Daryl helped out a friend with cell phone settings issues. He was very professional and courteous. Because this is such a tiny store, its probably best to make an appointment.

This store is a real gem with a hometown feel as it is right off the towns main street and not a major highway. Daryl our technician was very professional and honest. When we came in with our old phone problem he tried first to fix the problem simple and cheap. Unfortunately the phone is old and suffered damage so the simple fix was not the cure which meant it was time for a new phone. Again Daryl made the process as painless as possible taking care of everything and didnt try and up-sell us things we didnt need. This is our new phone store!

Went in for help to find a way to copy my message text. Genny was WONDERFUL!!! She had patience in helping me and went beyond to help me understand. Genny is a true Pro! Great Customer Service!!!!

So sorry I went and switched to Att..my phone lost data...plus I was quoted a monthly cost today I called Att.found out bill was almost double we are seniors time to put co.plaint to better business bureay.And cdc...

For 3 three days so far I’ve been calling all day and no one has picked up the phone. Literally I’ve called at least once every hour from 10am to 8pm and nothing!!!!!

Switched to AT&T after being a Verizon customer for years. I needed to upgrade my I phone 5. After visiting 2 Verizon stores and being treated like S**** by two very unprofessional staff members in both stores I visited, I decided to walk in this AT&T store in Nutley, NJ. Daryl, the Manager gave us a fantastic customer experience. He was very professional, helpful, gave us a great plan on a New Phone and saved us $ 100 per month compared to my old Verizon bill.If you need to upgrade your phone or you are not happy with your current Cell phone Carrier, go see Daryl, or anyone on his staff, they will hook you up!Thank you once again Daryl, it was a real pleasure doing business with you !!

Amazing store it’s right on the corner, shoprite is right across the street. they also have incredible employees at this location. Another Fantastic review I’ll give this location is that, they have devices in stock. I came in for the iPhone X I didn’t think I would walk out with the device and they had more then enough iPhone X in stock

Went to buy a charger for flip phone for my Mom who is 90 & they charged me $35.00!! They said it was on sale for $25.00 which I thought was still alot but Christmas time & was tired!! A few weeks later when I got my statement from bank the store charged my card the full $35.00 more & Mom had used already!! I was in hurry so never looked at receipt at time of purchase!! I went in with statement & manager told me that it was never on sale!! A plug in for flip phone should not even be 25 but 35??? Horrible!!!

I came to get a new phone a little before closing time on a Sunday and had Vito help me out. He was knowledgable about the products and got me out of there with a happy purchase less then 40 mins. I personally recommend having Vito help you if you need something done quick and accurately.

The store is always helpful for any needs regarding your phone. I was just there to use Wifi for update on my phone itself. But calling customer service is another issue and there extreme over billing prices is ridiculous. Soon I will be saying good-bye to ATT, there TV and phone services $200 +nill a month, for 1phone, tablet, & standard no pay channels Direct TV & No internet/wifi! Smh as to why I havent left sooner!

Was treated terribly here by the owner himself! very rude and forcing me to take products i will never return and will be going to clifton from now on. id rather wait an hour in that store then to be lied to and forced again BY THE OWNER no less!!

They just want your money by one or other way. I went there to purchase $45 deal prepaid sim card and sales person wanted to charge me $19.99 sim card price on top if $45, when I said thats too much and it doesnt say anything online about additional sim card price then he said ok I will reduce it to $9.99 if thats fine. I was like am i doing bargain in ATT auth store. Lastly I said online sim price is $4.90 then lady from the store (probably manager not sure) said to sales person (chris) just match the online price like they are doing big time favor to me.. I dont recommend going to this store. Just go to Clifton store if needed.
