Great Best Buy. This location has a big line up of cameras to play with. Employees are very helpful and friendly in the camera area. The computer section is filled with many models to try as well and the employees in this area is very kind and helpful as well. Theyre definitely knowledgeable in their area. The tv area is very well organized as well. All of the aisles were clean and well organized. I always suggest this best buy if youre looking to play around with multiple selections of cameras.
Definitely not the same old Best Buy. Im trying to stick with them through this whole Amazon burst, but sometimes its hard. I went in for two things and it said both were in stock with multiple being available for both items. Neither one wound up being in stock. Im old school I guess but I like to look at what Im buying and actually see it. But I see the convenience of the online deal.
I stopped in today to ask about a Gimbel and a Drone camera setup. Rich Mann spent most of 20 minutes explaining the pros and cons of the different models they carry. I had a couple of questions he was not able to answer, but I found the answers online at the manufactures website. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic staff! I went to purchase a new phone after I completed research so I knew what I wanted. Cheng was very helpful in getting everything set up account and answered all my questions. He was friendly while working the entire time. Since my phone was shipped to me, I made another trip to have everything transferred over. Z helped me and didnt make me feel silly for my questions and all went smoothly. While working with me he also attended to other customers making sure to check in with me as needed. Despite working with multiple people, Z was attentive and multi-tasked very well. Both Cheng and Z were very professional.
It was recommended to me buy another professional. I arrived when they were just opening for the day. Lots of employees milling around. However, I had to look for a customer service desk and ask where to go. The young man had absolutely no idea how to help me for the item I needed. I guess Ill have to say....I didnt like shopping there 20 yrs ago and after my latest trip, I still dont!
Didnt have the most basic product I needed, but the staff were nice.
Staff were great. Absolutely no issues with the staff. What I had an issue with was the open box all in one computer. After driving from quite the distance away, I got back home only to find out there was no wireless keyboard or mouse like it had said. Im not driving 100+ miles again only to have to wait longer for what wasnt already in stock at the time.

I really cant do much of a review as I brought my computer into the checked out due to the fact it would take hours for it to boot, once it booted it ran fine, but it just took hours. I was told by the Geek Squad they do not do repairs or diagnosis on demand anymore, you have to make an appointment because they want you to sit down with them while they go through your computer to let you know what your options are. And Im thinking, if someone were technologically knowledgeable in computers enough to understand what they will be telling you, well then you wouldnt need them to fix it now would you. Fortunately I am that person and I did take it home and spent the few hours to fix it, but I cant help wondering how many people just want to take it and drop it off come back and pick it up fixed. Yeah, they dont do that anymore.
When it comes to replacements under the Geek Squad plan, it has become super simple compared to a couple years ago. The sales associate who helped me select a Brother printer replacement for another bad HP product (the third!) was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and had a great sense of humor. All in all, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

We were in last minute trying to find a replacement fridge for ours that was finally on its last legs for a compressor. Had been to multiple other places looking at what stores had available, but found what we were at minimum looking to have. The staff was great, understanding that we needed the time. We checked out our options and in less than 5 minutes, we had everything scheduled and taken care of. Greatly appreciated their understanding for letting us have the time unpressured to find what would meet our needs.

Customer service was bad! Call twice and waited over 15 minutes and have no helped. On the website it says Best buy take appliances for recycle including microwaves, So I brought one over to the woodbury location just to be turned down and 2 of the employee says they dont take electronics. Not that location they said.
I went in to look at tabletop stands for my flat screen TV. They were nowhere to be found. I asked a sales person. They said, all we have is on that wall. Again, they were nowhere to be found. When I returned he said, just go look on our website. I like Bestbuy, but thats about the least amount of effort any sales person could possibly give me. Had to go to Amazon to get a TV stand. Thats a going out of business strategy.
I wish I could give delivery and customer service a negative review they are absolutely the worst. I absolutely hate that they are getting money__ never again. They took down the wrong number in the notes section made two people change their work schedule and day, gave us a 7 hour window and left after 10 minutes. After not giving us a heads up. We talked to the driver and told him we would be there in ten which we were and he left anyway. He could have just told us on the phone that he was leaving. Ive done service too and I always try to accommodate people if the window of opportunity is that close. We had to put everything back into the refrigerator and now reschedule for more fun. If it was up to me I would choose a different company with better delivery. Also the delivery driver was just a jerk on the phone. Just say you cant wait its so much easier than lies. Go anywhere else pay an extra 100 its so much easier and you wont feel like starting smoking afterwards.

