Everything went very well.The hearing aids are a good fit for me. I’m enjoying being able to hear so much more. I can’t think why I waited so long. Rich and the staff courteous and helpful. Overall it has been a very positive experience.

I went in with broken hearing aids, that actually weren’t working that well before they broke. But, within 30 minutes, Rich had them working, and super tweaked them. I can’t believe how well I’m hearing now. It’s absolutely amazing!! And Rich has ALWAYS been sooo helpful!
