Came here to use my groupon after my brakes were failing I called before i came explained my issue and everything. I walk into the center the guys tells me my car need atleast $500 worth of brake work $500?? for brakes?Without even inspecting them for me i didn’t even care if he just put the pads on 🤔Customer service was very bad i think this location has a problem with honoring groupons

They are over booked and busy.I really appreciated the weekend staff. They were willing to take my walk-in and were straight up with wait times. Once they had my vehicle they quickly got the job done. Ill definitely go here again for future work.

Not confident they did anything to my car except for turn the light off. Closed early on a Saturday without an explanation, but I was there before 2pm (close at 3). My light and same code triggered again not even a day after getting my car back. Pretty disappointed.Update: Got a response from Daryl...I can 1000% assure you that the assistant manager was NOT there until after 3pm and if he was, he was hiding from the 3 customers that were outside and not answering the phone. I called a dozen times and left 2 messages. Its one thing to offer an apology, but it is another to lie about an assistant being in the shop.

This location is first-come, first-serve for oil changes, so they dont make appointments. I had a groupon, showed up on a week day around 11am, and I left in under a half hour! Others had to wait longer, so Id recommend coming in early in the day if you can!

These guys are awesome! My car is running like new again. No more shaking when I brake! I am so pleased with the work they did on my car. Thank you so much.. I will definitely be back the next time I need auto repair..

Quoted me $600 for 2 tires asked for a cheaper one and I was told $460. yes I said for 2 tires. When the block away to big O tires and got 2 of the exact same tires for $200

Very professional, honest and helpful. I am leary to take my car to a garage do not want to be taken advantage of because I am a female. Jake the manager very nice and explained exactly what was wrong with my car and did not go over the estimate I was given. My car was done before the time I was given. Very accommodating to customers and front area very clean with chairs spaced out beyond the recommended 6 feet for social distancing. Definitely will use them again and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Jake and the mechanics for the awesome service.

Always a great experience with these guys. As I am sitting here and waiting for my oil change, customers coming in get their questions answered professionally and courteously. They even give customers coupons to help save them money. They gave this guy $50 off his alignment which normally costs $100 +

Tldr; They did a great job at a reasonable price - I was satisfied with my experience.I was hearing a grinding noise coming from the front passenger wheel. I suspected it was the wheel bearing as I had recently had the drivers side one replaced. I called around for ballpark prices, and they were the only ones to actually give me an estimate. Since we also had a Groupon for an oil change there, we went with them. They confirmed the problem, and finished the job in roughly the time expected. The oil change came with new wipers, and they actually asked if I wanted them installed or just take them with me. This was pleasing as I had fairly new wipers on already that didnt need replacing yet. The whole experience was pleasant and went according to the expectations they set. Will likely be back for further repairs.

Couldnt get me in for 3 days for a oil change. Went to BigO tires and was in and out in 20 minutes. Will go to Big O first from now on...

These guys are the only shop who I called on a Saturday that not only answered the phone but a mechanic gave me a ballpark on the work I needed done.

First time at this location, employees were very courteous and professional. They let me know up front the expectations for cost with honesty and the oil change took only about a half hour, would definitely recommend!

I have been to different places asking them for oil change and all they say is they dont have appointment and they cant make one because thats how it works you show up and just wait untill you guys have time, no one can just waste a whole day on oil change just because you guys dont do appointments

Friendly fast service here but they do like to add suggestions on of things you really do not need done. I think every place does that though.

I dont normally like any chain type auto repair shops. However, I love this place. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and they dont try to upsell you. Never had a problem with them.

Welcoming and honest service. Staff was able to give me honest price quotes with detailed explanations. The front desk employee took the time to show me how to check the tread of my tires. I would highly recommend using them for any work you have to get done.

Beware of fraud and scam. They offer discounted car repairs through groupon. However, when you attempt to use the groupon, the manager, Chan, schedules you an appointment for several weeks out. On the day and time of the appointment, he then pretends he never scheduled the appointment and tries to get you to reschedule for another day and time. This didnt just happen once but three times. This business is conducting their business using deceptive business practices. Ive experience this issue with this location only...the Roseville and Apple Valley location isnt anything like Chan. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general.

I have always trusted car care! They are not only honest and fair but will provide excellent, continuous care of your vehicle! I think the world of them!!!

I had my car towed Saturday 3-27-21. I contacted them on the following Monday I was told it should be ready the following Friday. Due to shipping problems its was reported it would be ready this afternoon. My fingers are crossed.

