Never again...been waiting on a preorder from them for over 6 months. Keep getting the run around from both the store and gamestop headquarters as to when it will even if ever come in.

Every time I go there it feels like family. The wonderful people there know me by face, they remember previous purchases(even months later), ask me how things with what ever my purchase was are going. Any time Ive had an issue with something Ive bought, they correct it. Best game stop Ive ever been to. These people are amazing.

The employees here are all super friendly and seem very knowledgeable. The downside to this store sometimes seems to be the stock of certain items but that is probably mostly due to the remoteness of oak harbor. I very much enjoy going in there, browsing and chatting a few minute with the staff.

Every time I go in and browse to see what game I should. Decisions have always been difficult, so I ask what games they would recommend based off of what i normally. Good selection choices, great stass, ans an overall good experience

The worker spent 20 minutes, with a line debating the merits of Microsoft vs Sony with a customer. Ridiculous. I understand having the conversation but not while making people wait for that discussion to get help.

Probably the best gamestop ive been to. Sales people answered all my questions and didnt overly push pre orders! Will be getting my console games and acessories from here!
