This place is amazing. if I had all the time in the world, it still wouldnt be enough time in here

We came in looking for a few replacement pieces and to shop around, we really like this shop and the people working are usually very nice and helpful. the man working there acted annoyed and short when we needed assistance with glass. I have never felt so rushed and like an inconvenience in a store. Will probably go somewhere closer from now on

This has got to be the biggest tobacco/cbd smoke shop I have ever seen in my entire life. Not only is it the biggest shop but they have the best representatives working there. Amazing experience and will absolutely be visiting again. Theyve literally got everything you could possibly need when it comes to a smoke shop. Go Go Go!

I spent $385 on a hookah, and while waiting for my boyfriend to check out I was looking at some torches and an employee, Oozan, came up and accused me of stealing from a locked case. After repeatedly letting him know I’m not a thief and telling him I didn’t steal, I asked him to watch the tapes while I wait. He saw I didn’t steal, told me I could go and he didn’t even apologize for for being a presumptive A hole. I’m taking my business elsewhere and I truly suggest that you do the same.

I went with a friend here to help him get his device taken care of. He had great service and they had potentially everything you could think of. Their staff is small so I recommend having patience while they take care of their customers.

Everything Ive even bought from here broke within a week. Butane torches leaking out the side, e cig batteries stop working, glass breaks immediately. If you go back in and ask for help even the next day they just tell you to too bad no exchanges or returns they KNOW they are selling broken/used/defective items. Only buy from here if you like throwing away money.

If you are looking for tabbaco products do not go there they are a smoke shop that has not been able to sell tobacco for over a year now do to the lack of a Minnesota tabbaco license.. If you want vape thing or pipes including bubbles or, lighter fluid or any other tobacco or vape accessories this place has the biggest collection out any shop like it by far... Open 24 hours including most holidays .

Great Place to shop, their Humidor is the best. Fully stocked with anything you could want. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quick checkout even when there is a long line.

I have given this place lots and lots of business but the last time I was there they sold me vape juice that was expired in 2016 and 2017. I didnt notice til I got home and I live by the iowa border. Very very disappointed!! 😒

Was pleased that I was helped in a timely manner, its bad enough when your waiting for the MaN to show up. But theres Nothing! worse then having to also play the dreaded waiting game at your head shop. So kudos to the peeps working at Smokedale!

I like going there for tobacco or cigarettes but they cant sell them anymore but I like all the other accessories I have prices are pretty decent

These guys are great. And they have everything you could ever need ans then more. I highly recommend shopping here. They do not sell any tobacco at this time but they have everything else you need.

At first I was at the door when the shop was to be open and waited 45min but I came back and the owner I think he was anyway explained why and what happened and took care of me I was really impressed my new favorite smoke shop. Prices are good they have everything and more just a good place to get your smoking supplies

Cant believe that customer service could get to this point where I would have to give this place a one star but when you buy a vape q week ago use it 6 times and all of the sudden it has a legit manufacturing defect and stops working I bring it back with all packaging and a recipt and they tell me it must be my fault and tell me that they will sell me a new one and thats the best they can do but at regular price will see if this one dont make it over a week im afraid super smokedale will lose one of its oldest longest standing customers for life.

This place is phenomenal for the variety of items that they have as far as Vapes tobacco and rolling paper but theres only one or two people that work there at a time so if multiple people are in the store at once youll be waiting your turn to check out

Great selection but the staff is a bit rude, a bit pretentious may be a better description. Make sure you got what you came for and youre satisfied before walking out that door though or theres absolutely no chance theyll work with you, even if your $900 piece is cracked and you realize it seconds too late.

Staff and owners are always polite and helpful. Wide selection of everything between vapes and glass. Prices are always the best of all tobacco retailers in the area.

Was at Hy-Vee and stopped by for old time sake. Id highly recommend only paying cash here... They have a private POS machine and they force you to put in your pin. The manager was insanely rude as well. He said, put in pin or (motions towards the door). I went to an ATM to get cash and asked to speak with the lady who was nice and asked that she help me instead, he said, she can help you, you were rude I didnt leave until I received other help. He finally relinquished his control to the totally capable and much better employee.Im sending in a report to the BBB and asking them to do an investigation on their private POS. Pretty much as shady as it gets.Last time I stop by

Was planning on buying something, but felt very uncomfortable because someone was following me and watching my every move.

You just cant find top of the line products like they carry for a better price. Plus they allow you to just look around without harassing you like your going to steal something witch is nice. Always full of positive energy.!

Always nice and friendly service, which is something that can be hard to maintain in the retail industry, especially when the store receives the amount of foot traffic that Ive seen here. Its not always packed but even when it is, the employees still ensure everyone has been taken care of and they ALWAYS ensure that you receive a custom tailored experience, regardless of how much (or how little) you spend.

The selection of glass here was a bit of over stimulation. I have never seen so many water pipe options anywhere in MN. Ive been around so that is saying something. They were open on Thanksgiving and Very friendly. Strongly recommend you visit.