Great experience with Cathy Marquardt Scoville of Pacific Kitchen & Home. Went in for a new dishwasher. She knew her stuff. She explained features of the dishwashers I had it narrowed down to, and answered my questions about dishwashers in general with confidence. She made the buying experience a pleasant one. All without being pushy or impatient. She was a pleasure to work with! Also, everything she explained to me about the delivery process came true! The delivery people were even a little early, after they made the call to let us know they were on their way. I havent had such a smooth ordering process and delivery of a large appliance in years! Kudos to Cathy & the delivery team!

I had a problem getting my phone activated. The store closed but the employees continued for 20 minutes till they got me up and going. It was important. And I appreciate what they did for me.

I didnt find what I was looking for, but as I browsed different departments throughout the store, I was pleasantly surprised with how often staff would approach to see if I needed any help. I was also throughly impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was with the items I would ask questions about. I have visited many best buy locations through out the country and this one honestly has set the standard of expectations for how I want future experiences at best buy locations to be.
I really liked that they took time out of their day to search for extra stock in the back, I talked with an employee named Ben for quite some time about upgrading my laptop to anew one. He was very helpful.
If you havent been to Best Buy in a while like I hadnt, your in for a shock. The floor plan is now very open making it easy to find the section for the electronics and accessories you are looking for, and the informed and courteous staff to help you if you dont know what you are looking for.

I was there for about a half hour looking for two items and no one approached me to offer assistance. They did say thanks when I left, but didnt ask if I found everything I was looking for.
I shop here way too often! Normally I get pretty good service, from the appliance department to the TV department to the cell phone department. I only wish that if an employee doesnt know the answer to what Im asking, that they would just admit to it. To be fair, thats only happened twice now and neither time was in the last 6 months! I personally find this the best BB store to shop at in the metro area.

My daughter needed a computer for school so we stopped in here to get it and the sales person was so extremely helpful in talking to us to determine what we needed and explained what would work considering we wanted to walk out that day with a computer. He was conscious of our budget and did not try to upsell but instead explained the pros and cons of various options and helped us walk out in about 10-15 minutes with a computer that we are happy with.
Purchased a tv. It was an incomplete delivery and a 5 minute phone call with the store I bought it at would have fixed the problem. They literally will not let you talk to the local store. No matter what. This was Best Buy’s second chance due to customer service, and they will not get a 3rd. You can’t fix everything from other parts of the country. Sometimes you need to talk to a local person.
The selection of certain Goods has drastically been reduced. While others have exploded in size and availability. Check the website beforehand to see if they carry a certain product and if they have it. Most of the staff are very helpful and will help you get what you came for. Just dont be surprised that theres a small que waiting for help. Due to the limited number of Staff currently there.
Went in earlier today to trade in my phone and purchase a new one, I was assisted by Naomi at the Mobile Phone desk. She was incredibly helpful and as patient as could be as we experienced some hiccups in applying a promotional discount on my purchase, but in the end she was able to get it applied and saved me $300. Naomi got all of my files transferred from my old phone to my new one, and even put my screen protector and case on for me. Given how busy the store was at the time, I really appreciated her dedication and assistance!

Initially I came here because I had geek squad for my laptop they were very polite they got the help I need it and I was able to get a brand new laptop but their customer service was top shelf.

Its been a while since I visited a Best Buy but thanks to my stimulus check I did today. Once I found the department I needed to be in, I quickly located an employee who was more than helpful in assisting me. I quickly found a 5TB portable Hard Drive, some flash / thumb drives, and a powered USB 3.0 4-Way splitter. Prices were good if not great. Couldnt have asked for much more. Thanks BB!
I ordered a washer to be delivered and installed. After three attempts, I cancelled the order. Whoever does the delivery and installation is totally inept! The delivery is scheduled, then nobody shows. They do not call, text or email. I understand that stuff happens. But dont make me wait for hours if the delivery is not going to happen. I would give them negative stars if I could. Done with Best Buy.

