Very friendly and professional service from sales to delivery. The dining room furniture was Exceptional quality. Furniture was delivered and assembled on time and with great care. I just looked at my paperwork the other day and noticed my warranty expired in December. I looked at my furniture and was pleased that it is still in like new condition. On June 21,2021 I walked into luxury home furniture in Oak Park, from the moment I walked in I felt like my presence was not accepted I felt more like something disgusting has walked in. The older lady not sure what her name was but she was the only older lady in the building on the register at the time was not friendly what so ever I did let her know that I was only in to purchase some scented oils for my diffuser because I just purchased my living room set from them and my lions . The lady that was sitting at the time had gotten up from her chair just to watch me look at the oils which made me feel so uncomfortable she watched my every move I was sadly only able to purchase one because of her uncomfortable, unpleasant and unprofessional attitude which forced me too leave . You all have lost a customer for sure and I’m canceling my upcoming orders with you as well . Do not treat your Consistently Loyal Customer / New customer as if they’re not welcomed, You’re a home furniture store you should make all Customers feel at home not feel UNWANTED and UNWELCOME.

In fact, their furniture is not strong and fragile and breaks quickly .. and this is what happened to me after two months of buying sofas..When I bought the sofas I thought they were very good..but after two months with a guest sitting on them, they broke easily..

This place is simply amazing! The staff is professional and knowledgable as well as welcoming! I felt like family the way we were treated!In terms of product, my daughters loved their beds and on top of that, the manager upgraded our mattresses we bought because the others wouldn’t be in tomorrow and he stated “I can’t let your daughters sleep on the floor” that touched my heart literally! I bought all of my living room furniture from here in 2018 everything was fabulous. January 2020 I was a return customer and bought a new sofa that didn’t fit in my suite so delivery called the store, informed them that it didn’t fit & that they would be returning it in exchange for the loveseat same style. We financed the furniture so even though the sofa was 100 more exactly and we ended up getting the loveseat, I could not get the 100 deducted from my contract. In other words we have a store credit of $100 ... when we came to the store however to use the $100 credit my husband went to the counter to speak to Julie & ask her exact dollar amount we had to use. She said $50. The display were my sofa and loveseat were with price displayed was visible when we walked in, however after my husband asked what our credit was the display price sign had been removed. If I didn’t mention it she would have scammed us $50. I loved this store & their merchandise but the service is sketchy & I will never do business with them again. Nor will I ever recommend them because of how sleazy they tried to be with their returning customers. Write down the prices for what you’re buying, & make sure all of your paperwork is accurate is what I suggest if you cannot find another furniture store.I’m not even the type of person to go out of my way to make a review but this had to be said.

It very nice, l just dont like the fact if I tell Im just looking and the sales person say let me know if you see anything or have any questions, but at yhe same time every time I look up, they are right there and will follow your every move. I felt uncomfortable. I cant steal anything and even if I could how was I going get out door with a sofa. The location on Coolidge and 8mile do this all the time,the one in redford do not.

They have everything. If you are sticking to a budget dont go in there. Seriously you will want to redo your entire house. Everything is so lovely. They will work out deals with you how to pay. Cash, check, credit or their special credit with no interest for a year. If they dont have what you are looking for they will get it. Really a nice place and things you wont see frequently

I thought I had lost my layaway because almost 8 months had passed before I came back for it. I came back to purchase a different item and they allowed me to transfer my money. Left out the store with a mattress and mattress pad without paying anything...This is what I call exceptional customer service!! I was very grateful! Great furniture, great experience!

They are scammers ! No where on the building does it tell you when you sign for credit you are signing for a credit card. I am 22 and working on my credit not in a million years would I sign up for a credit card and use 85% of it. You are only suppose to use 30% in order to keep the credit good. My credit has dropped 70pts because of this and my feelings are hurt. I asked the owner what he could do and he laughed telling me I shouldn’t have signed it .
