Very helpful team works here. They go out of the way to make sure your questions are answered. They are usually busy and hence there could be a wait but its all worth. I have been ordering all my pharmacy orders to this location for almost 5 years now. They always have the right medication in stock. Never have I ever expected a delay in my order. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for good pharmacist in the area. I dont think Im going anywhere for as long as I live in this area. Kudos to you guys!

Because theyve always been slow but good, at least for me.

God awful. Sat at pharmacy for 2 hours, kept telling me my previous insurance shows active call this number, now call this number. Huge runaround, in the end still no results and prescriptions not filled. Insurance company tells me it is the pharmacy not doing it correctly. If it shows previous insurance is active they need to try and put it through. It will either go through or be denied. If denied it will give them a denial # and we will approve it. Had same prescription filled at other pharmacies through new insurance a month ago and with other prescriptions over last two months.

Not customer focused. You can wait for hours and they don’t care. The phones are not as important as the people waiting in front of you. Always have issues.

Horrible staff! Ever changing hours to suit the prissy, arrogant staff. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone died because you idiots closed early! If I could give a negative rating it would get a negative 5 stars.WORST Pharmacy Ever! Avoid it if you can! These idiots don’t deserve a penny.Oh they also laugh at people if they get their as they are closing! Not exaggerating actually happened to me!

I spoke with a lady who was rude and mad that I called 20 minutes before the pharmacy closed. She actually said after making me wait 10 minutes on the phone for her and again another 10 minutes “we’re ready to close soon” said WITH an attitude! I was actually calling to see if maybe I’d use their pharmacy! No way! That one woman ruined it and didn’t get my business! She even forgot my question the second time she came back to the phone when I was on hold by her again. Lol what a joke!This is the Walmart off Novi road in the Novi Town Center. I called today! Ugh. Never again!

Generally good but today a male pharmacist ended a phone call with me because he said the pharmacy was closing in 2 minutes. Very weak customer service by him.

I wish I could give negative stars to this god forsaken place. I spent nearly two days of my life trying to do this pharmacys job. This may seem harsh folks but this is not a lie. My pharmacist back home had to legit call them to chew them out and guess what!! They still cannot fill my prescriptions. Every time I call I get a new person who has no idea what is going on...then they proceed to tell me complications or excuses with a unfulfilled promise of a call back. Worst experience with a pharmacy I have ever had!

UPDATE 3-4-2019: Still the best local Pharmacy by far. Its the only place that I have ever gone that the Pharmacy Techs are a big part of the reason that I go there. Ive heard that Ellana may be moving on and I hope that she reconsiders. We will eventually lose her to Medical School but she does so much for all of the customers. She greets customers with a smile, makes the Pharmacists job easier, never complains and is as humble as the day is long. Please Stay Ellana!Cant understand the negative reviews. The Pharmacists Amber and Rachael go out of their way to help customers. The Pharmacy Techs are hard working, kind and compassionate (especially Elanna and Rita). I get much better service here than I did at Rite Aid.

Lol awful, awful, awful place. The store setup is bad, already narrow aisles are halfway blocked by displays. This store picks the worst times to have its restocking teams doing their jobs, and the costumers are even worse. I liked that one time a group of kids were riding bikes in the store and store employees did nothing to stop them. This place ruined Walmart for me, havent been near one in a year.

Super slow, and they do not follow the order of who is in line first.
