I had the most amazing men help me yesterday. They updated my cell phone plan to save me $60 per month. Great experience.

The first person who waited on me was not helpful and after an hour sent me home with a phone # so I could call. That was not successful to resolve the problem. So I went back and takes to someone else who was very helpful and found the answers and worked with me until I was able to get a new phone and get everything resolved.

I have been purchasing phones and plans at this particular location for a dozen years or more. I am a very loyal customer because they ALWAYS work hard to get me the best plans that suit my needs, and keep me updated on the best technology. Whenever I have an issue with my phone, they are helpful and patient. Talina, and the rest of the staff, are very knowledgeable. They always teach me something new when Im in there. If you shop locally and customer service is important to you, look no further, Oakdale AT&T Store is the place to go, hands down.

Talina and Naomi were absolutely amazing! After having a TERRIBLE experience with calling into AT&T (getting promised discounts for unifying my bill and then not receiving those discounts THEN calling back and having an operator send me to a phone sex line after 44minutes) Talina and Naomi fixed everything. The kindness and patience they showed when dealing with me, for weeks, is the ONLY reason I stayed with AT&T. These are the types of employees this company should be rewarding and hiring more of. This store is nice, but you have to be careful who you get!When I signed up last year, I got a guy who said Yes to Questions of Devises & Services, yet was WRONG on a lot of them & it Cost me the Ability to get a 64GB phone because he had Already Signed me up Without VERIFYING that my Turn in Phone was an Acceptable phone!!!Youre best people to go to are Naomi & Talina, they Wont Mislead you and are Very Knowledgeable!

Frustrating encounter. First, brought in $10 ATT reward to use for ear bud purchase. Staff initially said I couldnt use it in the store (never looked at coupon that said I could use in store) only on-line. I challenged and another staffer said I could. Made purchase with coupon and debit card. Debit card charged twice. Had to return to store next day with bank details to prove it and same staffer said he couldnt fix it that only manager could do it following day. Received call that it was fixed and it took two more days for money to go back into my account. Excuse was computer glitch and it happened to others too. Im on fixed income and needed it to pay utilities. Expect others may not have noticed. Poor business.

So I bought a $40 screen protector to enhance my mobile. They applied the screen. A few days later a corner of the screen was starting to come off. I went in there to fix it but they said there is nothing that they can do. It is irritating because they are the ones who applied the screen. They should be liable for the mistakes they made. Im a disappointed in the service I recived. They do have good costumer service in terms of their attitudes.

The oakdale AT&T is the best cell phone store of any carrier! All the staff go above an beyond to be helpful. They really care about each person. Talina helped me pick a plan that was best for me an actually LOWERED my bill since i wasnt using all the data i qas paying for!

Ive been with At&t for a long time. My favorite store to buy all my accessories and order my phones is at this oakdale store. The customer service is exceptional! Talina is always willing to go above and beyond to assist me with my phone issues and explain everything to me. For that same reason I travel 25 minutes out of my way to go to this store. Too bad not all the at&t stores have a Talina that works there lol. I totally recommend this store. Go by and find out for yourselves.

They dont even deserve a star. This store is terrible. I have only had one good person there maybe twice out of the 3 years of service I had. They are lazy, rude, and unprofessional.
