It was a pleasure shopping at your location. Your employee near the garden center was extremely helpful, he was pretty knowledgeable and for the questions he didnt have the answers for he went out his way to obtain the proper information to help me out instead of telling me he didnt know and sending me on my way even tho I told him dont worry about it as I didnt want to trouble him since he was already busy with another task when I approached him. Not only was he very informative, and not only did he take me right where I needed to go but he helped me find the item as well. Great man, cherish that employee because he is the type that make customers return to your location.

I understand I shopped late and workers were stocking shelves, but this place was one of the most disorganized Walmarts I have shopped at. There was even an half drank A&W fountain drink cup on a shelf on main isle endcap of babies products. There was so many products is wrong areas...the place was disgusting. It is not worth a cheaper price to buy junk products. I will not shop here again.

No employees. Absolutely zero, working registers. Computers are not ready to run the store without humans.

They seem short staffed here and the staff that is in the store is stressed and spread thin. It took the cashier over 5 minutes to help me with 2 coupons and then she had to call her manager over to override them because the register wouldnt recognize them?! No point in getting mad at her, I am pretty sure everyone in retail is tired and doing their best.

It was clean, and pretty well stocked. There were employees that actually wanted to help you and more than 2 lines open as well. Worth the extra drive outside our normal Walmart thats run down and always messy. This one was much better honestly.

Rae in electronics was so helpful! I either was turned away or got some very brief help from other employees but Rae helped me out with something not even electronics-related!! He’s an awesome associate.

Came here to get battery packs and snacks, since the powers been out. Just going through the isles and asking things along the way,, i received the Best customer service ever! Today was a win for this store, because their employees stood out and literally made my day!

Much better than other surrounding Walmart. Well stocked and CLEAN. Everything is organized and easy to find. Employees are helpful and easy to find which is almost never the case. Usually you have to search the whole store to find someone to help you. Dont visit Walmart very often, rather try to avoid, but if you must go to one, this one is good

Used the curbside pickup to retrieve an item I purchased online a few hours earlier. Great experience: the pickup area was easy to locate, parking (for pickup) spaces were convenient to entering and exiting the stores lot, and the associate brought my box within a few minutes of my arrival. The product was well-packaged and in perfect working order. Will definitely buy for pickup from this location again.

Shopping was fine. My daughter needed a key copied and the associate had her wait at the right counter but didnt send anyone over to cut the key. Then I had to deal with a parking lot Karen that decided to cowardly leave a note on my mirror about parking in a handicap spot without a placard. She didnt bother to look at my license plate before leaving the rude note. How ignorant?

Was going to give a five but noticed the Indian employee not checking on self checkout until my African American behind the was checking out. Like there was literally a bunch of nonBlack people doing self checkout and when I do it, he comes overTry being less obvious and for now I’ll just stop at Target.

Honestly, whats to be amazed about Walmart? The way I see it, its a poor mans alternative to Meijer. Not to mention the fact that Walmart almost always appears in an episode of Dateline. Im not entirely sure of it but I do believe that the chain has criminal elements to it. Having said that, this particular location (the Novi Shopping Center) did appear to be both clean and very well-stocked. Which is saying plenty when you consider most other Walmart stores.

I dont care for self check out lanes. Probably wont shop here much. Kroger has great service associates and great prices and quality.

Weve been shopping here for over 5yrs. Its our go-to for almost everything grocery and home related. I wish they had more produce selections.We also get clothes and shoes for our children (they grow so fast). Mostly for our oldest because she is much taller/bigger than average. So finding age appropriate clothes in her size from walmart has been a blessing.The store is clean and I almost always find what I need and more.

Self checkout is a actual mess. No bags to bag your own items and employees that supervise area no help. Which makes me wonder.... When did Walmart start employing individuals who thought they were mere models for the blue vest they wear? Terrible and I expected better seeing how I traveled out of my area to go to a better quality Walmart...

Had to stop in for a few groceries while I was near their store. Produce always looks fresh when I go there! Store is brightly lit and clean!

I came here to return a few stuff with a recept, the manager, Moommbi didnt agree to return some of my stuff, she said it was used.First, Walmarts policy allows you you return used stuff as long its in a good condition, with a label and a recept. And second, I didnt use it, just opened 2 items which didnt fit.After ahe was talking with that attitude and refusing follow the policy, I felt like wasting my time so I agreed to get at least the ruturn for the items she agreed to return but when I took a photo of her tag name, she told the employees not to return anything, and to cancel my return they already stated, not to return anything, not even the products she agreed to return.She took it personal.Walmart is great but this place, unfortunately has poor customer service and very rude Manger Ms Moommbi.I hope one day she will change the way she treats customers and also hope she will follow the rules at here place of work.20 minutes later, in a different Walmart location, (in Mew Hudson) they welcomed me with a smile, and by good will of customer service to help, I got all items returned, even the items Moommbi from this store didnt accept.The other Walmart (in New Hudson) showed me there are also good people who can do their job perfectly.

Poor service, only 1 regular checkout was open with long line the cashier was slow didnt care about her slothfulness in checking out customers. Store has poor management.

I don’t know what is going on but this Walmart needs HELP! I have tried to talk to a manager for three day and keep getting the run around. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in the level of customer care/ support I have received from this store.

They are short staffed, they have been trying to hire more people for a while. Most of the workers do a great job of trying to keep up and service customers.

