I dropped of a couple items do be shipped, I didn’t have a box so I purchased a box and provided the ups shipping lable. The person helping me said it would be boxes up and shipped out. Well it’s been 24 hours never scanned. Either kept the items or lost my lable. Bad on my part for not getting a shipping recpt. Don’t go here for shipping usps it berter

Well so I thought. I walked in to The Oakdale UPS store today with my return package all bubble wrapped and inside the manufacturers box well taped with no labels and ready to ship. Easy enough right? So heres what happened. Amelia greets me at the counter and tries to scan the barcode that was sent to my phone by Amazon with instructions to present to the shipper. Amelia has trouble scanning it manually enters the pre-ship tracking #. Then tells me that I had to buy packaging from them and it needed to be shipped in a larger box.. Im confused at this point because I own a business and regularly ship all kinds of packages daily. Usually the smaller the box the cheaper it is for me to ship. But either way the package I presented was absolutely suitable and ready to slap a label on and go. So when I question Amelia and ask for an explanation. She points at her computer screen and tells me Amazon requires this. I wasnt buying it but I thought ok humor me so I asked her how much they wanted for their packaging?? She told me it would be almost $18.00. So this place tried to upsell me on packaging that was not at all required, and then blamed it on Amazon. I grabbed by box thanked her and walked out. I immediately called Amazon and spoke to a supervisor who confirmed my suspicion. What Amelia told me was an outright lie, and those were the Amazon persons words. And then they promptly told me I could just keep the $400 item I was trying to return.I couldnt be happier about the outcome but I hope this review is helpful for anyone who they attempt to scam and lie to like they did to me.Let me also add that Amelias attitude became abrasive the second I questioned what she was telling me. She also asked me twice if I wanted to speak to her manager which I never asked to do. I think maybe Amelia was the one who needed to speak to her manager. She has lots to learn.
The new employee at the ups store was amazing. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She assisted me quickly and answered any questions I had. I appreciated her kindness and bubbly personality.
Every time I have been in this store, it has been a good experience. The people working at this place are very friendly, very helpful, super patient, and I will be going back frequently.
Great store ... had them pack and mail my box on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday.. Very happy.. Thank You

Do you like surprise made up fees? Go here!Amazon paid for my shipping, but these guys will argue with you till your shaking mad and spend 28 minutes on the phone with Amazon. Amazon says its paid for including shipping labels for ALL 4 packages! The you hang up with the guy in front of the ups guy. Ups prints out your labels telling you he is going to go against Amazon and charge you anyway... I just wasted 47 minutes of my life. Im more upset than a than a stood up prom date and still have to drive across town to another store to finish the process. I hate this place, and their liar fees. Will avoid if at all possible. PRINT OUT YOUR OWN LABELS! Get ready to be pissed off if you come here. They should change their name United Frustration Service & Extra Fees Inc.

CLOSED....Not even a courtesy note on the door, just contuiously closed. No forwarding address, NOTHING. Nobody ever answers the phone anymore or even bothered to forward calls to a store that is open. Obviously UPS donesnt care about Oakdale or its customers.
