While I love In-N-Out, I dont think I have ever rated one above a 4 until now. Dont get me wrong, the food is consistently great.What earned this fifth star is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received. The dining room host was fantastic. He must have come by 3 or 4 times asking if he could help.

In n Out is probably one of the reasons why I enjoy living in California so much. The food here is great, and the workers are very nice and prepare your food very quickly. They let you come inside and order your food there, and they have a drive through. All of the workers wear masks, and a lot of safety precautions are made. I would 100% recommend eating In n Out.

Must be all the hormones and antibiotics in their burgers, why I can no longer order my burgers med rare, only med well. Since they changed their company policy, their burgers are nowhere near as good as they used to be. I now receive dry, overcooked burgers, that you would be better off playing hockey with, than trying to consume.

Its a guiet fishing community, with fantastic hotels, Inns, and plenty of insta photo taking. Seals, seafood, and kayaking are easily available to purchase or rent.

The only down side is the stupidly long lines. But its inexpensive and good food, everyone who works there is super friendly, the location is clean relative to most fast food places, and they pay their employees well. Not much else to say about it really...

My first time being at In N Out and it was great! The service was wonderful, the veggies in my burger were fresh and crunchy, the animal style fries were really tasty, portions were ginormous, and the free flow soda fountain was a giant plus, a really good experience! Would come back again and again.

Didnt eat the food, as the quality has declined over time. But I did use the bathroom and it was glorious. I was driving from San Francisco to Santa Rosa and there are not many toilets available in that span of road. As I needed to$h!t with dangerous urgency I spotted this place knowing its of the rare location of places with a open bathroom. I was going to $h!t with or without a toilet and I figured the toilet would be preferred over using the side of 101 or ruining my truck interior.Thank you In and Out. You made my life that much more comfortable.

Busy location, but the staff got food out quickly. The dining area was a little messy, but as soon as it slowed down the team cleaned it up fairly fast. I ate here twice once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times I ordered the Double Double animal style, great burger, my only complaint is there fries were cold. Other than that Im pleased with my experience.

It was great as far as ordering, paying, and receiving my order. However I asked for mustard only and I received it w the sauce that dripped all over and stained my shirt... didnt have any mustard on my burger. I asked for crispy fries... they were perfect! Didnt have a chance to get cold 🤩 If I didnt live so far I would have went back, to ask for a replacement.

Theyre always the best no matter how busy they are they get you in get you out and theyre food is always right! Place is always clean they run a very tight ship and you can tell

These guys really have it together. The drive through line winds through parking lot and the order-takers keep things moving. Super safe. No touch if you pay with card. Always a great meal.

Every time I am out (not a whole lot) or if daughter visits, if theres an In-N-Out close we are there... tasty burgers, perfect fries, shakes and soft drinks... what I noticed most this last visit was how absolutely sincerely welcoming and happy the staff was... I hadnt talked with people in a long time and it was a very pleasant plus... I have never had a bad burger there!

This was my first In-N-Out burger experience and Id give it a thumbs up. The lettuce and the tomato on the burger were impressive compared to other chains. I was underwhelmed by the fries though. Not very warm and hardly any salt.

In n out burgers: honestly the best fast food burgers available! They take a few minutes longer but only because they ALWAYS have so many customers (which is testiment to their DELICIOUS menu)! Its ALWAYS worth the long line and wait, and the friendly employees are very well trained in customer service. However, their french fries could use improvement, but I do enjoy them all the same.... If you dont like their french fries try the animal style french fries and it will probably change your mind!

Very nicely seasoned patties, sometimes other locations miss that. Crispy, fresh lettuce, Im a protein style customer myself. If you havent tried it you should, this location has very fresh produce. Very organized, nice customer service. Currently serving guests walking in and driving thru with patio seating available. Cute signature palm trees views nicely from the freeway.

Im not a huge fan of fast food but I do like In-N-Out. Sydney, our cashier, was friendly and kind. Our order was accurate and everything tasted fresh. There was very little wait when ordering inside.

Can be very busy however very good quality for the price. Just like every other in n out, very tasty and cheap price. If you want a burger, fries, cheeseburger, animal fries, water, milkshake, etc. this is the place for you! Not even too crowded.

Its an In-n-out location complete with a drive through and tons of parking. The almost never get my order wrong and the staff are always so nice. Only restaurant in Novato to close late, greatly appreciated for the underappreciated night time workers.

This location is my favorite because they use all the precautions to serve you and the setting helps keep with distancing since they have person talking orders in the drive-thru a window taking payment and the other window is giving food. Very friendly and good food.

Easy to order, Fresh ingredients, meat is never frozen, fried cut to order, and a hamburger made how you want it.This isn’t a place that offers chicken options. It’s burgers, cheese burgers, Double Doubles and Animal Style Fries! There is a secret menu, grilled cheese is an option, as is protein style with a lettuce wrap option.Drive Thur or eat in, a great place to stop, have a bite, made to order hamburgers, that have that cult following.

Basic In-N-Out Burger with all the traditional items. You can order Animal Style Fries and Burgers and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches off the secret menu. Also ordering well done fries is one of my favorite tips. The inside of this establishment was very clean and it was surprising not too busy for a weekend day. The cashiers and cooks were all extremely friendly and had smiles on their faces all while working very hard to get a lot of orders out in a short amount of time.
