You must be kidding me.!!! BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Thomas installed my custom doors and he was amazing. In our case most of our nine doors were hung in one day . Find detail and dialing in of these doors was done on the second day. I was so amazed the quality of work the quality of the doors and unbelievable service from one detail oriented perfectionist technician. It’s almost like my house doesn’t deserve these doors :-) such high-quality. My salesman was also an amazing guy retired enjoying his time meeting new people and has been friends with the owner for some 40 years.Guy was so low pressure,understanding and Great educating us to our needs. We originally went for standard replacement doors and because they were so easy to work with we spent a little more time reviewing the custom doors available to us and went for the higher end ones! I believe we just increased the value of our house by just replacing our homes doors which just enhanced the beauty of our home. Good things come to those who wait rings true here as your doors are custom made in the foothills of northern California. When I ordered my doors it took just a few weeks to build and really just a day to remove my old doors and hang the new ones. The quality is amazing and the service was fantastic. Now they got me thinking about replacing my front door now that’s a whole new animal :-)

Pamela came over for an estimate really soon, with all material and options available for us tochoose from. We had 18 interior doors around the house replacement project, one exterior door.Pamela was very receptive and accommodating.One of the doors (exterior) was a real problem, Mark, Pamela and Thomas all came over for an assessment, explained all complications to me, and collectively came up with the best solution.Order was placed and finished doors came in 2 weeks ahead of time!Installation of the doors was scheduled at the certain days of the week per my specific request and I really appreciate it.I want to stress it out once again, office and estimator are very accessible and accommodating!When installation day came, installers Thomas and Francisco were at my door at scheduled time sharp.Thomas and Francisco are exceptional workers! Doors were brought in, hung and adjusted, hardware was installed an orderly manner, very fast and efficient. Loved to watch them work.They kept destructions to minimum, kept the place clean at all times. They were very mindful for the kitty locked in the different rooms to keep it out of the way. It took 2 days for this big installation.Thomas amazed me with his knowledge on the subject, finding the solutions on the go and fixing existing problems with older door jams.And we are very happy with our new doors, changed interior of the house looks drastically! When starting the project, I knew it was going to look good, but I never knew it was going to look that good!I have one more, 19th, door installation coming up, and I am very confident that it will be same pleasant experience with that too. Of all the projects in our recent home remodel, changing our old flat doors with new ones from HomeStory Marin was by far the simplest project with big impact for dollars spent. The team at was a pleasure to work.

I replaced my traditional home office door with a door from HomeStory Marin and I couldnt be happier. its a Douglas Fir door with a glass inset. It makes my office seem bigger and less closed-in when I work with the door closed. The technician (Thomas) was one of the nicest techs ever! Not only did he move my old door to my garage, but he offered to install my custom doorstop and took the time to clean the glass thoroughly before he left. Im very happy with the products and service from HomeStory Marin and will wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone I know!Two years after purchasing this door, I moved and discovered that my new office door openings were larger than in my previous home. Well this was no challenge for HomeStory. Thomas made the necessary adjustments to the door and to the opening to make this door work. I couldnt be happier with the results! We had 11 interior doors replaced and the bedroom closet sliding door replaced with bi-folds. All of the doors were two panel. All were solid core except the closets. The fit perfectly. We had Thomas install 6 interior doors for us and he did a fabulous job. He is a perfectionist so you know it will be done right. HomeStory has really nice interior doors. They come painted already. They are the only place I could find that completes the whole door including paint before they install it. I highly recommend HomeStory for your interior door needs.

We ordered our custom made front door and side lite window. Tom came and measured everything perfectly and when it arrived about 4 weeks later he and his co worker, I believe Frederico was his name. Love love love my new interior doors - went from brown wood to white doors. Doors are so much nicer than the 43 year old doors we had. We decided to upgrade the hardware and what a difference it made. Thomas was the installer and arrived when he said he would and completed the job as he stated. We had 13 door plus two closet sliders so it was a big job. One of the doors was the fire door to the garage. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you Thomas and Homestory.

We had a prior experience with Homestory that was less than perfect--we loved the doors but there were delays and they took a long time to get them installed. Fast forward to our latest experience. We ordered another half dozen doors from them to complete the original project. Everything happened on time or faster than promised--and Thomas on the install did a fantastic job making them look great. The doors are very high quality, they look beautiful--the house is quieter, feels more private, and the doors transformed the entire look of the space.

I have now done business with Home Story twice. They did such a good job the first time when I had 10 doors changed that I decided to have them complete all the doors in my home. I had a particularly hard task for them. I recently bought a new larger washer and dryer but the alcove where they sit has doors that would no longer shut due to the size. I called Home Story for help. I really thought that there would be nothing they could do for me but I sure underestimated them. They measured the door opening (double doors) and assured me they would make new doors that would shut. 6 weeks later I have the best looking doors for my washer/ dryer room. Thomas installed the doors and is such a pleasure to work with. He goes over and above what is expected of him. I am pleased with all the work they have done for me and I would use them again if I ever need new doors.

We recently replaced the original sliding closet doors in 3 of our upstairs bedrooms with bi-fold closet doors, which we ordered from HomeStory. The process went very smoothly from order to install. Thomas from HomeStory did a great job installing the doors, and were very pleased with how they look and work.

We had a great experience with the crew at Homestory Doors! The entire process was made extremely simple from start to finish! Guy stopped by and we picked out my door style, color & handle. A week later Thomas came by to take 3D measurements of the 7 doors I needed replaced. Then 4 weeks later my doors were installed by Thomas in about 4 hours!
