I was referred to Weathergard by my mother who had all of her windows replaced by them a little over a year ago. She had such an amazing experience with them and her windows look phenomenal so it only made sense that I would go to them as well.My windows have not yet been installed, however my experience so far has been the same as my moms. Brent visited my home. His knowledge of windows and energy savings in general is truly amazing. He won over my 1 year old son instantly! My moms sales representative was Allen and although he has since been promoted to management he was sure to follow up with me as well to make sure I was taken care of. It was nice to see how much he still appreciated my moms business.I was very hesitant about making this purchase during a time of increased shortages in materials and staffing but they both have gone out of their way to make this process as smooth as possible for me. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone in need of their services in the future!

We got all new windows for our home in July. And our two front windows we can’t even see out of every morning due to fog/condensation. I can’t even see my child waiting for the bus! Don’t know if they were installed wrong or manufactured wrong. None of our other ones are doing it. We tried calling multiple times and we just keep getting told we will get a call back and we never do!Our old 20+ year windows never even did that.

Cost was less than what I was quoted a year ago by a different company. Everything completed as discussed and promised. Very happy with quality and appearance of roof that was installed. Dumpster for roof tear off arrived and removed as scheduled. Roofers arrived as scheduled and completed the entire job in a half day. They did a thorough cleanup before leaving. High quality and professional start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

Scott and his team were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They worked nonstop until the complete job was done. They clearly took pride in their work.I was immediately impressed by the quality of the windows before they were even installed. I realized that my old windows were not a very good quality.The wood around my windows was rotting and was replaced. I could go on and on but I know they are definitely more efficient and they look beautiful. The front of my home looks much more attractive than it did before the windows.

There is not a better quality window in Michigan. The professionalism of the installers, Mick in my situation- are fantastic. His skill with a caulking gun is surgical. The bay window I had installed with all oak interior is the highlight of my home. If you’re looking to replace your windows, and want an unmatched quality, without the inflated price tag of renewal by Anderson, majic, or pella. As well as a superior warranty, these are your guys!

I had a great experience with Drew G. He arrived on-time, was very professional and friendly. I felt that he listened to me, respected any questions I asked and was honest. I have never had to purchase windows before had only spoken with a couple of companies. I feel WeatherGard offers a great quality product at a reasonable/affordable price that fit within my budget. I am very happy with my experience with Drew G and look forward to when my new windows will be installed!

The installers, Jeff and Mike were the greatest, they work until the job was done, none stop, very professional, on time, covered my belongings, and cleaned up inside and outside. They were also very friendly and answered all my questions and made sure everything was satisfactory to me. They were working so great that 3 possible customers stopped to get information and a card. Yes, I would recommend Weathergard😁

My windows have not been installed yet however I feel the need to tell you about our salesman Brody Collier. He is the BEST! Not only did he change the type of glass in two of my windows after the order was complete but he drove back out to my house when I requested a color change. Now that’s professionalism! I have complete confidence the installation job will be wonderful if he is an example of their customer service and professionalism. Thank you Brody!

Will be having weathergard replace our second story windows, they had replaced our first story and did a great job. They will be coming out to measure soon and then install. I have no doubt this upcoming experience will be just as good ! Grateful to know we have weathergard here in southeast Michigan!

Brent came to our hiuse for a quote on Windows. He was very knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. Gave a detailed presentation on the various windows available. Will update more when our new windows are installed.

Just had Marvin C at our house for a window estimate. He started the appointment with informing us of how lucky we are to have him at our house, followed by nothing but trash talk about other companies and poor analogies. He obviously didn’t like being called out for his negative sales pitches and seemed offended when we told him we had a second company coming for another quote. We never learned anything about Weathergard windows while he was here, only about how bad every other company is. We were happy to have him leave 35 minutes into his “1-2 hour presentation”.

Brent came out and was awesome! Very knowledgeable, very professional. Expplained everything, answered all of my stupid questions, lol. Didnt pressure us and sell us things we didnt need. Great experience all around. Couldnt have been any better!

The installers were very professional! We are very pleased with the windows themselves as ours needed replacing for several years. Our friends and neighbors were shocked at how beautiful the windows are. Thank you so much!!

WeatherGard installed my roof on 6-1-11: great quality, looked beautiful, extremely satisfied, never any problems. Roof was guaranteed to not leak for 10yrs from date of install. On 6-26-21, a mere 25 days past the 10yr mark, I discovered a small roof leak during a huge rain storm. Miles came out, inspected my roof, resealed my plumbing vent, and honored my warranty. WeatherGard has my seal of approval!

I really wanted to go with a local company and I was impressed with the sales pitch and demonstration I sat through in the fall of 2020 before a significant 1st floor remodel. Following the completion of said remodel in July of 2021, I reached out to WeatherGard for 5 windows and was ready to have the window measurements rechecked and write a check, however, I was instantly transported back to the 1950s and told that my husband had to be there for the deal.Needless to say, as an attorney with my own career and separate finances, and sharing equal space on the title to the house with my husband I opted out of choosing to do business with such a discriminatory and inconvenient company. Further, said husband didnt have to be there for the sales demonstration before, so its particularly insulting that for the signing of a contract, I would require supervision.

Friendly, caring, and very informative. We had a very leaky roof. Everytime it stormed it got down to our main floor ceiling. Had the best pricing for what we needed done and in a quick time. Brody and Myles were awesome from start to finish. Will definitely be calling weather gard again about future repairs.

My GOD what an experience! Just finiy a consultation with Brent. The Tools this guy had to demonstrate the strength and quality of the windows were impressive! His knowledge of windows and energy efficiency was next level! He had personality for days! Not gonna lie folks, Im a bit jealous if his hair lol. Is he a time traveler? A shaman?I have no idea, but Ill tell you what I do know,Brent is my window guy, and I will recommend him to anyone! Hell, if you dont need windows, send someone that does his way! 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend! Im not Going to anyone else for windows.#weatherguardbrent4life

My husband was late for the window demo and the salesman was definitely irritated and unprofessional about it, making me feel guilty and uncomfortable. He was saying that he should just go as if it wasn’t worth his time to just do the presentation with me. The company insisted that my husband be present and I don’t believe a company should do that. A couple has the right to decide who should be present and who makes which decisions and how to divide their time. Future customers, when they call, if you are a woman, or a man, just say that you are the sole owner of the house. It is a lot less of a hassle. (See other complaints below.) Also be prepared for a 3 hour ordeal. . . And I think the company should tell you up front that they need 3 hours of your time.

Great installers...polite...helpful...made process easy. Shlome...sales... addressed all my questions promptly and eased my mind of any concerns. Would recommend and will use them again!

I just had my windows installed. The crew was very efficient, friendly and helpful. They were careful not to be disruptive and took care of my furnishings. I immediately notice a difference from my old windows in that there are no drafts and noise is significantly reduced. I highly recommend WeatherGard.

We are getting a new roof. We had a quote from another company and felt pressured for a hard sale. Phillip came over and was professional, easy to work with, and there was no hard pressure for a sale. Our roof should be on soon and I am sure it will be worth it.

I had a guy stop by for a bit to talk to me about coming out and doing an estimate for windows I said ok set up an appointment and I got a no call no show was a waste of time and completely unprofessional do not recommend wasting your time

This company refused me a free estimate because my husband would not be present on the date of the appointment. I told them I would be available and insisted both of us had to be present.

Both Drew,the sales guy and the tech that came out and measured were knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with choosing WeatherGard and looking forward to having our new windows installed.
