Truely the most honest people you will ever find. They always have the customers needs in mind. They will be the first to show you where you can save money and where to put a little extra. All the time being fair and honest. Once you shop at Holiday Cameras you will never go anywhere else.

I was just yelled at that I caused a delay in my video transfers because I called after three weeks to see if they were done. Ive been a loyal customer for years. I wont go back now.

Good option for US passport photos. Quality is good and 2 photos are 10 dollars. Chain stores such as UPS and CVS will mess up your passport photos.

I was racially profiled as soon as I walked through the door. I had on a ball cap, a rain coat, and tennis shoes. I walked in behind a white family and said excuse me because they were blocking the door way from inside the store, while I was trying to get in. The older white lady paid them no mind and jumped right to me. I wasnt in the store for even 3 seconds until she basically threw herself at me. Asking me what I wanted, what I needed, etc. To test if this was actually happening, I asked for a lens I spotted to see if shed let me buy it. She literally covered it with her back and turned around, and pretended to look for it. I asked if they had an USB port for a Nikon Camera and of course she said no, which made no sense because it was a Nikon branded store. She told me to go to Best Buy. I lost total respect for the town of Oak Park as well as Holiday Camera. I dont recommand this store to any one of color.

These are very helpful people who take the time to explain things.

I gotta agree, I was also racially profiled there a few years ago. I walked out and never stepped foot in there again. I just assumed that maybe they had just been robbed and were being cautious of all people of color. I took my green somewhere else.
