It is a Big 5 in California so the gun selection is pretty limited but they do still have a gun section. Other than that it is all you can expect of an outdoors store. Hiking shoes and clothes, tents, bear spray, pellet guns, survivalist handbooks et cetera. The staff is friendly and helpful so I have no complaints at all. 👍🌎🏕

The manager of the ammo and gun area is very rude and does what she wants. Poor customer service skills. She makes her own rules some days follows policy other days. I drive to Manteca or Turlock for all my needs just so I dont have to deal with her.

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR. What can I even say about this store and employees. I went there last week and it was the absolute WORST service. I waited 15 mins for someone to help me in the firearms department and when she came she had NO clue what she was talking about. Even the sales guy was being slackish. Don’t even get me started on the store. Everything is so disorganized. Whoever is the real manager needs to tell her staff to work better and organize the store. WORST BIG 5 EVER. NEVER RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!!

The employees are not to bad and not to good. They seem a little like very little down as in not a smile. They do smile but in like if they prefer not to like smile if you know what I mean like as in They tell you bye have a great day with a smile but then get like serious and like they seem grumpy.

Friendly staff! Helped us out to our car and we found what we needed fast.

Everything you need for boating, fishing, swimming, camping etc...good stop before you get to your foothill or mountain destination. Staff friendly...grocery store and gas on same location.

No problems ever going into this location

Great place to shop, got a great deal on a gun. During the week I’ve noticed they might be a little understaffed from time to time, but it doesn’t take much patience to be okay with that. Even when understaffed they have performed very well.

Staff there is awesome, sometimes you need to let them know you need help, but 90% of the time they come yo you. I’ve over heard some of the employees get yelled at by customers due to them wearing masks, but from what I heard it was corporates choice. Great employees, but some need a little more training. :)

Just went to this establishment and the staff refused to help me. I have to assume discrimination is company policy. I would recommend not shopping here ever. Spend you money at a business that appreciates its customers.