I had a negative experience a long time ago, but was contacted by the company. Since then, I have been there multiple times and have always had excellent service. Im glad that I gave them another chance, because they are now my go-to shop.

I’m happy to have a shop in this location again. These guys really seem to care! They keep the place clean and my prices have been less than quoted and all my service work has been completed on time. I will be a repeat customer.

I went to the precision tune in Oakdale, Minnesota.And it was the best experience Ive ever had in my entire life.The service manager was very professional and the mechanic was really really good. I would recommend precision tune Oakdale before I would recommend another shop..

They took care of me and was happy. They went beyond what they should have.

The one in Stillwater. The manager lied to me about the ETA on said repair and what repair was necessary. basically ended up telling me in a roundabout way that I was lying and I was most likely stupid!! This is an isolated instance and only at this particular precision tune. Have been to others and been treated great in the past.

They were great, didnt even charge for the diagnostic offered a very low price for a 18 hour job . I would recommend going to then for anything small or big. They even offer financing for the Emergency repairs we all run into!!

Trying to use a cheap groupon. I called, one guy said they only do appointments; I call few days later to make an appointment and a different guy says its first come first serve. Dont waste your time with these guy .

Great service by a great staff!I took my husbands car to Precision Auto Repair and was really pleased with their service. They are very consciousness of the customers time and explain everything to you right away so you always know whats going on. We were in and out and our car was fixed!They treat you like family and thats so very important!

They were able to fix the problem with my car but they caused $160 worth of damage completely unrelated. So thats cool.Do not reccomend at all.

Awesome customer service, I forgot my house key at the shop when I went home and they sent one of their techs to my house with my key and also picked me up when my car was done. I will reccomend this place to anyone who will listen!

I got a coupon from Groupon for this place, i went to get an oil change but they were “too busy” and told me to come back anytime next morning. I went and the guy said they are full until 1pm. I asked if i can make an appointment and he said no with a rude tone in his voice. He needs to work on his customer service, both of the times I went there, he always looked at his computer and never laid his eyes off of it.

Walked in and got an oil change in a few hours, inexpensive service with a welcoming, friendly staff.

I couldnt get an appt.Have to check back next week.

As a female I hate bringing my car in to be serviced because I always feel like Im being told I need unnecessary work done. Marc was great! He was honest with me and didnt tell me anything that didnt need to be done. I wont go anywhere else!!

I was told that my parking brakes needed to be done in order for my car to park which went over my budget. I originally was just getting my rear brakes done for $350 with extra work it costed me almost a grand. I paid and my car still having issues. I called the manager and had took my car back to the shop,end result no change. I asked for a refund and was refused instead I was given excuses. I don’t recommend this shop.

My vehicle had a really loud clunking sound every time I drove over bumps and when turning. I had it looked at by 3 different auto repair places of which all 3 gave me different reasons as to why and suggested I fixed them. After all was said and done and approximately $600+ later; to my horror and disappointment the noise was still there. I still needed an Alignment and oil change but had no trust in those three shops. I decided to take my vehicle to PRECISION TUNE AUTO CARE IN OAKDALE. They listened to me and took the time to carefully check my car. Diagnosed the problem and helped me get financed to afford the repair. Best customer service and auto service. My vehicle was fixed!!!😳 no more noise or spending any more unnecessary money. Im truly happy with this place and any time I have matinace or work that needs to be done, PRECISION TUNE AUTO CARE OAKDALE has my Trust and business. Great job!!!! Highly recommend them!! Thank you guys 😀❤

Fast friendly service, good location, and flexible hours

This place is a joke!!!! My girlfriend brought her car here and spent over $1000. Her car still doesn’t run right. She went back several times and they could not fix it. Took it across the street to Maplewood Auto and the mechanic found the problem in 20 minutes. Never go to Precision Tune.

Idn why people are saying this place is affordable, I paid 400 for rear pads and rotors on a 03 altima... lol I should have asked first rather than assume from all the good reviews that there actually affordable. Got an oil change too and apparently Im due at 136k miles.... my car had 149k after the oil change. Had to do calipers myself Cuz they wanted 600 and the tires were almost impossible to take off Cuz they air gunned them on. You idiots ever hear of a torque wrench? 450 bucks for some amateur work. Never go here

Never have time to look at your vehicles without an appointment. $400 tune ups where they only change spark plugs and wires. Got a oil change and my car stalled twice before I even got out of the parking lot. So it had to stop on them.

We purchased a Groupon for an oil change and did not find it that Pleasant of an experience. We felt the people were dishonest and issues with scheduling. Do not plan to go back.
