come to mind is the hours of operation for a retail store . They seem to close earlier then there competition. Store location is off to the north west where they share the parking lot with 2 other businesses. The other 50 stores are south of there location. If you didnt know where they were located its not hard to find, just trickier than it should be. If you needed to go north on 101 after you left Staples you could not ask for an easier access to the freeway!!

The guy that helped me today was awesome.

Staples Novato has saved my bacon a number of times. They always have the last minute tradeshow supplies I need. Esp. the printing services. Banners made in two days, brochures, other hand outs. Also, their shipping service is handy for both UPS and USPS. Janette and the Printing Services team are really nice and try to help you.Thanks Staples for being there.

Zak Sheridan was a prince. He helped my girlfriend download and print some tax returns that were really vital.

Printed a picture from phone. Great results. Great service.

Tried to return overpriced part ($46 for usb to VGA adaptor). No one there to advise when I purchased (Not compatable with Dell Monitor). Computers down. Refused to take CC and process later. Poor attitude/customer service.

Excellent service today from Zak who sold me a computer monitor, and even brought it out to my car for me. I was in and out in 3 minutes.
