These guys were so amazing and helpful! Some rude individual swiped my driver side mirror off and it wasn’t a general one unfortunately. None the less, they ordered the part, and I maybe had to drive my rental for two days! These guys offer great customer service, friendly smiles and positive vibes even when I was wanting to be frustrated at the fact I had to get my mirror fixed. I will be back for sure! Have nothing but great things to say about Andy and the team at Masters Auto Body. Got into an accident and needed to get my car repaired and done right. I had heard really good things about Masters Auto Body so I decided to take my car there.Right from my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and well taken care of. He offered to give me a ride home, but I had a ride coming already when I dropped it off.He was able to get the car back to show room status in about a week and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely be recommending Masters Auto Body to all of my friends and family.

Masters is the best autobody shop in the valley. My car was sent to Caliber and when I went to my appointment they left me in the waiting room for 30 minutes before helping me and my quote was done incorrectly. Masters towed my car to their shop, did all repairs, and the car looked better than ever. Thank you for the professionalism and I really appreciate all youve done.

The guys here are awesome! Unfortunately I am terrible with names an didnt review this in a timely manner, but they were awesome! They were very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable! The folks at Masters did a great job on my truck.When the job was done it looked better than I even thought it could. Andy did a GREAT job with my car. He even cleaned the headlights, wheels and made my car look a lot nicer than it did before the accident. He even sent me a follow up text asking if everything has been running smoothly! My car looks like I just picked up a BRAND NEW CAR OFF THE LOT!

I was recommended to this shop from another one entirely after their computer system couldnt connect to that of my insurance companys. Thankfully, Mel and Andy were not only able to do just that, they also did an amazing job with my car! It looks like brand new! Even though it took longer than expected, Im not going to argue with the results. My family and I will definitely be coming back if we ever need repairs.

Brought my vehicle here after searching online through multiple body shops, after arriving i was helped by mel and andy. They had the estimate created and emailed to the insurance in less than hour, i was estimated almost two weeks to have vehicle finished because of covid and parts being delayed, they updated me everyday and had my car finished a week early. Amazing work and they cleaned and detailed my car for me.

I always take my vehicles here. Never disappointed. They go above and beyond with their service. Mel makes sure the job gets done. Andy does an amazing job as well, he literally detailes the entire vehicle. I get them back looking unbelievable really. I also had a front left blinker out and my license plate lights were both out. He replaced all three with no charge. Their body work is 10/10! Good team, and a great place to do business!!

I took my car in for some front bumper and radiator damage. Being an All State certified repair shop theyre work is warranted by All State and able to deal with my insurance directly to get everything situated.Now I did run into some issuses caused by All State being cheap and not paying for OEM parts at every step of the way (this is normal for insurance companies), but this is in no way the shops fault, in fact both Andy and Mel went out of their way and paid out of their poket to make sure the job was done correctly inspite of All State when they had to.As a tech that worked at two semi-truck dealerships and worked on Safeways fleet, I can vouch for their excellent business practices which are becoming rarer and rarer to find in the automotive field these days -_-My advise in general is to build a relationship with honest, good-natured people, who take pride in what they do and their work will pay for itself in no time. Masters autobody would be an excellent example of just that.P.S. you can ignore the bad review about an estimate over the phone. No shop should ever give repair estimates (things other than parts, oil changes, inspections ect..) over the phone, especially a body shop.

I went in for an estimate and never went anywhere else. After talking with them, they seemed fair and really went over what options I had for repairing my car on a budget. I felt they were honest and reasonable. Glad I went there first. I will be going back for any future body work needs. Also they got the job very fast so we could get our family car back on the road again. Thanks Masters!