My wife and I both said as we walked out, none of the employees like working here. They all seem sad The ones we talked to, one as we entered, two for helping locate something, and then the cashier, all were just sad. No energy, no smiles, just sad.
Greeter and customer service people were polite. Waited about 5 min for geek squad consultation. Have a Dell tablet that was purchased at this BestBuy, which does not start. It’s about 6 yrs old. Well the geeks could only say that they could examine it for about $90, but parts are unavailable cuz the tablet is obsolete, so there is nothing they can do even if they find out what is wrong.Well, let just wander around the store and look at drones (see pic)!
Bought a smart tv online and picked up at store. The tv was discounted because it was an open box. The tv was in perfect condition. Pick up was super fast. 100% satisfied.

I usually like Best Buy. This store is aweful. Go to Maplewood instead. Its worth the drive to not go here. Curbside pickup does not meet their time commitments. It said they would have it available same day and it was not. Also the curbside pickup parking spots are all blocked off. I found out after waiting for 45 minutes that they are not doing curbside pickup. The app clearly says wait in my car, but you have to go into the store to get your order. There are employees standing around doing nothing in the store. Its time to fire management at this place.
This store usually has good deals going on and stock for most TVs youve been searching for online.

Went in looking for a product brand that they carry in store according to their website for a security system, but they didnt carry the add-on items. Only the whole house systems and very limited at that, I ended up ordering from the manufacturers website only to have to have wait over a week to get what I needed.

Either they have the exact product you need for a reasonable price or they don’t stock what you need and you buy it online.
This Best Buy may be fine in the store but they took hours to install our alarm into our Jeep. And then they couldn’t even finish the job. We ended up with a non-functional system. All while they contradicted each other in recommendations for a car alarm. Super frustrating waste of half our weekend.

Well... the associate in mobile devices (I was buying a smart watch) gave me 100% WRONG information, which led to me purchasing the wrong product. After I got home and did some research, I realized he had mislead me. Needless to say- I wasnt very pleased, and I had to go back and return it. But on the plus side I was able to return it with no hassle :) soooo 3 stars?
While some of her colleagues declined to seek solutions, Elena provided excellent customer service in helping us solve a product return issue. She was incredibly helpful and allowed us to recoup an unsuccessful purchase and find new products that worked for us.
I was just in with my teenage son to purchase a laptop. I knew what I wanted and was inside for 30 minutes and no one approached me. Meanwhile a gentleman walks up to look at a computer directly across from me and was approached within 2 minutes. Even as I was walking out, with no purchase, the greeter didn’t even bother to ask me if I had found what I wanted, instead he just simply said “see ya”. I won’t be back, I’ll go spend my $1200 somewhere else
Had a great experience on a black Friday deal. Knowledgeable staff steered me away from a good deal on a product that I was not interested in (devil is in the details) and efficiently yet courteously helped me get things right without going out of my budget. I was grateful and now were all set up.
This review is strictly about my experience in trying to contact the store, which was entirely a negative experience. I sat on hold for customer service for about 20 minutes; no one ever answered the phone, and I find it hard to believe that not one team member at the customer service counter had a spare 10 seconds to answer the phone in that length of time. Incredibly frustrating. If thats their idea of customer service, then I will be looking elsewhere for my tech needs. I would love to support a local small business anyway.

