Staff wasnt very helpful nor friendly. More concerned about taking a cigarette break than helping a customer. Doubtful Ill ever return to this particular location.

If youre at all concerned about Covid, avoid this location. Placed my online order with the understanding that they have curbside pickup. The email I got when it was ready said the same, and included a button to hit when you arrive. (Screenshot attached.) I parked, hit the button, and waited. 15 minutes go by, and I go look up the number of the store and call them. The guy says they dont do curbside, Ill have to come in and sign something. Fine, its only a few seconds. I go in. The dudes not even wearing a mask.Weve been dealing with this pandemic for almost a year now. How is that not enough time for this store to get its s**t together?

Good parts shop. Pretty standard. Did not offer to install my wiper blades, which was unusual in my experience. Especially side I was the only customer in the store.

Horrible place to buy parts for your car.I had store manager come tell me to put power steering fluid in where the brake fluid goes.Messed my car up and my brake line up.I had pay over 100 to fix it.called the dsm and he told me its my fought.So i am in the process of taking them to court. Never shop there again.You should have knowledgeable people working in your company.

Nothing so special stood out but I was able to get what I needed without any problem or hesitation I would recommend this AutoZone.

Not the best customer service, though I cannot speak for all employees as there was one that was very helpful. Inventory is kept up to par, from my experience. Also, location is convenient.

My battery was dead but was still under warranty. So when I took my battery back to the store to get it charged. They just swapped it out for a new battery still under warranty. She gave great customer service with a smile.

Horrible service, I came to have my passenger headlight replace. The mgr Aquillua was not helpful at all. Not only did she over charge me for the light that doesnt go to my vehicle, when I ask if they can installed, Justin tells me they are to busy and tries to give me a kit to do it myself. So I went to the Southfield store and the mgr Jesse took real good care of me. I will never give Greenfield my business again and I will tell everyone if they are looking for excellent service to go to AutoZone Southfield.

AutoZone help me with fixing a holes on my car and getting a flat fixed getting someone to come in but my doors cuz I was locked out making sure I was comfortable until they got me in my car

I went there and it wasnt even me buying a battery, but the guy in front of me. Once he bought it, he asked them to install it which is what they are suppose to do and there was 2 absolutely free employees doing nothing, store wasnt busy or anything, and they flat out said NOPE, I aint doing it, tell him to go somewhere else

They are liers the made me charge my part as credit with me debt card then told me id be able to get the cash back and i wouldnt need the card mind you my uncle bought it for for a birthday gift and was going to let me keep the core charge and now that the lied and made him run it as credit i cant get the monye and it was suppose to be cash for me to get gas and what not. I will never go back to an autozone again they can go to hell for all i care!!!!!!

Mark Finestone, the Executive Vice President of Merchandising, Supply Chain & Marketing at AutoZone, Inc. told me to take my car to the Oak Park, Michigan regarding a battery warranty issue. When I got to the Oak Park location, they said they dont replace batteries. When I called them out of it (since they installed my current car battery), they changed it to having no one available. I have been e-mailing with AutoZone executives, but so far, AutoZone is refusing to resolve the issue.

Went in for a rear wiper blade another store looked up the inventory to see which store had it. The inventory showed they had 6 at this location and when I got there they didnt have any.
