I bought my E Bike from a company & had it shipped to Old Town Sports. They were great & patient with me. Since then I’ve taken it there for a tune up. They’re my ‘go to’ bike place.

Dont take your bike here. $90, waited a week plus (never called when the bike was done) and the job wasnt anywhere near done.loose forks. easy fix, did it myself at home in 20 min.squeaky brakes, apparently to tall of an order for these guys for again, 90$.

I visited this bike shop yesterday morning, soon after opening. My bicycles tires were a bit flat, and I needed to ride to my destination immediately. The shop-owner (an middle-aged gentleman) kindly loaned me a bicycle pump, requiring a Presta adapter, and I was soon on my way. What a nice man and shop - I wish that I had more time to look around.

This place is great! Knowledgeable people and great customer service. Rent your skis or snowboards here before you go to the snow! They have all your gear and reasonable prices.They also see plenty of other sports gear. Worth checking out!

Small shop limited selection. I was the only person in the store and nobody helped me the first time I was in there. I had a great experience the second time however. The man working on bikes in back along with I believe his son were super helpful. They helped me troubleshoot a problem with my bike successfully. I will definitely go back next time my bike needs work.

Went in to ask some advice and buy some tools to put a new bike together. They answered all my questions, told me to avoid some of the more expensive tools/products in store and go to a hardware store down the street instead for generic tools. They even lent me a pedal wrench for free, a tool I would have bought once and never used again. Excellent service, thanks so much!

This event happened over five years ago so things may have changed.I bought my son a mountain bike here, there were issues with the brakes. When I brought it in Old Town advised I would need a new rim and new brakes, minimum of at least $100 parts, labor not factored in.I went to Class Cycle, they pointed out that the bike had been assembled incorrectly and that the brake cables needed to be crossed over. I did this and the bike was fine.I will not use Old Town for ANY bicycle needs.
