My daughter received courteous and professional service. Her service attendant took her step by step on investigating her leak, the resolution and the cost. They were very reasonable. They were clean and very organized. She was very satisfied.

I have been here twice and both times I was helped by Moses and the team. The gentlemen are so kind and polite and always do a little extra everytime I come through. I would highly recommend coming here for a quick and friendly oil change!

Overtightened my oil filter housing on my 14 jeep wrangler and cracked it. They did NOT use a torque wrench. It has a specific torque specification for a reason! I had to tear the top end of my motor apart and replace the whole oil cooler housing assembly, which is down in the valley of the top end of the engine block. Not a cheap or easy task. I took it back in to them before I fixed it, as it was spewing oil all over the place. They wiped and sprayed it off, said your all good and denied there was an issue. Well here is a pic to prove it...Be Warned!!! These guys are not certified mechanics, just hack jobs.

I love this place, yes, it’s close to my home, but I would go here even it it wasn’t. These guys are so professional, they never try to up sell or push services you don’t need like so many other oil change places do. They do the job, they do it right, and they do it for a fair price. You can’t go wrong here. I’ve been coming here for years, it’s the only place I’ll go for my oil changes.

Came home and had oil sitting in the driveway 20 minutes later. Checked the oil filter and it was covered in oil and loose. Took it elsewhere to have the job done properly...nothing like paying twice for one job.

Remind you I do not leave reviews on anything but I knew I had to let everyone know about my service today. My normal oil change place closed down unfortunately not to long ago so I chose to come to Pennzoil off a closed friends recommendation. Pull right up and got me in within 2 minutes if that. Charles came up and helped me out, really cool and funny guy. Great guy to have help me out and lucky to have him around here. They don’t try to sell you on anything they ask you what you want and you get that exactly. Great guys, great service. Give them your business.

They were fast and efficient. However I didnt like that their oil was not labeled 5w-30 Pennzoil instead it was labeled Shell, he said Shell makes Pennzoil. I dont know that to be true. And labels can be deceiving or faked anyway.

The staff is courteous and quick. They even rush ordered a filter for me while I waited.However, I had to stop them from putting the wrong oil in my car.It also brands as Pennzoil, but uses a GM Dexos Synthetic.

Front desk guy was unfriendly and said to come back the next morning. I came within an hour of opening and again the clerk was rude and turned me away.

This is a nice shop, located in a great area. Down side is the gentlemen doing my oil just talked down to me and I am not a fan of that.Asking if I knew how to reset my oil setting on my car and when I said yes he asked me if I was super.Quick place to go get your oil, but I am not a fan of the customer service.

Efficient and friendly staff, and quite reasonable prices. I took my van in to get the freon topped off for the AC. Even though they were pretty busy, the guy who was working on it wouldnt give up until he was happy with the temp coming out of the vents. He ended up hooking up the freon tank two times before he was satisfied.

If I could give 0 stars, I would but yall are only getting one. What happened was I went in for an oil change because I was due. Now going in the guy was nice but I realized that he wasnt listening to me about my car. I told him that I have 125k miles on it and the sticker he gave back said 225k miles. Not a big deal I could follow the date. Now this is the problem, as soon as I left the place, my check engine light came on. It was flashing so I assumed I just needed to reset my oil life. With me resetting it, the light was still flashing. I took it in the shop because I needed to know what was wrong. They told me that there was oil everywhere on my engine and that caused it to miss fire. SO $311 later, the problem was YOU GUYS. I do not recommend anyone to go here, yall do not know what you are doing. Thank you, I will not be back.

These guys didnt replace my oil pan plug correctly and cost me my engine!! Not only did they refuse to use my garage, but the garage they chose gave my car back in worse shape! Unbelievably cheap work and service and it cost me 2 weeks wages because they wouldnt get me a rental car.

Brought my daughters 89 Cadillac Eldorado here because I was told they had a code reader for a car that old. We recently acquired the car from a friend but it had sat for 4.5 years previously. We had changed and repaired multiple things but still couldnt figure out what was going on. The car was idling so high that it would drive itself. It was scary. Mo suggested we leave the car for him to look at when they werent so busy. Long story short, Mo is a stubborn, kind hearted, resourceful genius and refused to give up. I have no idea how many hours he spent troubleshooting (the code reader offered no help) but our bill including a full service oil change and the part (that we NEVER would have figured out on our own) only came to $108. Being a single female I have acquired serious auto mechanic trust issues but I will definitely be back to see Mo and his crew for all of our car needs. Not only do they do a great job but they look like they get along well and even have some fun along the way. I cant say enough about how impressed we were!!

This was my first and last visit here. I usually go to Universal Quick Lube (Pennzoil), but this place was on my way home. This place is $10 more for the basic oil change, they never asked what type of oil I wanted, they didnt show me the dipstick when they were done, and they didnt do a lighting check. All things I get at Universal.

I moved to Westland 8 months ago and go out of my way to come to this specific Pennzoil. The guys here are really nice and very professional. They remember their customers and make you want to continue to come back again and again. Ill always be a customer 💗

Decided to try this place as it is close to my house and to get a fresh change of oil before the dream cruise next weekend....I can promise that will be the one and only time I ever go there. Started driving home and noticed smoke coming out from under the hood, they spilled a decent amount of oil all over my engine. While I was there, I had asked how the air filter looked (knowing they never checked it and was ready to be replaced), they said looks great. Also noticed they spilled anti-freeze as well and a ton of oily hand prints all over my car. This is the worst service I think I have had in a long time. One last rant, they never quoted me oil prices, they just told me how much it was after they changed it....$70.00. I am not saying dont ever go to this place, however the staff working that day were obviously in a rush to leave even though they had another 45 minutes to work yet before they officially closed.

I will not be returning to this oil change place. Bad experience all around that led to my car needing a new motor. One poorly tightened oil cap and a few michigan pot holes later my engine seized beyond repair. We needed to buy a new car after that since the new engine was worth more then the car. Do NOT go here if you value your car.

Worst service the oil change employee was angry when he was trying to guide my car in the bay. A garbage can was blocking the way I asked him to move it. He exploded in anger I quickly reversed my brand new car. And he wasn’t done yet we exchange words he’s very lucky I didn’t get out of my car. I would of rung his bell. I’ll take my money elsewhere. To many other places besides this thug ran oil change place lol.
