Made an appointment for 2nd dose Covid vaccine. When you make an appointment it asks what manufacturer you need. I got there for my appointment and was told it would be 30 minutes in order to get the Moderna. What was the Point of making an appointment in advance, and what is the point in asking the manufacturer ahead of time??? Left without it.
Not knowledgeable and try doing partial refills in order to price gauge. Bad service all around

I received my first dose of the covid vaccine here today. Meijer was the first to offer it to me. The apppointment process was online and easy.Staff was friendly and helpful. . As long as they have the second dose available in 21 days, Ill give them 10 stars!!!
Lately every time we we need a prescription refilled its becoming more and more of a hassle and inconvenience to the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians, they already have it on file sitting there to be auto-filled they open at 9 a.m. and yet at noon its still not filled and when I go they give excuse after excuse first its the insurance then its oh were behind then it so theres only three then its all well were not sure were working on it so which excuse is it. This is medication that is needed to keep people alive and breathing there is no reason that this is not being filled in a timely manner.
If my insurance didnt limit me to CVS (in Target...) for my maintenance medications, I would make Meijer my primary pharmacy in an instant. I have never had more than one person ahead of me in line, and I have had the most friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists and techs. Even when dropping off a handwritten prescription, its ready for pickup before you even finish your shopping. My only regret is that I left the $20 voucher for transferring a new prescription in the car, as they were unable to apply that promotion retroactively.
I was in town visiting family and needed an inhaler very badly. I was with a large group across the street for dinner and realized I had not brought mine with me.I was not aware that the pharmacy was even closing soon and had a Dr. call this in. Once I arrived I saw that the pharmacy was closed but two younger pharmacists were actually inside waiting for me. They asked my name and advised that they had been waiting and wanted to make sure I was ok.They were incredibly helpful and I will not soon forget it.
Very friendly, helpful and would recommend this pharmacy 100%. They go the extra mile and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied!! Only complaint who designed the the actual drive up little curvy road 😳
Need more staff!!! People shouldnt have to wait in store or the drive thru for sometimes 10 minutes. Every single time I come here its frustrating
This pharmacy is by far the best customer service, fast and polite people usually no line so I like it