This store was a MESS! The clothing racks were messy, and all mixed together, clothes on the floor. I imagine its running short staffed, but the other stores are too and they manage to still be neat and clean. It was so bad that it had my attention as I walked through the doors! I would have walked back out if I hadnt needed something badly. It was a filthy mess. Ill never shop at this location again.

Used to be really nice but getting a little ghetto

The worst Walmart store I shopped. Last time, they couldn’t find my online order. The next order was cancelled without explanation. This week, a supposedly quick pickup which I also checked in online prior to leaving home was still a 20 min wait because they couldn’t find it. I was happy when they opened this store in Novi a few years ago but because of the poor service I end up going to Commerce to avoid wasting time.

The supercenter in Novi Michigan is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to you dont sell US Cellular cards you dont let people put money on their bluebird card because you shut down your finance department when somebodys walking over when the light was on Im never going back there customer service should be taken care of better

I want to try their rotisserie chicken. At $4.77 why not. Their chicken was pretty good. Wish they had fresh chicken past 6 PM, this one was sitting for an hour; time stamp 5:00.

No cashiers open at all!! I waited in line at customer service for 15 minutes. If I buy a hundred dollars worth of groceries.....I dont expect to bag them up myself, just because Walmart doesnt want to pay the salary of a cashier!!

Walmart is a good place to shop. Today I shopped at the Novi store, each store is a little different and you may not find something you want at one store.

They didnt have the ice cream I went there for but I found an excellent substitute

A big shout out to the two greeters at the Novi Walmart, who went above and beyond to find a handicapped cart so I could do some shopping!!!! This Novi Walmart is usually less busy than the two in Canton and is better stocked.

Clean store well stocked

Stopped in on my way to work 4 something to eat, instead I bought : cherries, apples and cereals 😄. The place was very clean and the workers were very customer friendly with a prefessional attitude

I dont mind that you have security at the exit way to the store, BUT those people shouldnt be hiding in the corner jumping out at costumers while the customers are in the exit way, not even in the store. They should also have some form of ID like name tag or such, at the least be in store uniform. They should also not rip my receipt out of my hand. When asked if I knew why she stopped me I said because the dog food wasnt in a bag. The worker then proceeded to grab the most expensive electronics out of A BAG and try to tell me that want on my receipt. I explained that those items were in a bag and that they were the first things listed on the receipt, and that the cashier had just removed the alarm device from them. I asked her to call a manager and she explained to me that there was no manager to call. She finally let me go when someone else walked out. Again, I dont care that you have employees check receipts, but that was pure harassment. She actually ripped my grocery bag as she tried to steal my items out of my cart. I still am not even sure this woman worked for the store as she had no ID and was carrying her cellphone and car keys in her hand.

I am a 26 ft truck driver. As soon as I parked in the Walmart parking lot to do groceries, this security guard named Brandon approached me to ask me questions about what I was doing. I told him that I was going to Walmart to shop. He asked me how long I will be there. I told him that I didn’t know. He told me I could not stay in the parking lot more than 1hr because he was overseen by the Walmart.This is the worse experience I have had in this Walmart and first time I have been told by a security guard that I can only for 1hr. MF it’s 10am in the morning and you think I want to park my truck at Walmart. I will never shop at this Walmart because of you. Often let’s think about how one interaction can get a customer’s business away. Over groceries.

I was just there an hour ago, the place was swamped with only self checkout open with lines from here to Georgia. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You need more cashiers!!! It’s the weekend, you know this is a day with a high volume. This is a pandemic, you want to keep the traffic moving to cut down on having so many people just standing around waiting for hours to check out. The volume shows you can afford more support on the weekends. Higher an analyst so you can determine how many many cashiers are needed to match the volume of the store on the weekends. This is ridiculous and should be embarrassing to the company

Sunday around 11 am, greeters mask was not up under his chin. Lady at Cart area was keeping the Debris free and constantly on the move doing a great job. The counters on food empty or very little stock. Produce was full though. Busy busy busy. The self checkout lanes were lined back up and was super slow going. It was a ok experience. Just imagine the sales if the shelves were stocked.

Terrible shopping experience. Prices may be a little lower than Meijer, but its just not worth it with the headache the store gives you. Always scanning my own groceries and having to stop every third item and wait for the one attendant they have on duty to fix it, shelves are messy and you can never find what you need. Would go to Meijer or Kroger 10 times out of 10 over Walmart.

The parking space and cart station are very few in this complex. People are leaving carts in the car parking slots.

Wal-Mart is always great for the everyday items on your list. I can always seem to find what Im looking for at a decent price point. I find even greater discounts on line, however. And, with their in-store pickup feature. I can generally get everything I order within the same day. Why havent I been using doing this all along!?!?

If you like a no hassle price of goods and groceries, go to Walmart. I even buy clothing from Walmart and the quality is good and just the same like the brand names. Get the Walmart app to save time and know where to quickly find what youre looking for, especially for men who dont do groceries.

This is easily the most clean, organized and friendly Walmart around. I’m happy to drive an extra 10 minutes to shop here. Especially when I need to return an item. Their customer service and staff goes above and beyond.

Walmart is a generic store in a meh kind of way..If you are the kind of person who bases what store to go to by the ratings it gets then Walmart is not for you.If you are going to Walmart you know what you are getting into and you arent checking the ratings. You are just going. You know which Walmarts to avoid.