I recently purchased the Insignia washer (NS-TWM41WH8A) with its matching dryer (NS-FDRE67WH8A). John C from Pacific was a great person to work with when purchasing this combo, so shout out to him.After about 10 washes, I realized this was not the washer for me. Because it is a High Efficiency washer, it uses less water, sometimes barely enough to cover the load. This is unacceptable if you need clean clothes. There is a way to add water, but even with that, the agitation of the machine was unable to pull anything down because it simply goes back and fourth. I had to babysit the machine to make sure the contents were properly wet and washed.Unfortunately, I was outside of the 15 day return policy by a few days, and came back to this location to talk to the store manager to see if there was a possibility of a return. I met with Cathy M and explained to her why I wasnt satisfied. I was not expecting to get a return/exchange, but I was curious to know what my options were anyway. Right off the bat, I could tell by her tone she was very passively aggressive.She asked how much clothes Im putting in the washer. I said most loads are half loads with normal clothing. She literally tells me that was too much for the washer. I thought, why would a company design a 4.1 cu. ft washer only for you to use half of the capacity? She even asked me what is Normal. I told her I washed normal clothing like jeans, shirt, and microfiber cloths. Then she asked me what Normal is again, as if I was stupid. I gave her the same answer.Then we got into this ordeal about me using too much detergent. I use HE detergent, about half a cup to a full cup depending on the load. I had no problems with the clothes coming out mucky or sticky due to too much detergent. All I had a problem with was the poor water level and agitation of the washer. But for some reason, Cathy believes adding less detergent somehow fills the tub up with more water. Again, I had NO problems with detergent.After requesting to see the manual to the washer to determine what is Normal, she even had the audacity to tell me she had 25 years of experience selling appliances, so she knew what Normal was. The way she said it was only to rub it in my face. According to the manual, Normal includes normal wear, like shirt and jeans.I am a technical person in the software field, and due to her experience, I decided to ask more technical questions. Does the washer sense by weight? By laser?? By what? At first, she didnt give me a straight answer as to how these HE washers sense the load. But eventually, she told me it was through weight.She also mentioned the washer will get used to the load and wash better overtime. I asked; Does the machine have built in memory for this? Why was this not mentioned in the manual? And what if the machine loses power? If so, would a person have to go through how ever many cycles to get the machine to remember the load capacity again? With 25 years of experience, Cathy told me she didnt understand the technical aspects of the washer and couldnt answer these questions.Cathy also suggested I watch a few YouTube videos on a few washers, which I told her, I did. I watched a video on a Frigidaire FFTW4120SW1, which is basically the same washer aside from aesthetics. As soon as I mentioned that, she told me Our washers are not made in China, theyre made in the United States. Well, see the attached screenshots.The YouTube review about the Frigidaire FFTW4120SW1 (basically same internals as NS-TWM41WH8A) byLorain Furniture and Appliance was not good. My fault for not researching this earlier, but also a terrible and unprofessional response from Cathy.All I wanted was to explain my situation and see if there was any way to return/exchange the washer/dryer even though I was a few days outside the return policy. I wasnt expecting this to go my way, but I was not expecting such a push back from the store manager.I hope youre reading this, Corporate. HIRE SOMEONE NEW. As a former employee of store 15, this is embarrassing.

Went to look at survaliance systems and got a lot of good information. I picked up a system and it should do everything I want it to do.
No one wanted so help me look for over 10 minutes, someone finally came over to help and I said I wanted to buy this one, and they said it was out of stock so I asked about my second choice which was also out of stock
Waited in customer pick up for 25 minutes. When the delivery was scheduled on their online app we were informed that the item was pulled and the wait time reset to another 25 minutes. Asked security and was informed that I can wait in line outside for 30 minutes to get inside and then wait in line for another half hour to pick up the item we paid for and had set up for curb side pick up. Whats the point of offering curb side pick up if you dont bring the item out?
Glad there is still a place open like this where I can go and SEE the product in person. However inventory of electronics suffers. Same at Target and Wal-Mart. They have a bunch of displays but when you finally commit on something you are told we dont have it but can order it. Im not saying everything but it always seems what I want haha...Staff here is good. Decent parking. Not too busy.
Had to get a replacement dehumidifier. I had bought the Best Buy 4 year extended warranty. Very slick! They gave me a new dehumidifier after the original one had quit working. Excellent customer service. Best Buy workers are very hard workers. I had to accept another brand from the original and I do not have a problem with that. New machine is working great!
Order was just getting ready when I arrived. Hadnt received confirmation yet, so I went inside and they did the pickup for me in there. Open box was missing a band, and he even helped me find one to replace it.

Ordered online said be ready in an hour. 2 hour round trip drive for me and when I get there apparently the item which was a laptop wasnt there. So they cancel that order which made my funds pending in my bank account and wasnt ready for use to buy a different one. I needed this laptop the next day and by now it was too late to do anything. There stock is terrible and even more terrible is the app on updating products. Also I tried calling the store before I left and was on hold listening to hold music for 31 min. If one of the 20 employees I seen and off those 20 at least 5-6 standing there chatting in a group like if one of them could of answered it would of saved me a head ache I should of never have had in first place.