Very poor customer service....I called in acquiring about an item at this shop, an the person working at the time was very short tempered with me ( sounded middle eastern, would not give me a name)for absolutely no reason and any question I asked after that was answered by “ I don’t know” and Was told that I need to come in and see for myself. Then he went from telling me to come in, to telling me the store was closed all off a sudden...whoever was on the phone clearly doesn’t care about the customers.....

If you go here, stop in at 7 in the morning when the tweakers and weirdos aren’t there. Bar closing time is ridiculous at best. They have good cigars, not sure if still though since their tobacco license is no longer from what i hear.

Showed up at 10 minutes to close for vape coils. I was 4 hours from home and dying (not really) LOL. I walked in and the person who worked there was behind the counter helping someone else. When he finally got to me he was so rude and so short, cutting me off and eventually telling me he cannot help me it’s time to close. (At least that is what I think he said, I couldn’t understand him...)

Terrible. Do not go here. They are overcharging now probably always have been. Their license to sell nicotine is expired because they didnt renew. And they have really bad breath.

Great store... One stop shop. However, make sure your coils and stuff work before you leave cause all sales are final. Bought a coil for a pen and there were no actual coils in the piece. It was crazy... So now Im out 15bux and no new coil to show for it. Owners are ok... Polite on occasion, but one will definitely hit on you if you are a cute young female. Other than that, not too bad.They have an extensive glass collection that is awesome to look at... And own if price is right. Some pieces are expensive beyond what they should be sold at but then there are the priced right ones. I typically get the glass tubes since theyre pretty much the only headshop that carries the kind I use and like. Other glassware, I typically go somewhere else.No tobacco/nicotine sales, but alot of 0% Nic E-Juice and CBD products. So if youre interested in that, CBD, and glass and getting hit on... This is the place to go.

One of the workers tried to sell me a broken banger (after 10 minutes of trying to explain to him what it was in the first place) and when I told him it was broken, he told me that I was mistaken and proceeded to try and sell me a broken product.

Convenient-when other shops are closed you can always find what you need here. 24 hours. I recommend not going alone though.

Ive been here many times. The main reason being (as I assume is for most people) the late night hours. The variety of products is out of this world, but I think this might be one of those stores thats trying to do too much. Ive had trouble in the past getting a staff member to help me. Either the store is super busy, or they are understaffed. Also some of the guys dont always seem to have as much product knowledge about the vaping accessories as they should. Although I do realize there must be a ton to learn at such a large establishment, the lack of help is even more challenging when some of the employees dont speak the greatest English. Never the less, Ive been meaning to do a review on this establishment for some time now, but was too lazy, until my most recent visit. Once again, the only reason my friend and I were driving all the way there (in -20* weather at midnight) was because they were the only store open. Miraculously, despite the extreme weather. Was disappointed however, to find that they didnt have their tobacco license at the time, so they couldnt sell us anything we needed! Perhaps that wasnt their fault, or was it? I have had both good and bad experiences here, thus, I give em 3/5

ATTENTION everyone who reads: WATCH THE CASH REGISTER WINDOW AS THESE CROOKS RING UP YOUR ITEMS!!!! second time they have ripped me off a significant amount of money. This time, about 45 bucks. What the old men do is just jack up prices by a few bucks when they ring in items. Notice on the receipt that it doesnt say any name or catagory. That way if u bring in your receipt it proves nothing. My friend and I went in and a younger guy helped us. I ended up getting around 200 bucks worth of stuff. We purchased a large glass item. The worker seemed to be interested in my friend so he said we could have 20 bucks off the 130. Im like awesome.By the time we were checking out it was almost closing. A old man came in to close. He bumped the kid away and started ringing us up. I was distracted and I thought my friend was keeping track so by the time I realized how much xtra we paid it was in the parking lot and they were gone!! He not only charged me full price for the item, he tacked on another 10 bucks as well!! Then charging us a higher price on three small items and making up 2 we didnt even buy. 45 bucks worth.I wondered why they rushed out of the building and sped away while I was still getting in my truck!! Lol I bet they were lol ing at me!!! Anyway, lesson learned!! Hope this helps out someone!!

You would think a place called smokedale would sell cigarettes. But they still dont have there license to sell tobacco... So that means if you want cigarettes or juice that has nicotine you cant get it here. And I think its been about a year since I have been able to buy cigarettes or juice that has nicotine in it. Going to have to find another smoke shop.

Ive only been to this location 3 times. Each time ceased to amaze me the quality and variety and the hugeness of the store. Theres pretty much everything you need in this one location for any tobacco/herbal needs. Only downside is some of the staff isnt very knowledgeable or attentive at all to questions I asked them. One employee was on her phone the entire time we were there, not helpful at all. Otherwise great store

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I worked here about 2 and a half years ago and not only the owner but NUMEROUS employees constantly hit on me and when I rejected them they now wont even wait on me If I go in there. BAAAAD PEOPLE!!!!!!
